India Post is an organization of national importance with its vast network across India and provides public utility services viz. postal, financial, insurance, retail and other services and has a large number of Post Offices at different locations.

As India celebrates 75 years of its Independence, Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, the Department of Posts is introducing a quiz on MyGov platform on the occasion of the Golden Jubilee of Postal Index Number (PIN), which is an outreach effort to build awareness among citizens of the product and services of Department of Posts especially to encourage the use of PIN code. The quiz aims to sensitise the participants about the various schemes and initiatives of the Department of Posts.
भारत, अपनी स्वतंत्रता के 75 वर्ष पूरे होने के उपलक्ष्य में आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव मना रहा है। इस क्रम में डाक विभाग, पोस्टल इंडेक्स नंबर (पिन) के 50 वर्ष पूरे होने के अवसर पर एक विशेष प्रश्नोत्तरी (क्विज) का आयोजन माईगव प्लैटफॉर्म पर कर रहा है। यह प्रश्नोत्तरी, डाक विभाग के उत्पादों और सेवाओं के बारे में नागरिकों में जागरूकता पैदा करने के साथ-साथ विशेष रूप से पिन कोड के उपयोग को प्रोत्साहित करने का भी एक प्रयास है। इस प्रश्नोत्तरी का उद्देश्य प्रतिभागियों को डाक विभाग की विभिन्न योजनाओं और पहलों से अवगत कराना है।
In this context, MyGov and the Department of Posts invite all of you to participate and test your knowledge with reference to the products and services of the Department of Posts.
इसी परिप्रेक्ष्य में, माईगव और डाक विभाग, आप सभी को इस प्रश्नोत्तरी में भाग लेने और डाक विभाग के उत्पादों और सेवाओं के संदर्भ में अपने ज्ञान को परखने के लिए आमंत्रित करता है।
1. This quiz is a part of the celebration of “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav”
यह प्रश्नोत्तरी “आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव” का भाग है।
2. This quiz will be launched on 1st October 2022 and will be live till 7th October 2022, 11:30 pm (IST)
यह प्रतियोगिता, 1 अक्तूबर 2022 को शुरू होगी और 7 अक्तूबर, 2022 की रात्रि 11:30 बजे (आईएसटी) तक इसमें प्रतिभागिता की जा सकेगी।
3. Entry to the Quiz is open to all Indian citizens
इस प्रश्नोत्तरी में सभी भारतीय नागरिक भाग ले सकते हैं।
4. This is a timed quiz with 15 questions to be answered in 300 seconds.
यह एक समयबद्ध प्रश्नोत्तरी प्रतियोगिता है, जिसमें प्रतिभागी को 300 सेकंड में 15 प्रश्नों के उत्तर देने होंगे।
5. The quiz will be available in Hindi & English languages.
प्रश्नोत्तरी, हिन्दी और अंग्रेजी, दोनों भाषाओं में उपलब्ध होगी।
6. A maximum of 75 top scoring participants from each Postal Circle will be selected as winners of Quiz and will be given a gift hamper of Postage stamps to each of the selected winners.
प्रत्येक डाक सर्कल से सबसे अधिक अंक प्राप्त करने वाले 75 प्रतिभागियों को प्रश्नोत्तरी के विजेताओं के रूप में चुना जाएगा और प्रत्येक चयनित विजेता को डाक-टिकटों का गिफ्ट हैंपर दिया जाएगा।
7. Winners will be selected on the basis of the highest number of correct answers given. In case, the number of participants scoring the highest marks exceeds 75 then the remaining winners will be selected on the basis of the time taken to complete the quiz.
विजेताओं का चयन, दिए गए सही उत्तरों की उच्चतम संख्या के आधार पर किया जाएगा। यदि उच्चतम अंक प्राप्त करने वाले प्रतिभागियों की संख्या 75 से अधिक होती है, तो उनमें से विजेताओं का चयन, प्रश्नोत्तरी को पूरा करने में लिए गए समय के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
8. Any participant will be eligible to win the contest only once. Multiple entries from the same contestant will not be eligible for more than one win.
कोई भी प्रतिभागी, प्रतियोगिता में केवल एक ही बार जीत का पात्र होगा। किसी एक ही प्रतियोगी से प्राप्त एकाधिक प्रविष्टियां, एक से अधिक जीत के लिए पात्र नहीं होंगी।
9. You will be required to provide your name, email address, telephone number and postal address, PIN Code. By submitting your contact details, you will give consent to these details being used for the purpose of the Quiz and also for receiving promotional content.
