Department of Justice in collaboration with Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog is planning to organize a Webinar for school children. The proposed Webinar, a part of the #ATLWebinarSeries, will be held on 2nd October 2020 7 PM, as part of the culmination of the 150th birth anniversary celebrations of Mahatma Gandhi. The topic of the Webinar will be “Duties for School Children: Strive for Excellence, Develop Scientific Temper and Utilize Opportunities for Education”.

As a prelude to the Webinar, the online quiz competition on Constitution of India and Fundamental Duties is being run from 29.09.2020 to 01.10.2020 on MyGov.

The quiz is intended to raise awareness on the Constitution of India and on Fundamental Duties as enshrined in the Indian Constitution, primarily intended for school children to raise awareness. However, others are also invited to participate.

Gratification details

15 Winners (from toppers tally) will be declared who will get Rs.1000/- each and a Winner’s certificate.

Everyone who participates will receive a Certificate of Participation.

Please Note

Winners will be announced on October 2, 2020 at 7 PM during a Webinar on “Duties for School Children: Strive for Excellence, Develop Scientific Temper and Utilize Opportunities for Education”. The link to participate in the Webinar is https://www.youtube.com/c/AIMtoInnovate. You will need to visit the YouTube channel at 7 PM and view the Webinar to know the result.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The Quiz is being organized by Department of Justice, Ministry of Law & Justice, Government of India.
  2. This is a timed quiz with 10 questions to be answered in 400 seconds
  3. These questions will be randomly picked from the question bank.
  4. Winners will be adjudged on the basis of maximum number of correct answers.
  5. In case of multiple participants having given same number of correct answers, the participants who take the least time to complete the quiz will be adjudged the winner.
  6. You can skip a tough question and come back to it later.
  7. There will be no negative marking.
  8. Total No. of Questions are 50.
  9. All the questions are available in English language only.
  10. The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks the Start Quiz button.
  11. Entry into the Quiz is open to all entrants who are residents of India or are of Indian origin.
  12. You will be required to provide your name, email address, telephone number and postal address. By submitting your contact details you will give consent to these details being used for the purpose of the Quiz.
  13. Once submitted an entry cannot be withdrawn.
  14. One entrant can participate only once. Multiple entries from the same entrant will not be considered and will be discarded.
  15. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.
  16. If a winner is not contactable within three working days from the result announcement, he or she will forfeit the prize and another winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the above process until a winner is selected and can be contacted.
  17. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.
  18. The Participant shall abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the Quiz from time to time.
  19. Organisers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the Quiz or the Organizers or partners of the Quiz. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the Organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false or erroneous.
  20. Organiser’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.
  21. By entering the Quiz the Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above.
  22. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Indian Judiciary.
