Terms and Conditions

1. Quiz is open for all Indian Citizens./ क्विज़ सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुला है।

2. Quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’./ प्रतिभागी द्वारा ‘Play Quiz’ पर क्लिक करते ही क्विज़ प्रारंभ हो जाएगा।

3. Employees, directly or indirectly connected with organizers of the quiz, are not eligible to participate in the quiz. This ineligibility also applies to their immediate family members./ क्विज़ आयोजकों से प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से जुड़े कर्मचारी तथा उनके निकट संबंधी भाग लेने के पात्र नहीं हैं।

 4. Participants’ MyGov Profile is mandatory to be updated and accurate for qualifying for the Winner List./ विजेता सूची में पात्रता हेतु प्रतिभागी का माईगव प्रोफाइल अद्यतन और सही होना अनिवार्य है।

5. The quiz is hosted by MyGov and is available on www.quiz.mygov.in. This quiz is available in English & Hindi./ क्विज़ माईगव द्वारा आयोजित है और www.quiz.mygov.in पर उपलब्ध है। यह अंग्रेजी और हिंदी दोनों भाषाओं में उपलब्ध है।

6. It is a time-bound quiz: Participant will have 300 seconds to answer 20 questions./ यह समयबद्ध क्विज़ है: प्रतिभागियों को 20 प्रश्नों के उत्तर देने के लिए 300 सेकंड मिलेंगे।

7. One participant can attempt quiz only once. Multiple entries from the same participant if found the participant being disqualified from the Quiz./ प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी केवल एक बार क्विज़ में भाग ले सकता है। एक से अधिक प्रविष्टियाँ मिलने पर प्रतिभागी अयोग्य घोषित किया जाएगा।

8. The Quiz winning criteria is answering all the correct answers within 300 sec./ सभी प्रश्नों के सही उत्तर 300 सेकंड के भीतर देने पर ही विजेता पात्रता मानी जाएगी।

9. The Winners Selection will be conducted through a system-generated randomization method to ensure fairness and transparency. All participants who meet the mentioned quiz winning criteria, including all correct answers and submission within the stipulated time-frame, will be included in a centralized pool of eligible entries. Winners will be selected solely through an automated random selection process./ विजेताओं का चयन निष्पक्षता और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने हेतु सिस्टम जनरेटेड रैंडमाइजेशन पद्धति से किया जाएगा। निर्धारित समय में सभी सही उत्तर देने वाले प्रतिभागियों को पात्र प्रविष्टियों के केंद्रीकृत पूल में शामिल किया जाएगा और चयन पूर्णतः स्वचालित प्रक्रिया से होगा

10. For the purpose of ensuring fairness and equal opportunity, only one member per family shall be considered for winner shortlisting./ निष्पक्षता और समान अवसर सुनिश्चित करने हेतु एक परिवार से केवल एक सदस्य को विजेता चयन के लिए माना जाएगा।

11. Discovery/detection/noticing of use of any unfair/spurious means/malpractices, including but not limited to impersonation, double participation etc., during the participation in the quiz, will result in the participation being declared null and void and hence, rejected. The organizers of the quiz competition reserve the right in this regard./ किसी भी अनुचित या कपटपूर्ण साधन (जैसे प्रतिरूपण, दोहरी भागीदारी आदि) के उपयोग की स्थिति में प्रविष्टि अमान्य घोषित कर दी जाएगी। इस संबंध में आयोजकों का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।

12. The Winner selection will be announced on blog.mygov.in and further details of the event will be shared to the Winners via official communication. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time or cancel the competition as considered./ विजेताओं की घोषणा blog.mygov.in पर की जाएगी तथा आगे की जानकारी आधिकारिक संचार के माध्यम से साझा की जाएगी। अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों में आयोजक नियमों में संशोधन या प्रतियोगिता रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं।

13. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control./ आयोजक उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए किसी भी प्रकार की जिम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे जो खो गई हों, विलंब से प्राप्त हुई हों, अपूर्ण हों अथवा कंप्यूटर त्रुटि या आयोजकों के उचित नियंत्रण से परे किसी अन्य कारणवश प्रेषित न हो सकी हों।

14. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same./ प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं माना जाएगा।
