नियम और शर्तें

1. The Quiz is open to all Indian Citizens. / क्विज़ सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए ओपन है।
2. The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’. / जैसे ही प्रतिभागी 'प्ले क्विज़' पर क्लिक करेगा, क्विज़ शुरू हो जाएगी |
3. The Quiz winning criteria is answering all the correct answers within 300 sec. / क्विज़ जीतने का मानदंड 300 सेकंड के भीतर सभी सही उत्तर देना है।
4. The Winners Selection will be conducted through a system-generated randomization method to ensure fairness and transparency. All participants who meet the mentioned quiz winning criteria, including all correct answers and submission within the stipulated time-frame, will be included in a centralized pool of eligible entries. Winners will be selected solely through an automated random selection process. / निष्पक्षता और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए विजेताओं का चयन सिस्टम-जनरेटेड रैंडमाइजेशन विधि के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। सभी प्रतिभागी जो उल्लिखित क्विज़ जीतने के मानदंडों को पूरा करते हैं, जिसमें सभी प्रश्नों के सही उत्तर देना और निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर उत्तर जमा करना शामिल है, उन्हें पात्र प्रविष्टियों के एक केंद्रीकृत समूह में शामिल किया जाएगा। विजेताओं का चयन पूरी तरह से स्वचालित रैंडम चयन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।
5. Participants need to ensure their MyGov profile is updated for further communication. An incomplete profile will not be eligible to become the Winner. / प्रतिभागियों को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि भविष्य के संचार के लिए उनकी माईगव प्रोफ़ाइल अपडेट की गई है। अधूरी प्रोफ़ाइल विजेता बनने के लिए पात्र नहीं होगी।
6. The set of questions will be randomly picked from the question bank through an automated process. / प्रश्नों के सेट को स्वचालित प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से प्रश्न बैंक से रैंडम्ली चुना जाएगा।
7. Each participant shall be permitted to play the quiz only once, either through a registered mobile number or an email ID. The same mobile number and email ID shall not be used more than once for participation. / प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी को पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर या ईमेल आईडी के माध्यम से, केवल एक बार क्विज़ खेलने की अनुमति दी जाएगी। भाग लेने के लिए एक ही मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल आईडी का इस्तेमाल एक से ज़्यादा बार नहीं किया जाएगा।
8. In cases where a participant has played using both a mobile number and an email ID, only the first entry submitted shall be considered valid and eligible for the winner selection process. / ऐसे मामलों में जहां एक प्रतिभागी ने मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल आईडी दोनों का उपयोग करके क्विज में भाग लिया है, केवल सबमिट की गई पहली प्रविष्टि को ही मान्य माना जाएगा और विजेता चयन प्रक्रिया के लिए योग्य माना जाएगा।
9. Top 3 Winners of the Chandrayaan-3 Quiz and the National Space Day Quiz (of previous years) shall not be eligible for Top 3 Rewards. The Winners of the Chandrayaan-3 Quiz and the National Space Day Quiz (of previous years) who have visited ISRO shall not be eligible for the ISRO Visit for National Space Day Quiz2026. / चंद्रयान-3 क्विज़ और राष्ट्रीय अंतरिक्ष दिवस क्विज़ (पिछले वर्षों के) के शीर्ष 3 विजेता शीर्ष 3 पुरस्कारों के लिए पात्र नहीं होंगे। चंद्रयान -3 क्विज़ और राष्ट्रीय अंतरिक्ष दिवस क्विज़ (पिछला वर्षों के) के विजेता, जिन्होंने ISRO का दौरा किया है, वे राष्ट्रीय अंतरिक्ष दिवस क्विज़ 2026 के लिए ISRO दौरे के लिए पात्र नहीं होंगे।
10. MyGov has all the rights to modify or discontinue the quiz at any moment in the event of unforeseen events. This includes the ability to change these terms and conditions, for the avoidance of doubt. / माईगव के पास अप्रत्याशित घटनाओं की स्थिति में किसी भी समय क्विज़ में बदलाव करने या उसे बंद करने के सभी अधिकार सुरक्षित हैं। इसमें संदेह से बचने के लिए इन नियम और शर्तों को बदलने की क्षमता शामिल है।
11. MyGov reserves all rights to disqualify or refuse the participation of any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant detrimental to the quiz. The participation shall be void if the received information is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false, or erroneous. / माईगव के पास किसी भी प्रतिभागी के भाग लेने या उसमें शामिल होने को क्विज़ के लिए हानिकारक मानने पर उसे अयोग्य घोषित करने या उसे अस्वीकार करने के सभी अधिकार सुरक्षित हैं। यदि प्राप्त जानकारी अस्पष्ट, अधूरी, क्षतिग्रस्त, झूठी या गलत है तो भागीदारी अमान्य होगी।
12. MyGov will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same. / माईगव उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए कोई ज़िम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेगा जो खो गई हैं, देर से जमा की हैं, अधूरी हैं, या कंप्यूटर त्रुटि या आयोजक के उचित नियंत्रण से परे किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण ट्रांसमिट नहीं हुई हैं। कृपया ध्यान दें कि ऐंट्री सबमिट करने का प्रमाण इसकी प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं है।
13. MyGov Employees or employees directly or indirectly connected with the hosting of the quiz, are not eligible to participate in the quiz. This ineligibility also applies to their immediate family members. / माईगव कर्मचारियों या क्विज़ की होस्टिंग से सीधे या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से जुड़े कर्मचारियों को, क्विज़ में भाग लेने की अनुमति नहीं है। यह अयोग्यता उनके परिवार के सदस्यों पर भी लागू होती है।
14. MyGov’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. / क्विज़ पर माईगव का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और इसके संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
15. Participants need to have a regular check on the content for all the updates. / प्रतिभागियों को सभी अपडेट के लिए कॉन्टेंट की नियमित जांच करनी होगी।
16. After successful completion, the participant could auto-download a digital participation certificate recognizing their participation and completion. / सफलतापूर्वक पूरा होने के बाद, प्रतिभागी अपनी सहभागिता और पूर्णता को पहचानते हुए डिजिटल भागीदारी प्रमाणपत्र को ऑटो-डाउनलोड कर सकते थे।
17. By participating in the Quiz, The participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the quiz competition, including any amendments or further updates. / क्विज़ में भाग लेकर, प्रतिभागी क्विज़ प्रतियोगिता के सभी नियमों और शर्तों का पालन करेंगे, जिसमें कोई भी संशोधन या आगे के अपडेट शामिल हैं।
18. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / सभी विवाद/कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली के अधिकार क्षेत्र के अधीन हैं। इस उद्देश्य के लिए किए गए खर्चे पार्टियों द्वारा खुद वहन किए जाएंगे।
19. The terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system. / अब से होने वाले नियम और शर्तें भारतीय कानूनों और भारतीय न्याय प्रणाली के फ़ैसलों द्वारा नियंत्रित होंगी।
