Terms and Conditions

• The Quiz is being organized by UMANG team at NeGD, MeitY./NeGD, MeitY में UMANG टीम द्वारा क्विज का आयोजन किया जा रहा है।
• The Quiz shall open on July 01, 2020 at 10:00 hrs. (IST) and close on July 31, 2020./्विज़ 01 जुलाई, 2020 को 10:00 बजे खुलेगा। (IST) और 31 जुलाई, 2020 को बंद होगा।
• Entries received outside specified timelines/dates shall not be considered valid./निर्दिष्ट समय / तिथियों के बाहर प्राप्त प्रविष्टियों को वैध नहीं माना जाएगा।
• Entry into the Quiz is open to all entrants, who are residents of India or of Indian origin. Though, employees of NeGD/ MeitY/ MyGoV/ SeMT and UMANG partner organizations, past or present, and their immediate family members may participate in the Quiz but they shall not be considered in the list of winners./प्रश्नोत्तरी में प्रवेश सभी प्रवेशकों के लिए खुला है, जो भारत के निवासी हैं या भारतीय मूल के हैं। हालांकि, NeGD / MeitY / MyGoV / SeMT और UMANG भागीदार संगठन के कर्मचारी, अतीत या वर्तमान और उनके परिवार के तत्काल सदस्य प्रश्नोत्तरी में भाग ले सकते हैं, लेकिन उन्हें विजेताओं की सूची में नहीं माना जाएगा।
• Participants are required to update their contact details such as name, email address, mobile/landline number and postal address. By submitting contact details, participant gives consent to use these details for the purpose of the Quiz./प्रतिभागियों को अपने संपर्क विवरण जैसे नाम, ईमेल पता, मोबाइल / लैंडलाइन नंबर और डाक पते को अपडेट करना आवश्यक है। संपर्क विवरण प्रस्तुत करके, प्रतिभागी प्रश्नोत्तरी के उद्देश्य के लिए इन विवरणों का उपयोग करने के लिए सहमति देता है।
• An entry once submitted, cannot be withdrawn./एक बार सबमिट करने के बाद प्रविष्टि, वापस नहीं ली जा सकती।
• Only one entry per person is allowed in this Quiz. Multiple entries from a person shall not be considered and shall be summarily rejected./इस क्विज़ में प्रति व्यक्ति केवल एक प्रविष्टि की अनुमति है। एक व्यक्ति से कई प्रविष्टियों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा और सरसरी तौर पर खारिज कर दिया जाएगा।
• Participants from all age groups are allowed to participate in the Quiz. However, winners shall be selected from participants, who are above the 12 years of age./सभी आयु समूहों के प्रतिभागियों को प्रश्नोत्तरी में भाग लेने की अनुमति है। हालांकि, प्रतिभागियों में उन्ही विजेताओं को चुना जाएगा, जो 12 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के हैं।
• Organizers shall not be responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, could not be submitted due to any issue/error, technical or otherwise, which are beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note that ‘proof of submission’ of the entry is not the ‘proof of receipt’ of the same./आयोजक ऐसी प्रविष्टियों के लिए ज़िम्मेदार नहीं होंगे जो खो गई हैं, देरी से है , अपूर्ण, किसी भी मुद्दे / त्रुटि, तकनीकी के कारण प्रस्तुत नहीं की जा सकती हैं, जो आयोजक के उचित नियंत्रण से परे हैं। कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रविष्टि ‘जमा करने का प्रमाण’ रसीद का प्रमाण नहीं है।
• If a winner is not reachable within five working days from announcement of the results, corresponding prize shall deemed to have been forgone and another winner shall be selected from the remaining eligible entries, in accordance with the above process, until the winner is contactable./यदि परिणामों की घोषणा से पांच कार्य दिवसों के भीतर कोई विजेता उपलब्ध नहीं होता है, तो संबंधित पुरस्कार को रद्द कर दिया जाएगा और एक अन्य विजेता को उपरोक्त प्रक्रिया के अनुसार, शेष योग्य प्रविष्टियों में से चुना जाएगा, जब तक कि विजेता संपर्क योग्य न हो।
• Entire process, starting from selection of winners, reaching out to them and dispatching prizes to them, shall be managed by UMANG Team./विजेताओं के चयन से शुरू होने वाली पूरी प्रक्रिया, उन तक पहुंचने और उन्हें पुरस्कार भेजने के लिए UMANG टीम द्वारा प्रबंधित की जाएगी।
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz any time, including amendment to these terms and conditions./अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों की स्थिति में, आयोजक इन नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन सहित किसी भी समय प्रश्नोत्तरी में संशोधन या वापस लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं।
• The Participant shall abide by all the rules and regulations for participating in the Quiz./प्रतिभागी प्रश्नोत्तरी में भाग लेने के लिए सभी नियमों और विनियमों का पालन करेगा।
• Organizers reserve the right to disqualify and/or refuse/restrict participation of anyone, if, in their reasonable assessment, such participation and/or association of any participant is detrimental to the Quiz and/or organizers and/or partners of the Quiz./आयोजकों को किसी को भी अयोग्य घोषित करने या किसी की भी भागीदारी को अस्वीकार करने / प्रतिबंधित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है, यदि, उनके उचित मूल्यांकन में, किसी भी प्रतिभागी की ऐसी भागीदारी या भागीदारी प्रश्नोत्तरी  या आयोजकों और साझेदारों के लिए हानिकारक है।
• Registration shall be void if the information received by the organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false or erroneous./आयोजकों द्वारा प्राप्त जानकारी गैरकानूनी, अपूर्ण, क्षतिग्रस्त या गलत है, तो पंजीकरण शून्य हो जाएगा।
• Organizer’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained regarding the same./प्रश्नोत्तरी पर आयोजक का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और उसी के संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
• By entering the Quiz, participant accepts and agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the Quiz, as mentioned above./क्विज़ में प्रवेश करके, प्रतिभागी प्रश्नोत्तरी के नियमों और शर्तों को स्वीकार करता है, जैसा कि ऊपर बताया गया है।

