About Quiz

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs took up a bold initiative brought about a transformational change in Government Process Re-engineering (GPR) by launching various initiatives which has resulted in reduction in the number of processes and time taken for Starting a Business in the country. To mention a few, with reengineering in process and establishment of Central Registration Centre ( CRC) , incorporation of a company is completed in a single day which is in line with global best practices.

In order to help the stakeholders to derive greater benefits of the Ease of Business initiatives of this Ministry and to enthuse common citizens of India and public at large towards the initiatives of EODB, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs is undertaking Quiz Competition through MyGov platform designed to promote and raise awareness about various aspects of EODB .

Gratification Details:

1. Participation Certificates will be issued to all the participants.
2. Top 10 winners receive a commendation certificate from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. The Quiz   is being organized    by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.
  2. This is a timed quiz with 10 questions to be answered in 400 seconds.
  3. Winners will be judged based on maximum number of correct answers.
  4. Any individual who desires to participate in the quiz will be required to provide his/her name, date of birth, correspondence address, email address and mobile number. By submitting your contact details, you will give consent to these details being used solely for the purpose of the Quiz.
  5. Each participant of the quiz shall be rewarded with an e-certificate for participation.
  6. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.
  7. Discovery/detection/noticing of use of any unfair/spurious means/ malpractices, including but not limited to impersonation, double participation, etc. during the participation in the quiz, will result in the participation being declared null and void and hence, rejected. The organizers of the quiz competition or any agency acting on their behalf reserves the right in this regard.
  8. Organizer’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.
  9. Employees, directly or indirectly connected with organizing the quiz are not eligible to participate in the quiz. This ineligibility also applies to their immediate family members.
  10. There will be no negative marking for the incorrect answer.
  11. All questions are in English language only.
  12. One individual can participate only once in the quiz. Multiple entries from the same entrant will not be considered and will be discarded.
  13. Once submitted, an entry cannot be withdrawn.
  14. Participants can view their score after the last date of the quiz.
  15. The same mobile number and same Email ID cannot be used more than once for participation in the quiz.
  16. By entering the Quiz, the Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above.
  17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Indian Judiciary.
