1. This quiz is a part of the Sardar Unity Trinity Quiz.यह क्विज़ सरदार यूनिटी ट्रिनिटी क्विज़ का एक हिस्सा है।
2. The Sardar Unity Trinity Quiz – Swabhimani Bharat is live from 1st January ’24 till 31st January ’24, 11:30 pm (IST)सरदार यूनिटी ट्रिनिटी क्विज़ – स्वाभिमानी भारत 1 जनवरी 2024 से 31 जनवरी 2024, रात 11:30 बजे (IST) तक लाइव रहेगा।
3. The entry to the Quiz is open to all Indian Citizens.सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए क्विज़ में एंट्री ओपन है।
4. This is a timed quiz with 10 questions to be answered in 200 seconds. यह एक समयबद्ध क्विज़ है जिसमें 200 सेकंड में 10 प्रश्नों के उत्तर देने होते हैं।
5. You can skip a tough question and come back to it later.आप मुश्किल सवाल छोड़ सकते हैं और उन्हें बाद में हल कर सकते हैं।
6. There will be no negative marking.कोई नेगेटिव मार्किंग नहीं होगी।
7. One person is eligible to participate in all the other quizzes of the module.एक व्यक्ति मॉड्यूल के अन्य सभी क्विज़ में भाग लेने के लिए पात्र है।
8. The quiz will be available in 12 languages – English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu.यह क्विज़ 12 भाषाओं में उपलब्ध होगी — अंग्रेज़ी, हिंदी, असमी, बंगाली, गुजराती, कन्नड़, मलयालम, मराठी, ओडिया, पंजाबी, तमिल और तेलुगु|
9. One participant will be eligible to win only once in a particular quiz. Multiple entries from the same entrant will not qualify him/her for multiple wins during the same quiz. एक प्रतिभागी किसी खास क्विज़ में सिर्फ़ एक बार जीतने का पात्र होगा। एक ही प्रवेश कर्ता की कई एंट्रीज़ उसे एक ही क्विज़ के दौरान कई जीत के योग्य नहीं बनाएगी।
10. You will be required to provide your name, email address, telephone number and postal address. By submitting your contact details, you will give consent to these details being used for the purpose of the Quiz and also for receiving promotional content.आपको अपना नाम, ईमेल पता, टेलीफ़ोन नंबर और डाक पता देना होगा। अपना संपर्क विवरण सबमिट करके, आप इन विवरणों पर सहमति देंगे, जिनका इस्तेमाल क्विज़ के लिए और प्रचार सामग्री प्राप्त करने के लिए भी किया जाएगा।
11. The announced winners need to update their Bank Details for the disbursement of the prize money on their MyGov profile. The username on MyGov profile should match with the name on the Bank Account for prize money disbursement.घोषित विजेताओं को अपनी माईगव प्रोफ़ाइल पर पुरस्कार राशि के वितरण के लिए अपने बैंक विवरण को अपडेट करना होगा। पुरस्कार राशि के वितरण के लिए माईगव प्रोफ़ाइल पर मौजूद यूजरनेम बैंक खाते के नाम के साथ मेल खाना चाहिए।
12. The questions will be randomly picked from the question bank through an automated process.स्वचालित प्रक्रिया के जरिए प्रश्न बैंक से प्रश्नों को बेतरतीब ढंग से चुना जाएगा।
13. The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks the Start Quiz button.जैसे ही प्रतिभागी स्टार्ट क्विज़ बटन पर क्लिक करेंगे, क्विज़ शुरू हो जाएगी।
14. Once submitted an entry cannot be withdrawn.एक बार सबमिट करने के बाद एंट्री वापस नहीं ली जा सकती।
15. In case it’s detected that the participant has used unfair means to complete the quiz in unduly reasonable time, the entry may get rejected.यदि यह पता चलता है कि प्रतिभागी ने अनुचित समय में प्रश्नोत्तरी को पूरा करने के लिए अनुचित साधनों का उपयोग किया है, तो एंट्री अस्वीकार कर दी जा सकती है।
16. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.आयोजक उन एंट्रीज़ के लिए कोई ज़िम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे जो खो गई हैं, देर से आई हैं या अधूरी हैं या कंप्यूटर की गड़बड़ी या आयोजक के उचित नियंत्रण से बाहर किसी अन्य गड़बड़ी के कारण प्रेषित नहीं हुई हैं। कृपया ध्यान दें कि एंट्री सबमिट करने का प्रमाण उसकी प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं है।
17. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों की स्थिति में, आयोजकों के पास किसी भी समय क्विज़ में संशोधन करने या वापस लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है। संदेह से बचने के लिए इसमें इन नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन करने का अधिकार शामिल है।
18. The participant shall abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the Quiz from time to time.प्रतिभागी को समय-समय पर क्विज़ में भाग लेने के सभी नियमों और विनियमों का पालन करना होगा।
19. Organizers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant, which is detrimental to the Quiz or the Organizers or partners of the Quiz. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false or erroneous.आयोजक किसी भी प्रतिभागी के भाग लेने या शामिल होने पर उसे अयोग्य घोषित करने या अस्वीकार करने के सभी अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं, जो क्विज़ या क्विज़ के आयोजकों या भागीदारों के लिए हानिकारक है। अगर आयोजकों को मिली जानकारी अस्पष्ट, अधूरी, क्षतिग्रस्त, झूठी या ग़लत है, तो रजिस्ट्रेशन रद्द कर दिए जाएंगे।
20. MyGov employees and its associated agencies or employees directly or indirectly connected with the hosting of the quiz, are not eligible to participate in the quiz. This ineligibility also applies to their immediate family members.माईगव के कर्मचारी और इससे जुड़ी एजेंसियां या कर्मचारी, जो प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से क्विज़ की आयोजन से जुड़े हैं, क्विज़ में हिस्सा लेने के लिए पात्र नहीं हैं। यह अपात्रता उनके परिवार के नजदीकी सदस्यों पर भी लागू होती है।
21. Organizer’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained regarding the same.क्विज़ पर आयोजक का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और इस बारे में किसी भी पत्राचार पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
22. By participating in  the quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to the mentioned Terms and Conditions mentioned above.क्विज़ में भाग लेने पर, प्रतिभागी ऊपर बताए गए नियमों और शर्तों को स्वीकार करता है और उनसे सहमत होता है।
23. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of the Indian Judiciary. इन नियमों और शर्तों को भारतीय न्यायपालिका के कानून के अनुसार नियंत्रित किया जाएगा।
24. Any legal proceedings arising out of the competition/ its entries/ winners/special mentions shall be subject to local jurisdiction of Delhi State only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves.प्रतियोगिता/इसकी एंट्रीज़/विजेताओं/विशेष उल्लेखों से उत्पन्न होने वाली कोई भी कानूनी कार्यवाही सिर्फ़ दिल्ली राज्य के स्थानीय अधिकार क्षेत्र के अधीन होगी। इस काम के लिए होने वाले ख़र्चे का वहन पार्टियां स्वयं करेंगी।
25.  In case there is any clarification needed for the translated content, the same may be informed to. contests[at]mygov[dot]in and the Hindi/English content should be referred toअगर अनुवादित सामग्री के लिए कोई स्पष्टीकरण चाहिए, तो उसे contests[at]mygov[dot]in पर सूचित किया जा सकता है और हिंदी/अंग्रेज़ी सामग्री को संदर्भित किया जाना चाहिए।
26. Participants need to check regularly on the website for the updatesप्रतिभागियों को अपडेट पाने के लिए वेबसाइट पर नियमित रूप से जांच करनी होगी।
