About Quiz

Introduction/परिचय

ANGIKAAR– campaign for change management was formally launched on 2nd October 2019, commemorating 150th Gandhi Jayanti in more than 4000 cities, wherein need assessments and door to door awareness for change management was conducted.  Subsequently, this was followed by continuous and consistent ward level IEC activities in States/ UTs.

The campaign has received enthusiastic response and participation from beneficiaries and Elected Representatives for all ANGIKAAR activities, resulting in a positive impact of the campaign.  The initial phase of the campaign concluded with the culmination of PMAY (U) beneficiaries in all cities on January 26th, 2020, the 71st Republic Day. The following key activities such as Essay Competition, Health Camps, Plogging Runs, Plantation Drives etc., were conducted in all States/UTs.

Presently, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), proposes to conduct a ‘PMAY (U) Awas Quiz’ competition through MyGov from 2nd October 2020 to 14th 2021, celebrating the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.

 

150 वीं गांधी जयंती के उपलक्ष्‍य में 4000 से अधिक शहरों में परिवर्तन प्रबंधन के लिए अंगीकार–अभियान को औपचारिक रूप से 2 अक्टूबर 2019 को शुरू किया गया था, जिसमें आवश्यकता मूल्यांकन और घर-घर जाकर परिवर्तन प्रबंधन के लिए जागरूकता अभियान चलाया गया। इसके बाद, राज्यों/संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों में निरंतर और अनुकूल वार्ड स्तरीय आईईसी गतिविधियां आयोजित की गईं ।

इस अभियान में सभी अंगीकार कार्यकलापों के लिए लाभार्थियों और निर्वाचित प्रतिनिधियों से उत्साहजनक प्रतिक्रिया और भागीदारी मिली है, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप, इस अभियान का सकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ा है। इस अभियान का प्रारंभिक चरण 26 जनवरी, 2020 अर्थात 71 वें गणतंत्र दिवस के अवसर पर सभी शहरों में प्रधान मंत्री आवास योजना (शहरी) [पीएमएवाई (यू)] के लाभार्थियों की परिणिति के साथ संपन्न हुआ। सभी राज्यों/संघ राज्य क्षेत्रो में निबंध प्रतियोगिता, स्वास्थ्य शिविर, प्लॉगिंग रन, वृक्षारोपण अभियान आदि जैसे प्रमुख कार्यकलाप आयोजित किए गए।

वर्तमान में, आवासन और शहरी कार्य मंत्रालय द्वारा 2 अक्टूबर 2020 से 14 जनवरी 2021 के दौरान MyGov के माध्यम से पीएमएवाई (यू) आवास क्विज (पीएमएवाईक्यू) प्रतियोगिता आयोजित कराना प्रस्तावित है ।

Objective of the competition/प्रतियोगिता का उद्देश्य

To create a platform for Citizens and family members of PMAY (U) beneficiaries where they can explore, learn and are well informed about the programme through a quiz competition.

एक ऐसा मंच प्रदान करना, जहां नागरिक और पीएमएवाई (यू) लाभार्थियों के परिवारिक सदस्य क्विज प्रतियोगिता के माध्यम से इस योजना के बारे में सीख सकें और उसके जानकार बन सकें।

Topic and Brief/विषय और सारांश

  • The quiz will be in bilingual format i.e. English and Hindi./क्विज द्विभाषी प्रारूप अर्थात् अंग्रेजी और हिंदी में होगी।
  • Participant may read material available on the PMAY (Urban) & ARHCs campaign page in My Gov/ platform and https://pmay-urban.gov.in/ wherein schemes, initiatives, updates and activities are available./प्रतिभागी MyGov और https://pmay-urban.gov.in/ में जाकर पीएमएवाई (शहरी) और एआरएचसी अभियान पेज पर उपलब्ध सामग्री पढ़ सकते हैं
  • After thoroughly understanding PMAY (U) programme, participants may take part in the quiz competition./पीएमएवाई (यू) के बारे में अच्छी तरह से जान लेने के बाद प्रतिभागी क्विज प्रतियोगिता में भाग ले सकते हैं।
  • Participants can view their score after the last date of the quiz/प्रतिभागी अपने प्राप्‍तांक देख सकते हैं और भागीदारी का प्रमाण पत्र डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।

