About Quiz

Labour Codes have given a big boost to Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas with Sabka Vishwas, the mantra given by PM Shri Narendra Modi. The Labour Codes have established transparent, answerable and simple mechanism reducing to one registration, one license and one return for all codes.

To commemorate 75 Years of India’s Independence and as a part of the ongoing ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’, Ministry of Labour and Employment is conducting a quiz on the Labour codes. Inviting all citizens to come forward and participate.

REWARDS

Central Level will be as under: –
Rs.30,000 and commemoration for the First Prize winner
Rs.20,000 and commemoration for the Second Prize winner
Rs.10,000 and commemoration for the Third Prize winner

State/UT level will be as under: –
Two (2) awards / rewards at State/UT level will be given with a condition that –

(i) For North-Eastern & Himalayan States plus all UTs, number of participants in the quiz should be minimum 200, to become eligible for State level prizes.
(ii) For other remaining States, number of participants in the quiz should be minimum 500.

Value of awards/rewards at States / UTs level will be as under: –

Rs.10,000 and commemoration for the first prize winner
Rs.5,000 and commemoration for the second prize winner

 DURATION

5 questions within a span of 120 seconds

Terms and Conditions

  1. The quiz is being organized by the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India in collaboration with the MyGov platform. Access to the quiz will only be through the MyGov platform and no other channel.
  2. If there is a tie between the winners of the quiz, then the participant who has played the quiz first will be selected.
  3. Minimum of 200 entries is required from each UT and North-Eastern states to be eligible for a reward at the state level.
  4. Minimum 500 entries are required for other States to be eligible for a reward at the state level.
  5. Participants will be required to answer 5 questions within a span of 120 seconds.
  6. The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Start Quiz’ button.
  7. Entries once submitted cannot be withdrawn.
  8. Questions contained within the quiz will be based on publicly available information.
  9. Participants will be required to provide their name, email address, telephone number, and additional details as required by the entry form. By submitting their details and participating in the quiz, participants give consent to the MyGov platform and Ministry of Labour and Employment to use this information as required to facilitate the conduct of the quiz competition, which may include confirmation of participant details, announcement of winners, and disbursement of awards.
  10. Participants can only enter the quiz competition once. Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted and considered.
  11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time or cancel the competition as considered.
  12. The organizers reserve the rights to disqualify participants, refuse entry, or discard entries, if such instances or participation is considered to be detrimental to the competition, or additionally, any entry will be considered void if the information submitted is illegible, incomplete, false, or erroneous.
  13. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late, incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.
  14. The participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the quiz competition, including any amendments or further updates.
  15. Organiser’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.
  16. By entering the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
  17. The following terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgements of the Indian judicial system.
