Terms and Conditions

1.  All Indian citizens are eligible to participate in the quiz. / सभी भारतीय नागरिक इस क्विज़ में भाग ले सकते हैं।

2. Access for the quiz will only be through the MyGov platform and no other channel. / क्विज़ का एक्सेस केवल MyGov प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से ही मिलेगा, किसी अन्य चैनल से नहीं।

3. The questions will be randomly picked from the question bank through an automated process. / प्रश्न स्वचालित प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से प्रश्न बैंक से यादृच्छिक रूप से चुने जाएंगे।

4. Each question in the Quiz is in the Multiple-Choice Format and has only one correct option. / प्रत्येक प्रश्न बहुविकल्पीय (Multiple-Choice) प्रारूप में होगा और केवल एक ही सही उत्तर होगा।

5. Participants are allowed to play only once; multiple participation is not permitted. / प्रतिभागी केवल एक बार क्विज़ खेल सकते हैं; एक से अधिक बार भाग लेने की अनुमति नहीं है।

6. The quiz will begin as soon as the participant clicks the “Start Quiz” button. / जैसे ही प्रतिभागी “Start Quiz” बटन पर क्लिक करेंगे, क्विज़ शुरू हो जाएगा।

7. This is a time-based quiz with 10 questions which needs to be answered in 300 seconds. / यह एक समय-आधारित क्विज़ है, जिसमें 10 प्रश्न होंगे, जिन्हें 300 सेकंड के भीतर हल करना होगा।

8. The quiz is timed; the sooner a participant finishes, the better their chances of winning. / क्विज़ समयबद्ध है; प्रतिभागी जितनी जल्दी समाप्त करेंगे, उनकी जीतने की संभावना उतनी अधिक होगी।

9. There is no negative marking in the quiz. / क्विज़ में नकारात्मक अंकन (Negative Marking) नहीं है।

10. In the event of multiple participants having the same number of correct answers, the participant with the shortest time will be declared the winner. / यदि एक से अधिक प्रतिभागियों के समान संख्या में सही उत्तर होते हैं, तो सबसे कम समय लेने वाले को विजेता घोषित किया जाएगा।

11. After successful completion, the participant could auto-download a digital participation certificate recognizing their participation and completion. / सफलतापूर्वक क्विज़ पूरा करने के बाद, प्रतिभागी अपनी भागीदारी और पूर्णता को मान्यता देने वाला डिजिटल प्रमाण पत्र डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।

12. Participants should not refresh the page while taking the quiz and should submit the page to register their entry. / प्रतिभागियों को क्विज़ के दौरान पेज को रिफ्रेश नहीं करना चाहिए और अपनी प्रविष्टि को पंजीकृत करने के लिए पेज को सबमिट करना होगा।

13. Participants will need to provide their name, e-mail address, mobile number, and city. By submitting these details, participants give consent for their use of the quiz. / प्रतिभागियों को अपना नाम, ईमेल पता, मोबाइल नंबर और शहर प्रदान करना होगा। ये विवरण सबमिट करके, प्रतिभागी क्विज़ में उनके उपयोग की सहमति देते हैं।

14. The same mobile number and email address cannot be used more than once for participation in the quiz. / एक ही मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल आईडी का उपयोग एक से अधिक बार भाग लेने के लिए नहीं किया जा सकता।

15. The organisers have the right to disqualify the participation of any user for any misconduct or improprieties. / आयोजकों को किसी भी प्रकार की अनुचित आचरण या अनियमितता के लिए किसी भी प्रतिभागी को अयोग्य ठहराने का अधिकार है।

16. The organiser has all the rights to modify or discontinue the quiz at any moment in the event of unforeseen events. This includes the ability to change these terms and conditions, for the avoidance of doubt. / किसी भी अप्रत्याशित घटना की स्थिति में आयोजकों को किसी भी समय क्विज़ को संशोधित या बंद करने का पूरा अधिकार होगा। इसमें इन नियम और शर्तों को बदलने का अधिकार भी शामिल है।

17. The organiser’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. / क्विज़ के संबंध में आयोजकों का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा, और इस पर किसी भी प्रकार की बातचीत नहीं की जाएगी।

18. Participants need to have a regular check on the content for all the updates. / प्रतिभागियों को सभी अपडेट्स के लिए सामग्री की नियमित रूप से जांच करनी होगी।

19. The organisers the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Quiz and/ or the Terms & Conditions. However, any changes to the Terms & Conditions or cancellation of the Contest, will be updated/ posted on the platform. / आयोजकों को क्विज़ और/या नियम एवं शर्तों के किसी भी भाग को रद्द या संशोधित करने का अधिकार होगा। हालाँकि, नियमों और शर्तों में किए गए किसी भी बदलाव या क्विज़ को रद्द करने की जानकारी प्लेटफॉर्म पर अपडेट की जाएगी।
