Terms and Conditions

1. The quiz is being organised by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. / यह क्विज उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा आयोजित की जा रही है।

2. Access to the quiz will only be through the MyGov platform and no other channel. / क्विज तक पहुंच केवल MyGov प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से होगी, किसी अन्य माध्यम से नहीं।

3. Entry to the Quiz is open to all Indian citizens. / इस क्विज में भाग लेना सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुला है।

4. The quiz will begin as soon as the participant clicks the “Start Quiz” button. / जैसे ही प्रतिभागी “स्टार्ट क्विज़” बटन पर क्लिक करेगा, क्विज शुरू हो जाएगी।

5. This is a timed quiz with 10 questions to be answered in 5 minutes (300 seconds). / यह एक निर्धारित समय वाली क्विज है जिसमें 10 प्रश्नों को 5 मिनट (300 सेकंड) में हल करना होगा।

6. Each question in the Quiz is in the Multiple-Choice Format and has only one correct answer. / क्विज के प्रत्येक प्रश्न बहुविकल्पीय प्रारूप में होंगे और उनका केवल एक सही उत्तर होगा।

7. You will be required to provide your name, email address, telephone number and postal address. By submitting your contact details, you will give consent to these details being used for the purpose of the Quiz and for receiving promotional content. / आपको अपना नाम, ईमेल पता, टेलीफोन नंबर और डाक पता देना आवश्यक होगा। अपनी जानकारी प्रस्तुत करके, आप इस क्विज़ के उद्देश्य और प्रचार सामग्री प्राप्त करने के लिए उसका उपयोग किए जाने की सहमति देंगे।

8. Once submitted an entry cannot be withdrawn. / एक बार प्रविष्टि जमा करने के बाद उसे वापस नहीं लिया जा सकता।

9. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same. / आयोजक उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए कोई जिम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे जो खो गई हों, देर से प्राप्त हुई हों, अधूरी हों या किसी कंप्यूटर त्रुटि या अन्य कारणवश आयोजकों के नियंत्रण से बाहर हों। कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण, प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं है।

10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions. / किसी अप्रत्याशित स्थिति में, आयोजकों को किसी भी समय क्विज़ में संशोधन या उसे वापस लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है। इसमें इन नियमों और शर्तों को संशोधित करने का अधिकार भी शामिल है।

11. Organizers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the Quiz or the Organizers or partners of the Quiz. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the Organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false or erroneous. / यदि आयोजकों को किसी प्रतिभागी की भागीदारी या उसकी संबद्धता क्विज़, आयोजकों या उनके भागीदारों के लिए हानिकारक प्रतीत होती है, तो वे उस प्रतिभागी को अयोग्य ठहराने या उसकी भागीदारी से इनकार करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। यदि आयोजकों को प्राप्त जानकारी अस्पष्ट, अधूरी, क्षतिग्रस्त, झूठी या त्रुटिपूर्ण हो तो पंजीकरण अमान्य माना जाएगा।

12. Organizer’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. / क्विज़ के संबंध में आयोजकों का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा, और इस पर कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

13. By entering the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above. / क्विज़ में भाग लेकर प्रतिभागी उपरोक्त नियमों और शर्तों को स्वीकार करता है और उनके लिए बाध्य होता है।

14. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / सभी विवादों/कानूनी शिकायतों का न्यायक्षेत्र केवल दिल्ली होगा। इस उद्देश्य से होने वाले खर्चों की जिम्मेदारी संबंधित पक्षों की होगी।
