Terms and Conditions

1. Participants must complete all three activities — taking the pledge, submitting a short video for the Reels/Shorts Making Contest, and participating in the Quiz Competition — to be eligible for winning the contest. / प्रतिभागियों को प्रतियोगिता में विजेता बनने के लिए तीनों गतिविधियाँ पूरी करनी अनिवार्य हैं — शपथ लेना, रील्स/शॉर्ट्स मेकिंग प्रतियोगिता के लिए एक छोटा वीडियो जमा करना, और क्विज़ प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेना।

2. Participants are required to provide their name, email address, phone number, and any other details as requested in the entry form. By submitting their details and participating in the contest, participants consent to the use of this information by MyGov and the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) for official purposes. / प्रतिभागियों को अपना नाम, ईमेल पता, फोन नंबर और प्रविष्टि फ़ॉर्म में अनुरोधित अन्य विवरण प्रदान करने होंगे। विवरण जमा करके और प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेकर, प्रतिभागी MyGov और ऊर्जा दक्षता ब्यूरो (BEE) को इन जानकारियों के आधिकारिक उपयोग की अनुमति प्रदान करते हैं।

3. The contest is open only to Indian residents. / यह प्रतियोगिता केवल भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुली है।

4. All entries for the Reels/Shorts Making Contest must be submitted exclusively through the MyGov portal at www.mygov.in. Entries submitted via any other medium will not be considered. / रील्स/शॉर्ट्स मेकिंग प्रतियोगिता के सभी प्रविष्टियाँ केवल MyGov पोर्टल (www.mygov.in) के माध्यम से ही जमा की जानी चाहिए। किसी अन्य माध्यम से भेजी गई प्रविष्टियाँ स्वीकार नहीं की जाएंगी।

5. Submitted reels must be in portrait mode, in MP4 format, and must not exceed 60 seconds in duration. / जमा की गई रील्स पोर्ट्रेट मोड में, MP4 फ़ॉर्मेट में होनी चाहिए, और 60 सेकंड से अधिक की नहीं होनी चाहिए।

6. Once submitted, entries for the Reels/Shorts Making Contest cannot be withdrawn. / एक बार जमा की गई प्रविष्टियाँ वापस नहीं ली जा सकतीं।

7. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered. / अंतिम तिथि के बाद प्राप्त प्रविष्टियाँ स्वीकार नहीं की जाएंगी।

8. The same mobile number and email ID cannot be used more than once to participate in the quiz. / क्विज़ में भाग लेने के लिए एक ही मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल आईडी का एक से अधिक बार उपयोग नहीं किया जा सकता।

9. Any detection of unfair practices such as impersonation, multiple entries, or other fraudulent methods will result in immediate disqualification. The organizers and their authorized agencies reserve the right to disqualify such entries. / यदि किसी प्रतिभागी द्वारा अनुचित तरीकों का उपयोग (जैसे कि प्रतिरूपण, बहु प्रविष्टियाँ, या धोखाधड़ी) किया जाता है, तो उसे अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा। आयोजकों को इस संबंध में पूर्ण अधिकार है।

10. Employees involved, directly or indirectly, in organizing the contest are not eligible to participate. / प्रतियोगिता आयोजन से प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से जुड़े कर्मचारी भाग लेने के पात्र नहीं हैं।

11. BEE reserves the right to use submitted materials for promotional, knowledge-sharing, and external communication purposes. / BEE द्वारा जमा की गई सामग्री का उपयोग प्रचार, ज्ञान-साझाकरण और बाह्य संप्रेषण के लिए किया जा सकता है।

12. Participants may be required to provide valid proof of identity upon request. / प्रतिभागियों को अनुरोध पर पहचान का वैध प्रमाण प्रस्तुत करना पड़ सकता है।

13. In case of any unforeseen circumstances, BEE and MyGov reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel the competition at any time. / किसी भी अप्रत्याशित परिस्थिति में, BEE और MyGov को नियमों में संशोधन या प्रतियोगिता रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

14. BEE and MyGov shall not be held responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, or improperly transmitted entries due to technical issues or errors beyond their control. / किसी तकनीकी कारण या अन्य त्रुटियों के कारण विलंबित, अधूरी, या गलत प्रविष्टियों के लिए BEE और MyGov उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे।

15. Participants must comply with all the terms and conditions of the competition, including any future amendments. / प्रतिभागियों को प्रतियोगिता की सभी शर्तों का पालन करना होगा, जिसमें भविष्य में किए गए संशोधन भी शामिल हैं।

16. All content submitted must be original and must not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. Any infringement of intellectual property rights will result in disqualification. The Government of India is not liable for any such infringements committed by the participants. / सभी प्रस्तुत की गई सामग्री मौलिक होनी चाहिए और भारतीय कॉपीराइट अधिनियम, 1957 का उल्लंघन नहीं करना चाहिए। बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकारों का उल्लंघन करने पर प्रतिभागी अयोग्य घोषित किए जाएंगे। भारत सरकार इस संबंध में किसी भी प्रकार की जिम्मेदारी नहीं लेती।

17. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Organizers are not responsible for entries lost due to technical or transmission errors beyond their reasonable control. / प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण, प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं माना जाएगा। तकनीकी कारणों या नेटवर्क समस्याओं के कारण खोई हुई प्रविष्टियों की जिम्मेदारी आयोजकों की नहीं होगी।

18. BEE reserves the right to disqualify participants, reject entries, or remove any submission deemed inappropriate or detrimental to the contest. Submissions that are incomplete, inaccurate, false, or illegible will be disqualified. / BEE को किसी भी प्रविष्टि को अयोग्य घोषित करने, अस्वीकार करने या प्रतियोगिता के लिए अनुपयुक्त समझी जाने वाली प्रविष्टियों को हटाने का अधिकार है। अपूर्ण, गलत, झूठी या अपठनीय प्रविष्टियाँ अयोग्य घोषित कर दी जाएंगी।

19. The decision of BEE and MyGov regarding the contest, including the quiz, shall be final and binding. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained. / प्रतियोगिता (जिसमें क्विज़ भी शामिल है) के संबंध में BEE और MyGov का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा। इस संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

20. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts. / ये नियम और शर्तें भारत के कानूनों द्वारा शासित होंगी और भारतीय न्यायालयों के क्षेत्राधिकार के अधीन होंगी।
