Terms and Conditions

1.  To participate in the UP International Trade Show 2024 Quiz Contest, participants must be at least 18 years old/उ.प्र. अंतर्राष्ट्रीय व्यापार मेला 2024 क्विज़ प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने के लिए प्रतियोगी का 18 वर्ष आयु का होना आवश्यक
2. Participants are restricted to one submission per question, so make sure to submit your best answer/ प्रतियोगी प्रत्येक प्रश्न के लिए केवल एक ही सबमिशन दे सकते हैं। अतः अपना सर्वोत्तम जवाब ही जमा करें।
3. Non-Transferable Prizes: Prizes cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash/अहस्तांतरणीय ईनामः ईनाम किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को हस्तांतरित अथवा नकद के बदले नहीं दिए जा सकते।
4. Platform Neutrality: The contest is not affiliated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter/किसी भी सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफार्म से तटस्थता: यह प्रतियोगिता किसी भी सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफोर्म जैसे फेसबुक, इंस्टाग्राम अथवा ट्विटर से संबंधित नहीं है।
5. Entries that violate the terms and conditions or demonstrate fraudulent behaviour will be disqualified at the organizers’ discretion/अयोग्यता नीति: नियम व शर्तों का उल्लंघन करने वाली प्रविष्टियां, या धोखाधड़ी के व्यवहार वाली प्रविष्टियां आयोजकों के विवेक के आधार पर रद्द कर दी जाएंगी।
6. The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’./ क्विज शुरू हो जाएगा जैसे ही प्रतिभागी ‘क्विज खेलें’ पर क्लिक करेगा.
7. This is a timed quiz with 10 questions to be answered in 300 seconds. There will be no negative marking./ यह एक समयबद्ध क्विज है जिसमें 300 सेकंड में 10 सवालों का जवाब देना होता है। नकारात्मक अंकन नहीं होगा
8. The questions will be randomly picked from the question bank through an automated process./ प्रश्न एक स्वचालित प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से प्रश्न बैंक से यादृच्छिक रूप से चुने जाएंगे।
9. By entering the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by the mentioned Terms and Conditions./ क्विज में प्रवेश करके, प्रतिभागी उल्लिखित नियमों और शर्तों से बाध्य होना स्वीकार करता है और सहमत होता है।
10. MyGov Employees or employees directly or indirectly connected with the hosting of the quiz, are not eligible to participate in the quiz. This ineligibility also applies to their immediate family members./ माई गव के कर्मचारी या क्विज की मेजबानी से प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से जुड़े कर्मचारी क्विज में भाग लेने के योग्य नहीं हैं। यह अयोग्यता उनके तत्काल परिवार के सदस्यों पर भी लागू होती है।
11. Participants need to have a regular check of the website for all the updates./ प्रतिभागियों को सभी अपडेट के लिए वेबसाइट की नियमित जांच करने की आवश्यकता है।
12.  After successful completion, the participant could download a digital participation certificate recognizing their participation and completion./ सफलतापूर्वक पूरा होने के बाद, प्रतिभागी अपनी भागीदारी और पूर्णता को मान्यता देते हुए एक डिजिटल भागीदारी प्रमाण पत्र डाउनलोड कर सकता है।