 PRIZES/पुरस्कार:

• Total 30 winners shall be selected, out of which, top 03 winners shall be awarded Gift Hampers, comprising of Jute Bag, T-Shirt and Coffee Mug./कुल 30 विजेताओं का चयन किया जाएगा, जिनमें से शीर्ष 03 विजेताओं को गिफ्ट हैम्पर्स से सम्मानित किया जाएगा, जिसमें जूट बैग, टी-शर्ट और कॉफी मग शामिल हैं।
• First Runners up – participants securing 4^th to 10^th places shall be rewarded with a T-Shirt./फर्स्ट रनर अप – 4 से 10 वें स्थान पर रहने वाले प्रतिभागियों को टी-शर्ट से पुरस्कृत किया जाएगा।
• Second Runners up – participants securing 11^th to 20^th places shall be rewarded with a Jute Bag./दूसरे रनर अप – 11 से 20 वें स्थान पर रहने वाले प्रतिभागियों को जूट बैग से पुरस्कृत किया जाएगा।
• Third Runners up – participants securing 21^st to 30^th places shall be rewarded with a Coffee Mug./थर्ड रनरअप – 21 से 30 वें स्थान पर रहने वाले प्रतिभागियों को कॉफी मग से पुरस्कृत किया जाएगा।
• The selection of winners shall be based on correct answers received for the questions. In case of more than the required winners in any category, further selection shall be done with the help of Draw./विजेताओं का चयन प्रश्नों के लिए प्राप्त सही उत्तरों पर आधारित होगा। किसी भी श्रेणी में आवश्यक विजेताओं से अधिक होने की स्थिति में, ड्रॉ की मदद से आगे का चयन किया जाएगा।
• All participants shall be given a digital “Certificate of Participation”./सभी प्रतिभागियों को एक “भागीदारी का प्रमाण पत्र” दिया जाएगा।

DURATION/समयांतराल: The Quiz duration shall be of 2 minutes (120 seconds), during which 10 multiple-choice questions shall be required to be answered. All questions shall be available in Hindi and English./क्विज़ की अवधि 2 मिनट (120 सेकंड) की होगी, जिसके दौरान 10 बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्नों का उत्तर देना आवश्यक होगा। सभी प्रश्न हिंदी और अंग्रेजी में उपलब्ध होंगे।
