To celebrate World Soil Day (5th December), the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare in collaboration with MyGov invites citizens to participate in the Quiz on Swasth Dhara Toh Khet Hara 2.0
The quiz is designed to raise awareness of the importance of healthy soil and commit to conserve our soil & environment.
Gratification:
– Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare will give Mementos to the Top 3 winners.
– All the participants will receive e-certificate for participation.
1. Quiz is open for all Indian Citizens.
2. Quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’.
3. Entries once submitted cannot be withdrawn.
4. Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted.
5. Discovery/detection/noticing of use of any unfair/spurious means/malpractices, including but not limited to impersonation, double participation etc., during the participation in the quiz, will result in the participation being declared null and void and hence, rejected. The organizers of the quiz or any agency acting on their behalf reserves the right in this regard.
6. The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare will disburse the winning amount/ rewards to the selected winner(s) after publishing the Winner Announcement Blog on blog.mygov.in
7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the quiz at any time or cancel the quiz as considered.
8. The decision of the Ministry Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare on the Quiz shall be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.
9. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves.
10. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.
11. By participating in the Quiz, the participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the quiz, including any amendments or further updates.
12. The terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system.
