Terms and Conditions

1.⁠ ⁠The quiz is open for all Indian Citizens. / यह क्विज़ सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुला है।
2.⁠ ⁠⁠Quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’. / जैसे ही प्रतिभागी ‘प्ले क्विज़‘ पर क्लिक करेंगे, क्विज़ शुरू हो जाएगी।
3.⁠ ⁠⁠Entries once submitted cannot be withdrawn. / एक बार सबमिट करने के बाद प्रविष्टियों को वापस नहीं लिया जा सकता है|
4.⁠ ⁠⁠Participants will be required to provide their name, email address, telephone number, and additional details as required. By submitting their details and participating in the quiz, participants give consent to MyGov and the Ministry to use this information as required to facilitate the conduct of the quiz competition which may include confirmation of participant details. / प्रतिभागियों को अपना नाम, ईमेल पता, टेलीफोन नंबर और आवश्यकतानुसार अन्य जानकारी देनी होगी। अपनी जानकारी सबमिट करके और क्विज़ में भाग लेकर, प्रतिभागी माईगव और मंत्रालय को इस जानकारी का उपयोग करने के लिए सहमति देते हैं, ताकि क्विज़ प्रतियोगिता के संचालन में मदद मिल सके, जिसमें प्रतिभागियों की जानकारी की पुष्टि करना शामिल हो सकता है।
5.⁠ ⁠⁠The quiz will last for 5 minutes (300 seconds), during which you need to answer up to 20 questions. / यह एक समयबद्ध क्विज़ है जिसमें आपको 20 सवालों के जवाब 5 मिनट (300 सेकंड) में देने होंगे।
6.⁠ ⁠⁠Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted. / एक ही प्रतिभागी से कई प्रविष्टियाँ स्वीकार नहीं की जाएंगी|
7.⁠ ⁠⁠Discovery/detection/noticing of use of any unfair/spurious means/malpractices, including but not limited to impersonation, double participation etc., during the participation in the quiz, will result in the participation being declared null and void and hence, rejected. The organizers of the quiz competition or any agency acting on their behalf reserves the right in this regard. / क्विज़ में भाग लेने के दौरान यदि किसी भी अनुचित / नकली साधनों / कदाचार — जैसे कि प्रतिरूपण, दोहरी भागीदारी अथवा अन्य किसी प्रकार की धोखाधड़ी का पता चलता है / संदेह होता है / नोटिस किया जाता है, तो ऐसी भागीदारी को निष्प्रभावी और अमान्य घोषित किया जाएगा, तथा उसे अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा। क्विज़ प्रतियोगिता के आयोजक या उनकी ओर से काम करने वाली किसी भी एजेंसी के पास इस संबंध में अधिकार सुरक्षित है।
8.⁠ ⁠⁠Employees of the MoEF&CC, the Ozone Cell, MyGov and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the prize category. / MoEF&CC, ओज़ोन सेल, MyGov के कर्मचारी और उनके करीबी परिवार के सदस्य पुरस्कार श्रेणी में भाग लेने के पात्र नहीं हैं।
9.⁠ ⁠⁠In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Ministry and MyGov reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time or cancel the competition as considered. / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों की स्थिति में, मंत्रालय और माईगव के पास प्रतियोगिता के नियमों और शर्तों में किसी भी समय संशोधन करने या प्रतियोगिता को रद्द करने का अधिकार है।
10.⁠ ⁠⁠Participants need to have a regular check on the content for all the updates. / प्रतिभागियों को सभी अपडेट के लिए कॉन्टेंट की नियमित जांच करनी होगी।
11.⁠ ⁠⁠The Ministry and MyGov will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late, incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s responsibility. / मंत्रालय और माईगव उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए कोई ज़िम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे जो खो गई हैं, देर से सबमिट की गई हैं, अधूरी हैं या कंप्यूटर त्रुटि या आयोजक की ज़िम्मेदारी से परे किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण प्रेषित नहीं हो पाईं हैं।
12.⁠ ⁠⁠The participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the quiz competition, including any amendments or further updates. / प्रतिभागियों को क्विज़ प्रतियोगिता के सभी नियम और शर्तों का पालन करना होगा, जिसमें कोई भी संशोधन या आगे के अपडेट शामिल हैं।
13.⁠ ⁠⁠The decision of the Ministry and MyGov on the Quiz shall be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. / क्विज़ पर माईगव का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और इसके संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा|
14.⁠ ⁠⁠All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / सभी विवाद/कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली के अधिकार–क्षेत्र के अधीन हैं। इस उद्देश्य के लिए किए गए खर्चे पार्टियों द्वारा खुद वहन किए जाएंगे।
15.⁠ ⁠⁠By participating in the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by the above-mentioned terms and conditions. / क्विज़ में भाग लेकर, प्रतिभागी ऊपर बताए गए नियमों और शर्तों को स्वीकार करता है और उनसे बाध्य होने के लिए सहमत होता है।
16.⁠ ⁠⁠Organiser’s reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Quiz and/ or the Terms & Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria. However, any changes to the Terms & Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria, or cancellation of the Contest, will be updated/ posted on the platform. / आयोजकों के पास क्विज़ और/या नियम और शर्तें/तकनीकी पैरामीटर/मूल्यांकन मानदंड के सभी या किसी भी हिस्से को कैंसिल करने या उसमें बदलाव करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है। हालांकि, नियम और शर्तों/तकनीकी मापदंडों/मूल्यांकन मानदंडों में किसी भी बदलाव या प्रतियोगिता को कैंसिल करने पर, इसके बारें में प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर अपडेट/पोस्ट किया जाएगा।
17.⁠ ⁠⁠The Winners Selection will be conducted through a system-generated randomization method to ensure fairness and transparency. All participants who meet the mentioned quiz winning criteria, including all correct answers and submission within the stipulated time-frame, will be included in a centralized pool of eligible entries. Winners will be selected solely through an automated random selection process. / विजेताओं का चयन एक सिस्टम द्वारा जनरेट की गई रैंडमाइज़ेशन (यादृच्छिक) विधि से किया जाएगा, ताकि निष्पक्षता और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित की जा सके। जिन सभी प्रतिभागियों ने क्विज़ जीतने के निर्धारित मानदंडों को पूरा किया होगा, जिसमें सभी प्रश्नों के सही उत्तर देना और निर्धारित समय–सीमा के भीतर उत्तर जमा करना शामिल है, उन्हें पात्र प्रविष्टियों के एक केंद्रीकृत समूह में शामिल किया जाएगा। विजेताओं का चयन केवल एक स्वचालित रैंडम चयन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।
18.⁠ ⁠⁠The terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system. / अब से नियम और शर्तें भारतीय कानूनों और भारतीय न्यायिक प्रणाली के निर्णयों द्वारा शासित होंगी।
19. Any participant found using unfair means or automated bots will be immediately disqualified. / जो भी प्रतिभागी गलत तरीकों या ऑटोमेटेड बॉट्स का इस्तेमाल करते हुए पाया जाएगा, उसे तुरंत अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा।
