नियम और शर्तें

1. The quiz is open to all Indian citizens. School students are especially encouraged to participate. / यह क्विज़ सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए ओपन है। विशेष रूप से स्कूल के छात्रों को भाग लेने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाता है।
2. There is no entry fee for participation. / भागीदारी के लिए कोई प्रवेश शुल्क नहीं है।
3. Quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’. / जैसे ही प्रतिभागी 'प्ले क्विज़' पर क्लिक करेंगे, क्विज़ शुरू हो जाएगी।
4. The quiz consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs). / क्विज़ में बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न (MCQ) होते हैं।
5. All questions have four options, and only one correct answer. / सभी प्रश्नों में चार विकल्प होते हैं, और केवल एक सही उत्तर होता है।
6. Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted. / एक ही प्रतिभागी से कई प्रविष्टियाँ स्वीकार नहीं की जाएंगी।
7. The participant should ensure that his / her MyGov profile is accurate and updated. / प्रतिभागी को यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि उसकी माईगव प्रोफ़ाइल सही और अपडेटेड है।
8. It is a time-bound quiz: you will have 300 seconds to answer 10 questions. / यह एक समय-बद्ध क्विज़ है: आपके पास 10 प्रश्नों के उत्तर देने के लिए 300 सेकंड होंगे।
9. Discovery/detection/noticing of use of any unfair/spurious means/malpractices, including but not limited to impersonation, double participation etc., during the participation in the quiz, will result in the participation being declared null and void and hence, rejected. The organizers of the quiz competition reserve the right in this regard. / क्विज़ में भाग लेने के दौरान यदि किसी भी अनुचित / नकली साधनों / कदाचार — जैसे कि प्रतिरूपण, दोहरी भागीदारी अथवा अन्य किसी प्रकार की धोखाधड़ी का पता चलता है / संदेह होता है / नोटिस किया जाता है, तो ऐसी भागीदारी को निष्प्रभावी और अमान्य घोषित किया जाएगा, तथा उसे अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा। क्विज़ प्रतियोगिता के आयोजक इस संबंध में सभी अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं।
10. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same. / आयोजक उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए कोई ज़िम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे जो खो गई हैं, देर से सबमिट की है या अधूरी हैं या कंप्यूटर की खराबी या किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण ट्रांसमिट नहीं हुई हैं, जो आयोजक के उचित नियंत्रण के बाहर हैं। कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रविष्टि के सबमिशन का प्रमाण, उसके प्राप्त होने का प्रमाण नहीं माना जाएगा।
11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions. / अप्रत्याशित स्थिति में, आयोजकों के पास किसी भी समय क्विज़ में संशोधन करने या वापस लेने का अधिकार है। किसी भी संदेह से बचने के लिए, इसमें इन नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन करने का अधिकार शामिल है।
12. The decision of the organizers on the Quiz shall be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. / क्विज़ पर आयोजकों का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और इसके संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
13. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / सभी विवाद/कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली के अधिकार-क्षेत्र के अधीन हैं। इस उद्देश्य के लिए किए गए खर्चों को पार्टियों स्वयं वहन करेंगी।
14. By participating in the quiz, the participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the contest, including any amendments or further updates. / क्विज़ में भाग लेकर, प्रतिभागी प्रतियोगिता के सभी नियमों और शर्तों का पालन करेंगे, जिसमें कोई भी संशोधन या आगे के अपडेट शामिल हैं।
15. The terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system. / अब से नियम और शर्तें भारतीय कानूनों और भारतीय न्यायिक प्रणाली के निर्णयों द्वारा शासित होंगी।
