1.     Quiz is open for all Indian Citizens.

2.     Quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’ button.

3.     Employees directly or indirectly connected with the organizers of the quiz are not eligible to participate. This ineligibility also applies to their immediate family members.

4.     Participants’ MyGov Profile must be updated and accurate to qualify for the Winner List.

5.     The quiz is hosted by MyGov and is available at www.quiz.mygov.in. The quiz is available in English.

6.     This is a time-bound quiz. Participants will have 300 seconds to answer 10 questions.

7.     Each participant can attempt the quiz only once. Multiple entries from the same participant, if found, will result in disqualification from the quiz.

8.     The winning criterion is to answer all questions correctly within 300 seconds.

9.     Winner selection will be conducted through a system-generated randomization method to ensure fairness and transparency. All participants who meet the stated winning criteria, including answering all questions correctly and submitting within the stipulated time, will be included in a centralized pool of eligible entries. Winners will be selected solely through an automated random selection process.

10.  Discovery, detection, or noticing of the use of any unfair or spurious means/malpractices, including but not limited to impersonation, double participation, etc., during participation in the quiz will result in the entry being declared null and void and rejected. The organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action in this regard.

11.  The winner selection will be announced on blog.mygov.in, and further details regarding the event will be shared with the winners through official communication. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of the competition at any time or cancel the competition, as deemed appropriate.

12.  The organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or not transmitted due to computer errors or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizers.

1. Who can participate in the Shaheed Bhagat Singh: The Legacy Quiz?

The quiz is open to all Indian citizens across all age groups. An active MyGov account is required to participate.

2. What is the reward for taking the Bhagat Singh Quiz?

Every participant receives an official digital participation certificate. Furthermore, 50 selected top scorers win INR 2,000 each, and 30 winners receive an educational heritage visit to the Shaheed Bhagat Singh – Shaheed-e-Azam Museum in Punjab.

3. How are the winners selected?

Participants who answer all 10 questions correctly within 300 seconds enter a centralized eligibility pool. Winners are selected transparently using an automated, system-generated randomization process.

4. How do I download my Bhagat Singh Quiz Certificate?

Once you complete and submit the quiz, go to your MyGov profile dashboard under the “Quiz” tab and click “Download Certificate” to save your verified PDF.

5. Can I retake the quiz to improve my score?

No. Each participant is permitted only one attempt. Multiple attempts from the same participant will result in disqualification.
