Terms and Conditions

1. The Quiz is open to all Indian citizens.
   यह क्विज़ सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुला है।
2. The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’ button.
   जैसे ही प्रतिभागी ‘प्ले क्विज़’ बटन पर क्लिक करेगा, क्विज़ शुरू हो जाएगी।
3. The quiz will consist of 10 questions to be answered within 300 seconds. There will be no negative marking.
   क्विज़ में 10 प्रश्न होंगे, जिन्हें 300 सेकंड में हल करना होगा। कोई नकारात्मक अंकन नहीं होगा।
4. In case of any discrepancy in translation, the English version shall be treated as final.
   किसी भी अनुवाद संबंधी त्रुटि की स्थिति में अंग्रेज़ी संस्करण अंतिम माना जाएगा।
5. Participation beyond the stipulated time will not be considered.
   निर्धारित समय सीमा के बाद की गई भागीदारी मान्य नहीं होगी।
6. Participants must ensure that their MyGov profile is complete and updated. Incomplete profiles will not be eligible for winning.
   प्रतिभागियों को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि उनकी MyGov प्रोफ़ाइल पूर्ण एवं अद्यतन हो। अधूरी प्रोफ़ाइल विजेता के लिए पात्र नहीं होगी।
7. Each participant is allowed to attempt the quiz only once using a registered mobile number or email ID.
   प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी केवल एक बार पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर या ईमेल आईडी के माध्यम से क्विज़ में भाग ले सकता है।
8. In case of multiple attempts, only one entry will be considered valid.
   एक से अधिक प्रयास की स्थिति में केवल एक प्रविष्टि ही मान्य होगी।
9. The Directorate of Enforcement and MyGov reserve the right to modify or discontinue the quiz at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
   प्रवर्तन निदेशालय एवं MyGov को अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों में किसी भी समय क्विज़ को संशोधित या बंद करने का अधिकार है।
10. Participants must provide correct personal details as per government ID.
    प्रतिभागियों को सरकारी पहचान पत्र के अनुसार सही विवरण प्रदान करना होगा।
11. The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any participant in case of false or misleading information.
    आयोजक गलत या भ्रामक जानकारी देने वाले प्रतिभागियों को अयोग्य घोषित करने का अधिकार रखते हैं।
12. MyGov will not be responsible for late, lost, or incomplete entries due to technical issues.
    तकनीकी कारणों से विलंबित, खोई हुई या अधूरी प्रविष्टियों के लिए MyGov जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
13. Employees of MyGov, Directorate of Enforcement, and associated organizations are not eligible to participate.
    MyGov, प्रवर्तन निदेशालय तथा संबंधित संस्थाओं के कर्मचारी भाग लेने के पात्र नहीं हैं।
14. Winner selection will be conducted through a system-generated randomization process to ensure fairness and transparency.
    विजेताओं का चयन निष्पक्षता और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने हेतु सिस्टम-जनरेटेड रैंडम प्रक्रिया द्वारा किया जाएगा।
15. The decision of the organiser shall be final and binding.
    आयोजक का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा।
16. Participants are advised to regularly check for updates.
    प्रतिभागियों को नियमित रूप से अपडेट देखने की सलाह दी जाती है।
17. A digital participation certificate will be available for download upon successful completion.
    सफलतापूर्वक पूर्ण करने पर प्रतिभागी डिजिटल प्रमाणपत्र डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।
18. Participation implies acceptance of all terms and conditions.
    क्विज़ में भाग लेना सभी नियमों एवं शर्तों की स्वीकृति मानी जाएगी।
19. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only.
    सभी विवाद केवल दिल्ली क्षेत्राधिकार के अंतर्गत होंगे।
20. The terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
    नियम एवं शर्तें भारतीय कानूनों के अधीन होंगी।
