नियम और शर्तें

1. Quiz is open for all Indian Citizens. / यह क्विज़ सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुला है।
2. No entry fee is required to participate. / इसमें भाग लेने के लिए किसी प्रवेश शुल्क की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
3. Quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’ button. / प्रतिभागी द्वारा ‘Play Quiz’ बटन पर क्लिक करते ही क्विज़ शुरू हो जाएगा।
4. The quiz consists of multiple-choice questions, and each question has 4 options with only one correct answer. / क्विज़ में बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न शामिल हैं और प्रत्येक प्रश्न के 4 विकल्प हैं, जिनमें से केवल एक सही उत्तर है।
5. Participants’ MyGov Profile must be updated and accurate to qualify for the Winner List. / विजेता सूची में शामिल होने के लिए प्रतिभागियों की MyGov प्रोफ़ाइल अद्यतन और सही जानकारी के साथ होनी चाहिए।
6. Each participant can attempt the quiz only once. Multiple entries from the same participant, if found, will result in disqualification from the quiz. / प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी क्विज़ में केवल एक बार भाग ले सकता है। एक ही प्रतिभागी की एक से अधिक प्रविष्टियाँ पाए जाने पर उसे क्विज़ से अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा।
7. Winner selection will be conducted through a system-generated randomization method to ensure fairness and transparency. All participants who meet the stated winning criteria, including answering all questions correctly and submitting within the stipulated time, will be included in a centralized pool of eligible entries. Winners will be selected solely through an automated random selection process. / निष्पक्षता और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए विजेताओं का चयन सिस्टम द्वारा उत्पन्न रैंडमाइजेशन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। निर्धारित विजेता मानदंडों को पूरा करने वाले सभी प्रतिभागियों, जिसमें सभी प्रश्नों के सही उत्तर देना और निर्धारित समय के भीतर क्विज़ जमा करना शामिल है, को पात्र प्रविष्टियों के एक केंद्रीकृत समूह में शामिल किया जाएगा। विजेताओं का चयन केवल स्वचालित रैंडम चयन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।
8. Employees directly or indirectly connected with the organizers of the quiz are not eligible to participate. This ineligibility also applies to their immediate family members. / क्विज़ के आयोजकों से प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से जुड़े कर्मचारी इसमें भाग लेने के पात्र नहीं होंगे। यह अपात्रता उनके निकटतम परिवार के सदस्यों पर भी लागू होगी।
9. The organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or not transmitted due to computer errors or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizers. / आयोजक ऐसी किसी भी प्रविष्टि के लिए कोई उत्तरदायित्व स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे जो खो जाती है, विलंबित होती है, अधूरी होती है या कंप्यूटर संबंधी त्रुटियों अथवा आयोजकों के उचित नियंत्रण से परे किसी अन्य परिस्थिति के कारण प्रेषित नहीं हो पाती है।
10. Please note that proof of submission of an entry does not constitute proof of receipt of the same. / कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रविष्टि जमा किए जाने का प्रमाण, प्रविष्टि प्राप्त होने का प्रमाण नहीं माना जाएगा।
11. Discovery, detection, or noticing of the use of any unfair or spurious means/malpractices, including but not limited to impersonation, double participation, etc., during participation in the quiz will result in the entry being declared null and void and rejected. The organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action in this regard. / क्विज़ में भागीदारी के दौरान किसी भी अनुचित या कपटपूर्ण साधन/अनुचित गतिविधि, जिसमें प्रतिरूपण, दोहरी भागीदारी आदि शामिल हैं, लेकिन इन्हीं तक सीमित नहीं हैं, के उपयोग का पता चलने पर संबंधित प्रविष्टि को अमान्य घोषित कर अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा। आयोजक इस संबंध में उचित कार्रवाई करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं।
12. The organizers’ decision will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. / आयोजकों का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा तथा इस संबंध में किसी भी प्रकार का पत्राचार स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
13. Organizer has all the rights to modify or discontinue the quiz at any moment in the event of unforeseen events. This includes the ability to change these terms and conditions, for the avoidance of doubt. / किसी अप्रत्याशित परिस्थिति की स्थिति में आयोजक को किसी भी समय क्विज़ में संशोधन करने या इसे बंद करने का पूर्ण अधिकार होगा। इसमें इन नियम एवं शर्तों में संशोधन करने का अधिकार भी शामिल है।
14. By participating, participants agree to abide by all quiz terms and conditions. / क्विज़ में भाग लेकर, प्रतिभागी क्विज़ के सभी नियमों एवं शर्तों का पालन करने के लिए सहमत होते हैं।
15. The winner selection will be announced on blog.mygov.in, and further details regarding the event will be shared with the winners through official communication. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of the competition at any time or cancel the competition, as deemed appropriate. / विजेताओं के चयन की घोषणा blog.mygov.in पर की जाएगी तथा कार्यक्रम से संबंधित अन्य विवरण विजेताओं के साथ आधिकारिक माध्यम से साझा किए जाएंगे। किसी अप्रत्याशित परिस्थिति की स्थिति में, आयोजक प्रतियोगिता के नियम एवं शर्तों में किसी भी समय संशोधन करने या प्रतियोगिता को रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं, जैसा कि उचित समझा जाए।
