Attention young changemakers! Put your knowledge of democracy to the test!
Ministry of Information and Broadcasting in collaboration with MyGov is hosting a quiz, for our young voters, especially those voting for the first time in the 18th Lok Sabha Election, – “Quiz on India’s Democracy”. Dive deep into the fundamentals of democracy, deepen your understanding, and become a true democracy champion!
Gratification:
Top 18 winners will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 5,000 each.
1. Entry to the quiz is open to all Indian citizens
2. This is a timed quiz with 10 questions to be answered in 5 minutes (300 seconds).
3. You can skip a tough question and come back to it later.
4. The quiz will be available in 12 languages – English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu
5. The organisers’ decision on the quiz shall be final and binding.
6. Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted.
7. Participants will be required to provide their name, email address, telephone number, and postal address. By submitting their contact details, they will give consent to these details being used for the purpose.
8. There will be no negative marking.
9. The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks the Start Quiz button.
10. The organisers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organisers’ reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.
11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organisers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.
12. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves.
13. By entering the competition, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above.
