The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, in collaboration with MyGov, is organizing the ‘Quiz on Road Safety’ to engage citizens in an informative and enjoyable way, encouraging them to become proactive contributors to a safer road environment during National Road Safety Month.
This quiz is not just an opportunity to showcase your road safety knowledge but also a chance to spread awareness, foster a culture of responsible road behaviour, and make a positive impact on the safety of our streets. Let’s make our roads safer together!

सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय, MyGov के सहयोग से, ‘सड़क सुरक्षा पर क्विज़’ का आयोजन नागरिकों को सूचनात्मक और मनोहर तरीके से जोड़ने के लिए कर रहा है, जिसका उद्देश्य है उन्हें राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरक्षा माह के दौरान सुरक्षित सड़क पर्यावरण के प्रति सक्रिय सहयोगी बनाने की प्रेरणा देना।
यह क्विज आपके सड़क सुरक्षा ज्ञान को प्रदर्शित करने का सुनहरा अवसर नहीं है ही, बल्कि यह जागरूकता फैलाने, जिम्मेदार सड़क व्यवहार की सांस्कृतिक को बढ़ावा देने, और हमारी सड़कों की सुरक्षा पर सकारात्मक प्रभाव डालने का एक अवसर भी है। आइए हम मिलकर अपनी सड़कों को सुरक्षित बनाएं!

1. Entry to the Quiz is open to all Indian citizens. / क्विज में सभी भारतीय नागरिक भाग ले सकते है।
2. The Participant shall abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the Quiz from time to time. / प्रतिभागी समय-समय पर क्विज में भाग लेने के सभी नियमों और विनियमों का पालन करेगा।
3. This is a timed quiz with 10 questions to be answered in 300 seconds. / यह एक समयबद्ध क्विज है जिसमें 300 सेकंड में 10 प्रश्नों के उत्तर दिए जाने हैं।
4. Certificates will be issued to all the participants. / सभी प्रतिभागियों को प्रमाण पत्र जारी किए जाएंगे।
5. There will be no negative marking for the incorrect answer. / गलत उत्तर के लिए कोई नेगेटिव मार्किंग नहीं होगी।
6. All Indian Citizens are eligible to participate. / सभी भारतीय नागरिक भाग लेने के पात्र हैं।
7. An individual can participate only once in the quiz. / एक व्यक्ति क्विज में केवल एक बार भाग ले सकता है।
8. The questions will be randomly picked from the question bank through an automated process. / स्वचालित प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से प्रश्न बैंक से यादृच्छिक रूप से प्रश्न उठाए जाएंगे।
9. The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks the Start Quiz button./ जैसे ही प्रतिभागी स्टार्ट क्विज बटन पर क्लिक करेगा, क्विज शुरू हो जाएगा।
10. By entering the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above. / क्विज में प्रवेश करके, प्रतिभागी ऊपर उल्लिखित इन नियमों और शर्तों से बाध्य होने के लिए स्वीकार करता है और सहमत होता है।
11. In case it’s detected that the participant has used unfair means to complete the quiz in unduly reasonable time, the entry may get rejected. / यदि यह पता चलता है कि प्रतिभागी ने अनुचित तरीके से उचित समय में क्विज को पूरा करने के लिए अनुचित साधनों का उपयोग किया है, तो प्रविष्टि को अस्वीकार कर दिया जा सकता है।
12. Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and MyGov will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same. / सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय और माईगव के उचित नियंत्रण से परे कंप्यूटर त्रुटि या किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण खो जाने, देर से या अधूरी प्रविष्टियों के लिए आयोजक किसी भी जिम्मेदारी को स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे। कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण उसी की प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं है।
13. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and MyGov reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions. / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों की स्थिति में, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय और माईगव किसी भी समय क्विज में संशोधन या वापस लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। संदेह से बचने के लिए इसमें इन नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन करने का अधिकार शामिल है।
14. Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and MyGov reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the Quiz or the Organizers or partners of the Quiz. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the Organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false or erroneous./ सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय और माईगव के पास किसी भी प्रतिभागी की भागीदारी या जुड़ाव को अयोग्य ठहराने या अस्वीकार करने के सभी अधिकार सुरक्षित हैं, जो क्विज़ या आयोजकों या क्विज़ के भागीदारों के लिए हानिकारक है। यदि आयोजकों द्वारा प्राप्त जानकारी अस्पष्ट, अधूरी, क्षतिग्रस्त, झूठी या गलत है तो पंजीकरण रद्द हो जाएगा।
15. Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and MyGov’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same./ क्विज पर सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय और माईगव का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और इसके संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
16. By entering the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above. / क्विज में प्रवेश करके, प्रतिभागी ऊपर उल्लिखित इन नियमों और शर्तों से बाध्य होने के लिए स्वीकार करता है और सहमत होता है।
17. Participants are required to update their details like name, email address, telephone number, postal address etc. / प्रतिभागियों को अपने विवरण जैसे नाम, ईमेल पता, टेलीफोन नंबर, डाक पता आदि को अपडेट करना आवश्यक है।
18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Indian Judiciary./ ये नियम और शर्तें भारतीय न्यायपालिका के कानूनों द्वारा शासित होंगी।
