About Quiz
This year the Office of Development Commissioner (Handlooms), Ministry of Textiles in collaboration with MyGov is organizing Quiz Contest on Handlooms on the occasion of National Handloom Day 7th August 2025. The quiz will emphasize, acknowledging weavers of the country who, through generations, have been carrying forward the valuable tradition of weaving and making us proud with their designs and motifs over the years. Through this quiz, MyGov is making an honest attempt at giving due recognition to the weaving tradition and the weavers of the country.
Each participant of the quiz shall be rewarded with an e-certificate.

Terms and Conditions
1. Entry into the Quiz is open to all Indian citizens.
2. It is a timed quiz. The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks the Start Quiz button.
3. One entrant can participate only once. Multiple entries from the same entrant will not be considered and will be discarded.
4. The Participant shall abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the Quiz.
5. Organizer’s decision on the Quiz will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.
6. The quiz will be available for all contestants for the period of 300 seconds in which they must answer 10 multiple choice-based questions.
7. In case of multiple participants having given the same number of correct answers, the participants who take the least time to complete the quiz will be judged as the winner.
8. Once submitted an entry cannot be withdrawn.
9. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.
10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.
11. Organizers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation in any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the Quiz or the Organizers or partners of the Quiz. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the Organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false or erroneous.
12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Indian Judiciary.
13. By entering the Quiz, the Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions mentioned above.
14. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves.
