नियम और शर्तें

1. Quiz is open for all Indian Citizens. / यह क्विज़ सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुला है।
2. Quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’. / जैसे ही प्रतिभागी ‘प्ले क्विज़’ पर क्लिक करेंगे, क्विज़ शुरू हो जाएगी।
3. Employees, directly or indirectly connected with organizers of the quiz, are not eligible to participate in the quiz. This ineligibility also applies to their immediate family members. / कर्मचारी, जो प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से क्विज़ के आयोजकों से जुड़े हैं, क्विज़ में भाग लेने के योग्य नहीं हैं। यह अयोग्यता उनके परिवार के सदस्यों पर भी लागू होती है।
4. Participants’ MyGov Profile is mandatory to be updated and accurate for qualifying for the Winner List. / प्रतिभागियों के लिए विजेता सूची में शामिल होने के लिए अपनी माईगव प्रोफ़ाइल को अपडेट और सटीक रखना अनिवार्य है।
5. It is a time-bound quiz: Participant will have 300 seconds to answer 10 questions. / यह एक समयबद्ध क्विज़ है: प्रतिभागी के पास 10 प्रश्नों का उत्तर देने के लिए 300 सेकंड होंगे।
6. One participant can attempt quiz only once. Multiple entries from the same participant if found the participant being disqualified from the Quiz. / एक प्रतिभागी केवल एक बार क्विज़ का प्रयास कर सकता है। यदि एक ही प्रतिभागी की ओर से एक से अधिक प्रविष्टियाँ पाई जाती हैं, तो उस प्रतिभागी को क्विज़ से अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा।
7. The Quiz winning criteria is answering all the correct answers within 300 sec. / क्विज़ जीतने का मापदंड 300 सेकंड के भीतर सभी प्रश्नों के सही उत्तर देना है।
8. The Winners Selection will be conducted through a system-generated randomization method to ensure fairness and transparency. All participants who meet the mentioned quiz winning criteria, including all correct answers and submission within the stipulated time-frame, will be included in a centralized pool of eligible entries. Winners will be selected solely through an automated random selection process. / निष्पक्षता और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए विजेताओं का चयन सिस्टम-जनरेटेड रैंडमाइजेशन विधि के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। वे सभी प्रतिभागी जो क्विज़ जीतने के बताए गए मानदंडों को पूरा करते हैं जिनमें सभी सही उत्तर देना और निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर सबमिट करना शामिल है, उन्हें योग्य प्रविष्टियों के एक केंद्रीय समूह में शामिल किया जाएगा। विजेताओं का चयन केवल एक स्वचालित रैंडम चयन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।
9. The participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the quiz competition, including any amendments or further updates. / प्रतिभागियों को क्विज़ प्रतियोगिता के सभी नियमों और शर्तों का पालन करना होगा, जिसमें कोई भी संशोधन या आगे के अपडेट शामिल हैं।
10. For the purpose of ensuring fairness and equal opportunity, only one member per family shall be considered for winner shortlisting. / निष्पक्षता और समान अवसर सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से, विजेता के लिए शॉर्टलिस्टिंग करते समय प्रति परिवार केवल एक सदस्य पर ही विचार किया जाएगा।
11. Discovery/detection/noticing of use of any unfair/spurious means/malpractices, including but not limited to impersonation, double participation etc., during the participation in the quiz, will result in the participation being declared null and void and hence, rejected. The organizers of the quiz competition reserve the right in this regard. / क्विज़ में भाग लेने के दौरान, किसी भी अनुचित/नकली तरीके या गलत तरीकों, जिनमें किसी और की जगह खुद को दिखाना, दो बार भाग लेना आदि शामिल हैं, लेकिन ये इन्हीं तक सीमित नहीं हैं, के इस्तेमाल का पता चलने/पहचान होने पर, उस भागीदारी को अमान्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा और इसलिए, उसे अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा। क्विज़ प्रतियोगिता के आयोजकों के पास इस संबंध में सभी अधिकार सुरक्षित हैं।
12. The Winner selection will be announced on blog.mygov.in and further details of the event will be shared to the Winners via official communication. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time or cancel the competition as considered. / विजेता के चयन की घोषणा blog.mygov.in पर की जाएगी, और कार्यक्रम से संबंधित अन्य विवरण विजेताओं के साथ आधिकारिक माध्यम से साझा किए जाएँगे। अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों की स्थिति में, आयोजक किसी भी समय प्रतियोगिता के नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन करने, अथवा उचित समझे जाने पर प्रतियोगिता को रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं।
13. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. / आयोजक उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए कोई ज़िम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे जो खो गई हैं, देर से आई हैं, अधूरी हैं, या जो कंप्यूटर की किसी त्रुटि या आयोजक के उचित नियंत्रण से बाहर की किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण भेजी नहीं जा सकी हैं।
14. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same. / कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण, उसके प्राप्त होने का प्रमाण नहीं है।
15. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / सभी विवाद/कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली के अधिकार क्षेत्र के अधीन हैं। इस उद्देश्य के लिए किए गए खर्चे पार्टियों द्वारा खुद वहन किए जाएंगे।
16. The following terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system. / अब से निम्नलिखित नियम और शर्तें भारतीय कानूनों और भारतीय न्यायिक प्रणाली के निर्णयों द्वारा शासित होंगी।
