Terms and Conditions

1.    Quiz is open to all Indian Citizens. / क्विज़ में सभी भारतीय नागरिक भाग ले सकते हैं।
2.    The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Submit’ button after entering the correct OTP. / जैसे ही प्रतिभागी सही ओटीपीदर्ज करने के बाद ‘सबमिट‘ बटनपरक्लिककरेगा, क्विज़ शुरू हो जाएगी।
3.    This is a timed quiz with 10 questions to be answered in 300 seconds. There will be no negative marking. / यह एक समय बद्ध क्विज़ हैजिसमें 10 प्रश्नों का उत्तर 300 सेकंड में देना है।कोई नकारात्मक अंकन नहीं होगा।
4.    Participants need to ensure to provide all valid and correct details in the profile page. Updated profile is to be used for further communication with the participant. An incomplete profile will not be eligible to become the Winner. / प्रतिभागियों कोय हसुनिश्चित करना होगा कि प्रोफ़ाइल पृष्ठ में सभी वैध और सही विवरण दिए गए हैं। अद्यतन प्रोफ़ाइल का उपयोग प्रतिभागी के साथ आगे पत्राचार के लिए किया जाना है।अपूर्ण प्रोफ़ाइल विजेता बननेके लिए पात्र नहीं होगी।
5.    The questions will be randomly picked from the question bank through an automated process. / प्रश्नों को स्वचालित प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से प्रश्न बैंक से यादृच्छिक रूप से चुना जाएगा।
6.    Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted. The same mobile number and email id cannot be used more than once to participate in the quiz. In case of duplicate entries, 1st attempted record will be taken for evaluation. / एक ही प्रतिभागी की एक से अधिक प्रविष्टियां स्वीकार नहीं की जाएंगी। क्विज़ में भाग लेने के लिए एक ही मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल आईडी का एक से अधिक बार उपयोग नहीं किया जा सकता है। दो बार (डुप्लिकेट) प्रविष्टियों के मामले में, पहले प्रयास का रिकॉर्ड मूल्यांकन के लिए लिया जाएगा।
7.    The Parliamentary Research and Training Institute for Democracies (PRIDE)and MyGov have all the rights to modify or discontinue the quiz at any point of time in the event of any unforeseen events. This includes the ability to change these terms and conditions, etc. for the avoidance of doubt. / संसदीय लोकतंत्र शोध एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान (प्राइड) और MyGov के पास किसी भी अप्रत्याशित घटना की स्थिति में किसी भी समय प्रश्नोत्तरी (क्विज़) को संशोधित करने या बंद करने के सभी अधिकार हैं। इसमें संदेह से बचने के लिए इन नियमों और शर्तों को बदलने की क्षमता आदि शामिल है।
8.    The Parliamentary Research and Training Institute for Democracies (PRIDE)and MyGov reserves all rights to disqualify or refuse the participation of any participant if participation or association of any participant detrimental to the proper conduct of the quiz. The participation shall be void if the received information is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false or erroneous. / यदि किसी प्रतिभागी की भागीदारी या संबद्धता प्रश्नोत्तरी (क्विज़) के उचित संचालन के लिए हानिकारक है, तो संसदीय लोकतंत्र शोध एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान (प्राइड) और MyGov के पास किसी भी प्रतिभागी की भागीदारी को अयोग्य घोषित करने या अस्वीकार करने के सभी अधिकार सुरक्षित हैं। यदि प्राप्त जानकारी अस्पष्ट, अपूर्ण, क्षतिग्रस्त, झूठी या गलत है तो भागीदारी नहीं मानी जाएगी ।
9.    In case of any dispute, jury’s decision will be final. / किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में जूरी का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।
10. Participants need to check regularly on the website for the updates. / प्रतिभागियों को अद्यतन जानकारी हेतु नियमित रूप से वेबसाइट चेक करनी  चाहिए।
11. Employees of associated Ministries/Organisations or employees directly or indirectly connected with the hosting of the contest, are not eligible to participate. This ineligibility also applies to their immediate family members. / संबंधित मंत्रालयों/संगठनों के कर्मचारी या प्रतियोगिता आयोजन से प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से जुड़े कर्मचारी भाग लेने के पात्र नहीं हैं। यह अपात्रता उनके निकटतम परिवार के सदस्यों पर भी लागू होती है।
12. The participants who fetch the maximum number of correct answers in the minimum time will be declared the winner. / न्यूनतम समय में अधिकतम संख्या में सही उत्तर प्राप्त करने वाले प्रतिभागियों को विजेता घोषित किया जाएगा।
13. The Parliamentary Research and Training Institute for Democracies (PRIDE) will disburse the winning amount/ rewards to the selected winner(s). / संसदीय लोकतंत्र शोध एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान (प्राइड) चयनित विजेताओं को विजयी राशि/पुरस्कार वितरित करेगा।
14. The organizers reserve the rights to disqualify participants, refuse entry, or discard entries, if such instances or participation is considered to be detrimental to the competition, or additionally, any entry will be considered void if the information submitted is illegible, incomplete, false, or erroneous. / आयोजक प्रतिभागियों को अयोग्य घोषित करने, प्रवेश से इनकार करने, या प्रविष्टियों को खारिज करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं, यदि ऐसी घटनाओं या भागीदारी को प्रतियोगिता के लिए हानिकारक माना जाता है, या इसके अतिरिक्त, प्रस्तुत की गई जानकारी अपठनीय, अपूर्ण होने पर किसी भी प्रविष्टि को अमान्य माना जाएगा।
15. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late, incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s responsibility. / आयोजकों की जिम्मेदारी से परे खोई हुई, देर से, अपूर्ण या कंप्यूटर त्रुटि या किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण प्रेषित प्रविष्टियों के लिए आयोजकों की कोई ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं होगी।
16. The participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the quiz competition, including any amendments or further updates. / प्रतिभागियों को क्विज प्रतियोगिता के सभी नियमों और शर्तों का पालन करना होगा, जिसमें कोई भी संशोधन या आगे के अपडेट शामिल हैं।
17. By entering the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by the above‑mentioned terms and conditions. / क्विज में प्रवेश करके, प्रतिभागी उपरोक्त नियमों और शर्तों से बाध्य होने के लिए स्वीकार करता है और सहमत होता है।
18. The following terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system. / निम्नलिखित नियम और शर्तें अब से भारतीय कानूनों और भारतीय न्याय प्रणाली के निर्णयों द्वारा शासित होंगी।
