Terms and Conditions

1. The quiz is being organised by Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, GOI /  क्विज का आयोजन संसदीय कार्य मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा किया जा रहा है।

2. Participants from across the world and of all nationalities are eligible to participate. / देश व दुनिया भर के प्रतिभागी भाग लेने के पात्र हैं।

3. This is a quiz with 5 questions to be attempted. /  क्विज में 5 प्रश्न शामिल हैं।

4. The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks the ’Start Quiz‘ button / जैसे ही प्रतिभागी ‘स्टार्ट क्विज़‘ बटन पर क्लिक करेगा, क्विज़ शुरू हो जाएगा।

5. You will be required to provide your name, telephone number. By submitting your contact details, you give consent that your contact information can be used for the quiz. / आपको अपना नाम, टेलीफोन नंबर देना होगा। अपना संपर्क विवरण सबमिट करके, आप सहमति देते हैं कि आपकी संपर्क जानकारी का उपयोग क्विज के लिए किया जा सकता है।

6. Once submitted, an entry cannot be withdrawn. / एक बार सबमिट करने के बाद, प्रविष्टि वापस नहीं ली जा सकती।

7. On successful completion, each participant can download an e-certificate recognising their participation and completion. /  क्विज खेलने के बाद, प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी अपनी भागीदारी को मान्यता देते हुए एक ई-प्रमाण पत्र डाउनलोड कर सकता है।

8. Organisers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organisers’ reasonable control. Please note: Proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same. / आयोजक प्रविष्टियों के खो जाने, देर से आने, अपूर्ण होने, या कंप्यूटर त्रुटि या आयोजकों के उचित नियंत्रण से परे किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण प्रेषित नहीं होने के लिए कोई जिम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे। कृपया ध्यान दें: प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण उसकी प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं है।

9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organisers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions. / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों की स्थिति में, आयोजक किसी भी समय क्विज़ में संशोधन या वापस लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। संदेह से बचने के लिए, इसमें इन नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन करने का अधिकार शामिल है।

10. The participant will abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the quiz. / प्रतिभागी क्विज में भाग लेने के सभी नियमों और विनियमों का पालन करेगा।

11. The organisers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse the participation of any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant is detrimental to the quiz, organisers , or any partners of the competition. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the organisers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false, or erroneous. / आयोजक किसी भी प्रतिभागी को अयोग्य घोषित करने या भाग लेने से मना करने के सभी अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं यदि वे मानते हैं कि किसी प्रतिभागी की भागीदारी या जुड़ाव प्रश्नोत्तरी, आयोजकों, या प्रतियोगिता के किसी भी भागीदार के लिए हानिकारक है। यदि आयोजकों द्वारा प्राप्त की गई जानकारी अपठनीय, अधूरी, क्षतिग्रस्त, झूठी या गलत है, तो पंजीकरण रद्द कर दिया जाएगा।

12. The organisers’ decision on the quiz will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained regarding the same. / क्विज पर आयोजकों का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा। इस संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा |

13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and its territories. / क्विज पर आयोजकों का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा। इस संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा |

14. By entering the quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to the terms and conditions mentioned above. / क्विज में भाग लेकर, प्रतिभागी ऊपर उल्लिखित नियमों और शर्तों को स्वीकार करता है और उनसे सहमत होता है।
