About Quiz
Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY), launched in September 2018, is a flagship health assurance scheme of the Government of India. As the scheme commemorates its 8th Anniversary, it continues to play a significant role in providing financial protection and access to healthcare for vulnerable families across the country.
To commemorate the anniversary of AB PM-JAY and highlight its achievements and impact, the National Health Authority (NHA), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, in collaboration with MyGov, invites citizens to participate in the “Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY Anniversary Quiz 2026.”
The quiz provides citizens with an opportunity to learn about the scheme, its key features and benefits, its impact on healthcare delivery, and its role in strengthening access to quality and affordable healthcare. Citizens from all walks of life are encouraged to participate and enhance their knowledge about one of the world’s largest publicly funded health assurance schemes.

The prize money will be disbursed by the National Health Authority (NHA) to the selected winner(s).
आयुष्मान भारत प्रधानमंत्री जन आरोग्य योजना (AB PM-JAY) को सितंबर 2018 में भारत सरकार की एक प्रमुख स्वास्थ्य आश्वासन योजना के रूप में शुरू किया गया था। योजना की 8वीं वर्षगांठ के अवसर पर, यह देशभर के कमजोर एवं जरूरतमंद परिवारों को स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं तक पहुंच और वित्तीय सुरक्षा प्रदान करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रही है।
AB PM-JAY की वर्षगांठ मनाने तथा इसकी उपलब्धियों और प्रभाव को रेखांकित करने के उद्देश्य से राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य प्राधिकरण (NHA), स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार ने MyGov के सहयोग से नागरिकों को “आयुष्मान भारत PM-JAY वर्षगांठ क्विज़ 2026” में भाग लेने के लिए आमंत्रित किया है।
यह क्विज़ नागरिकों को योजना की प्रमुख विशेषताओं एवं लाभों, स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं पर इसके प्रभाव तथा गुणवत्तापूर्ण और सुलभ स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं तक पहुंच को सुदृढ़ करने में इसकी भूमिका के बारे में जानने का अवसर प्रदान करेगी। देश के सभी वर्गों के नागरिक इस क्विज़ में भाग लेकर विश्व की सबसे बड़ी सार्वजनिक रूप से वित्तपोषित स्वास्थ्य आश्वासन योजनाओं में से एक के बारे में अपने ज्ञान को बढ़ा सकते हैं।

Terms and Conditions
1. The Quiz is open to all Indian citizens.
यह क्विज़ सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुली है।
2. This is a timed quiz with 10 questions to be answered within 300 seconds. There will be no negative marking.
यह एक समयबद्ध क्विज़ है, जिसमें 10 प्रश्नों के उत्तर 300 सेकंड के भीतर देने होंगे। इसमें कोई नकारात्मक अंकन नहीं होगा।
3. Participants must ensure that their MyGov profile is updated with the latest and correct information for further communication.
प्रतिभागियों को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि आगे के संचार के लिए उनका MyGov प्रोफ़ाइल नवीनतम एवं सही जानकारी के साथ अपडेट हो।
4. The questions will be randomly selected from the question bank through an automated process.
प्रश्न बैंक में उपलब्ध प्रश्नों में से प्रश्नों का चयन स्वचालित प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से यादृच्छिक रूप से किया जाएगा।
5. Participants can register using a valid mobile number or email ID. The same mobile number or email address cannot be used more than once to participate in the Quiz.
प्रतिभागी वैध मोबाइल नंबर या ईमेल आईडी के माध्यम से पंजीकरण कर सकते हैं। एक ही मोबाइल नंबर या ईमेल आईडी का उपयोग क्विज़ में एक से अधिक बार भाग लेने के लिए नहीं किया जा सकता।
6. The organizers reserve the right to modify, amend, suspend, or discontinue the Quiz at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. The organizers may also modify these Terms and Conditions, as deemed appropriate.
आयोजकों को अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों के कारण किसी भी समय क्विज़ में संशोधन, बदलाव, निलंबन या इसे बंद करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है। आयोजक आवश्यकतानुसार इन नियमों एवं शर्तों में भी संशोधन कर सकते हैं।
7. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify or refuse the participation of any individual if their participation is deemed detrimental to the Quiz. Participation shall be considered void if the information provided is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false, or erroneous.