Terms and Conditions

  1. The quiz competition will be conducted for Citizens/ PMAY (U) beneficiaries or their family members through mygov.in from 2nd October 2020 to 14th January 2021./क्विज प्रतियोगिता में सभी भाग ले सकते हैं, नागरिक/पीएमएवाई (यू) लाभार्थी या उनके परिवार के सदस्य आदि www.mygov.in के माध्यम से भाग ले सकते हैं।
  2. The criteria for selecting successful winners will be “Maximum Correct Answers in the Shortest Time”./सफल विजेताओं के चयन के मापदंड “सबसे कम समय में अधिकतम सही उत्तर” होंगे।
  3. The same mobile number and same Email ID cannot be used more than once for participation in the quiz./इस क्विज में भाग लेने के लिए एक ही मोबाइल नंबर और एक ही ईमेल आईडी का एक से अधिक बार उपयोग नहीं किया जा सकता है।
  4. Discovery/detection/noticing of use of any unfair/spurious means/ malpractices, including but not limited to impersonation, double participation, etc. during the participation in the quiz, will result in the participation being declared null and void and hence, rejected. The organizers of the quiz competition or any agency acting on their behalf reserves the right in this regard./इस क्विज में भाग लेने के दौरान प्रतिरूपण, दोहरी सहभागिता सहित किसी भी अनुचित/कृत्रिम साधनों के उपयोग/ दुर्भावनाओं में लिप्त पाए जाने के परिणामस्वरूप भागीदारी को शून्य और अस्वीकृत घोषित किया जाएगा। क्विज प्रतियोगिता के आयोजक या उनकी ओर से कार्य करने वाली किसी भी एजेंसी के पास इस संबंध में सभी अधिकार सुरक्षित होंगे।
  5. Duration of the quiz will be 5 minutes (300 seconds), during which a maximum of 20 questions can be answered./इस क्विज की अवधि 5 मिनट (300 सेकंड) होगी, जिसके दौरान अधिकतम 20 प्रश्नों के उत्तर दिए जा सकते हैं।
  6. There will be no negative marking for the incorrect answer./गलत उत्तर के लिए कोई नकारात्मक अंकन नहीं होगा।
  7. An individual can participate only once in the quiz./एक व्यक्ति इस क्विज में केवल एक बार भाग ले सकता है।
  8. Any individual who desires to participate in the quiz will be required to provide his/her name, date of birth, correspondence address, email address and mobile number./कोई भी व्यक्ति जो इस क्विज में भाग लेना चाहता है, उसे अपना नाम, जन्म तिथि, पत्राचार का पता, ईमेल पता और मोबाइल नंबर देना होगा।
  9. A certificate of participation will be issued after contestant completes the quiz.  Participants may view their scores after the quiz contest is completed./क्विज़ पूरा करने के बाद प्रतिभागी को भागीदारी का प्रमाण पत्र जारी किया जाएगा। क्विज़ प्रतियोगिता पूरी होने के बाद प्रतिभागी अपने स्कोर देख सकते हैं।

Eligibility/पात्रता

Any Citizen, PMAY (U) beneficiary OR his/her family member may participate/कोई भी नागरिक, पीएमएवाई (यू) लाभार्थी या उसके परिवार के सदस्य आदि इसमें भाग ले सकते हैं।

Awards & Recognition /पुरस्कार और मान्यता

  1. All participants shall be issued a certificate of participation/सभी प्रतिभागियों को सहभागिता का प्रमाण पत्र जारी किया जाएगा ।
  2. Top 20 winners will be rewarded with a souvenir from MoHUA./शीर्ष 20 विजेताओं को आवासन और शहरी कार्य मंत्रालय द्वारा स्मृति चिन्ह से पुरस्कृत किया जाएगा।