प्रतियोगी को अपना नाम, ई-मेल पता, टेलीफोन नंबर, डाक पता और पिन कोड संबंधी जानकारी देनी होगी। अपनी संपर्क संबंधी जानकारी प्रदान कर, प्रतियोगी इस बात की सहमति देगा कि इस जानकारी का प्रयोग क्विज के उद्देश्य से तथा प्रचार संबंधी सामग्री भेजने के लिए किया जा सकता है।
10. The questions will be randomly picked from the question bank through an automated process
प्रतियोगिता के अंतर्गत प्रश्नों का चयन, एक ऑटोमेटिड प्रक्रिया के तहत, प्रश्न बैंक से रैण्डम चुनाव कर किया जाएगा।
11. You can skip a tough question and come back to it later
प्रतिभागी, किसी कठिन प्रश्न को छोड़ कर आगे बढ़ सकते हैं और बाद में उस प्रश्न पर वापस आ सकते हैं।
12. There will be no negative marking
गलत उत्तर के लिए निगेटिव मार्किंग (ऋणात्मक अंकन) नहीं होगी।
13. The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks the Start Quiz button
प्रतिभागी द्वारा ‘स्टार्ट क्विज बटन’ पर क्लिक करते ही प्रश्नोत्तरी शुरू हो जाएगी।
14. Once submitted an entry cannot be withdrawn
एक बार प्रविष्टि जमा (सब्मिट) करने के बाद, वापस नहीं ली जा सकती।
15. If it is found that this Quiz has been completed in more time than the prescribed time using unfair means, the entry will be cancelled.
यदि यह पता चलता है कि इस क्विज को, अनुचित माध्यम का प्रयोग करते हुए निर्धारित समय की तुलना में अधिक समय में पूरा किया गया है, तो उक्त प्रविष्टि रद्द कर दी जाएगी।
16. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error
गुम हो गई, देरी से प्राप्त या अपूर्ण प्रविष्टियों अथवा कंप्यूटर एरर या आयोजनकर्ता के नियंत्रण से परे किसी अन्य एरर के कारण प्राप्त नहीं हुई प्रविष्टियों की जिम्मेदारी आयोजक की नहीं होगी। कृपया नोट करें कि प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण, उस की प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं है।
17. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions
अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों में, आयोजक को किसी भी समय प्रश्नोत्तरी में संशोधन करने या इसे वापस लेने का अधिकार होगा। किसी भी संदेह की स्थिति से बचने के लिए इसमें, इन नियमों एवं शर्तों में संशोधन करने का अधिकार भी शामिल है|
18. The Participant shall abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the Quiz from time to time
प्रतिभागी, प्रश्नोत्तरी में भाग लेने के लिए समय-समय पर निर्धारित सभी नियमों और विनियमों का पालन करेंगे|
19. Organizers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the Quiz or the Organizers or partners of the Quiz. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the Organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false or erroneous.
आयोजक को किसी भी ऐेसे प्रतिभागी को अयोग्य घोषित करने या भाग लेने से रोकने का अधिकार है, जिसकी भागीदारी या जुड़ाव क्विज/आयोजक/क्विज के भागीदारों के विरुद्ध है। आयोजक को प्राप्त कोई भी जानकारी अस्पष्ट, अपूर्ण, डैमेज, झूठी या गलत होने पर पंजीकरण रद्द माना जाएगा।
20. Department of Posts employees and their family members are debarred from participating in this quiz
डाक विभाग के कर्मचारी और उनके परिवार के सदस्य इस प्रश्नोत्तरी में भाग नहीं ले सकते।
21. Organizer’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same
इस प्रश्नोत्तरी के संबंध में आयोजक का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और इस संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
22. By entering the Quiz, the Participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above
प्रश्नोत्तरी में भाग लेने वाले सभी प्रतिभागी, उपरोक्त नियमों एवं शर्तों को स्वीकार करने व मानने के लिए बाध्य होंगे।
23. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Indian Judiciary
ये नियम एवं शर्तें, भारतीय न्यायपालिका के कानूनों द्वारा नियंत्रित होंगी।