आयोजकों को किसी भी प्रतिभागी की भागीदारी को निरस्त करने या उसे भाग लेने से मना करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है, यदि उसकी भागीदारी क्विज़ के लिए प्रतिकूल मानी जाती है। यदि प्रतिभागी द्वारा दी गई जानकारी अस्पष्ट, अधूरी, क्षतिग्रस्त, गलत या भ्रामक है, तो उसकी भागीदारी अमान्य मानी जाएगी।
8. Employees directly or indirectly connected with the organization of the Quiz, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
क्विज़ के आयोजन से प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से जुड़े कर्मचारी तथा उनके निकटतम परिवार के सदस्य इसमें भाग लेने के पात्र नहीं हैं।
9. The decision of the National Health Authority (NHA) and MyGov regarding the Quiz shall be final and binding, and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
क्विज़ से संबंधित राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य प्राधिकरण (NHA) एवं MyGov का निर्णय अंतिम एवं बाध्यकारी होगा तथा इस संबंध में किसी भी प्रकार का पत्राचार स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
10. All disputes or legal complaints arising out of or in connection with the Quiz shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi only. Expenses incurred in this regard shall be borne by the respective parties themselves.
क्विज़ से संबंधित सभी विवाद या कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली के न्यायालयों के अधिकार क्षेत्र के अधीन होंगी। इस संबंध में होने वाले व्यय संबंधित पक्षों द्वारा स्वयं वहन किए जाएंगे।
11. Participants are advised to regularly check the MyGov website for updates and announcements related to the Quiz.
प्रतिभागियों को क्विज़ से संबंधित नवीनतम जानकारी एवं घोषणाओं के लिए MyGov वेबसाइट को नियमित रूप से देखते रहने की सलाह दी जाती है।
12. Upon successful completion of the Quiz, participants may download a digital participation certificate acknowledging their participation and completion of the Quiz.
क्विज़ सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करने के बाद प्रतिभागी अपनी सहभागिता एवं क्विज़ पूर्ण करने के प्रमाण के रूप में डिजिटल सहभागिता प्रमाणपत्र डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।
13. By participating in the Quiz, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them.
क्विज़ में भाग लेकर प्रतिभागी यह पुष्टि करते हैं कि उन्होंने इन नियमों एवं शर्तों को पढ़ लिया है, समझ लिया है तथा इन्हें स्वीकार करते हैं और इनका पालन करने के लिए सहमत हैं।
14. The winner selection process is fully system-driven and conducted digitally. Participants are ranked based on their scores, with those achieving the highest marks in the shortest time being selected as winners. In cases where multiple participants obtain the same score and complete the quiz in the same amount of time, the system automatically applies a randomization process to determine the final ranking among those participants. No manual intervention is involved at any stage of the winner selection process, ensuring complete transparency and fairness.
/ विजेताओं के चयन की प्रक्रिया पूर्णतः सिस्टम-आधारित एवं डिजिटल रूप से संचालित होगी। प्रतिभागियों की रैंकिंग उनके प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर की जाएगी, जिसमें सर्वाधिक अंक प्राप्त करने वाले और सबसे कम समय में क्विज़ पूरा करने वाले प्रतिभागियों का चयन विजेताओं के रूप में किया जाएगा। यदि एक से अधिक प्रतिभागियों के अंक समान हों और उन्होंने क्विज़ समान समय में पूरा किया हो, तो ऐसे प्रतिभागियों के बीच अंतिम रैंक निर्धारित करने के लिए सिस्टम द्वारा स्वचालित रूप से रैंडमाइज़ेशन (यादृच्छिकीकरण) प्रक्रिया अपनाई जाएगी। विजेता चयन की पूरी प्रक्रिया में किसी भी चरण पर कोई मैनुअल हस्तक्षेप नहीं होगा, जिससे पूर्ण पारदर्शिता और निष्पक्षता सुनिश्चित होगी।
