Terms and Conditions

1. The Quiz is being organised by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India under the ISEA Program in collaboration with MyGov. / यह क्विज़ इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय (MeitY), भारत सरकार के ISEA कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत MyGov के सहयोग से आयोजित की जा रही है।
2. Access to the quiz will only be through the MyGov platform and no other channel. / क्विज़ तक पहुंच केवल MyGov प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के माध्यम से होगी, किसी अन्य माध्यम से नहीं।
3. Entry to the Quiz is open to all Indian citizens. / इस क्विज़ में भाग लेना सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुला है।
4. Each participant will be given 15 questions to answer in 300 seconds (5 minutes). / प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी को 15 प्रश्नों को 300 सेकंड (5 मिनट) में हल करना होगा।
5. Each question in the Quiz is in the Multiple-Choice Format and has only one correct answer. / क्विज़ के प्रत्येक प्रश्न बहुविकल्पीय प्रारूप में होंगे और उनका केवल एक सही उत्तर होगा।
6. In case of multiple participants having given the same number of correct answers, the participants who take the least time to complete the quiz will be judged as the winner. / यदि कई प्रतिभागियों ने समान संख्या में सही उत्तर दिए हैं, तो जो प्रतिभागी सबसे कम समय में क्विज़ पूरा करेगा उसे विजेता घोषित किया जाएगा।
7. One participant will be eligible to win only once in a particular quiz. Multiple entries from the same participant will lead to disqualification for multiple wins during the same quiz. / एक प्रतिभागी किसी विशेष क्विज़ में केवल एक बार ही जीतने के लिए पात्र होगा। एक ही प्रतिभागी की कई प्रविष्टियां उसे एक से अधिक बार जीतने के लिए अयोग्य बना देंगी।
8. Winners must submit their ID card, photograph, and bank account details to claim the prize. The submitted details should match with the name on the bank account. / विजेताओं को पुरस्कार प्राप्त करने के लिए पहचान पत्र, फोटोग्राफ और बैंक खाता विवरण जमा करना होगा। प्रस्तुत विवरण बैंक खाते में दिए गए नाम से मेल खाना चाहिए।
9. Please enter your name correctly as the same will be displayed on the certificate. / कृपया अपना नाम सही-सही दर्ज करें क्योंकि वही प्रमाणपत्र पर प्रदर्शित होगा।
10. Once submitted, an entry cannot be withdrawn. / एक बार प्रविष्टि जमा करने के बाद उसे वापस नहीं लिया जा सकता।
11. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or not transmitted due to computer error or any other reason beyond the organizer’s control. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt. / आयोजक उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए कोई जिम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे जो खो गई हों, देर से प्राप्त हुई हों, अधूरी हों या किसी कंप्यूटर त्रुटि या अन्य कारणवश आयोजकों के नियंत्रण से बाहर हों। प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण, उसकी प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं है।
12. Organizers reserve the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the Quiz at any time, including the right to amend these terms and conditions. / आयोजक किसी भी समय क्विज़ को रद्द, संशोधित या वापस लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं, इसमें नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन करने का अधिकार भी शामिल है।
13. Organizers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem the participation or association of such participant to be detrimental to the Quiz, the Organizers, or the partners. Registrations will be void if the information received is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false, or erroneous. / यदि आयोजकों को किसी प्रतिभागी की भागीदारी क्विज़, आयोजकों या उनके भागीदारों के लिए हानिकारक प्रतीत होती है, तो वे उस प्रतिभागी को अयोग्य ठहराने या उसकी भागीदारी से इनकार करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। अस्पष्ट, अधूरी, क्षतिग्रस्त, झूठी या त्रुटिपूर्ण जानकारी की स्थिति में पंजीकरण अमान्य होगा।
14. Members and their family directly or indirectly connected with organising the quiz are not eligible to participate. / क्विज़ आयोजन से सीधे या परोक्ष रूप से जुड़े सदस्य और उनके परिवार भाग लेने के पात्र नहीं होंगे।
15. The decision of the Jury/Expert Committee and organisers on the Quiz shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. / क्विज़ के संबंध में आयोजकों और जूरी/विशेषज्ञ समिति का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा, और इस पर कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
16. Quiz winners will be announced on https://blog.mygov.in/ . / क्विज़ विजेताओं की घोषणा https://blog.mygov.in/ पर की जाएगी।
17. All disputes/legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / सभी विवादों/कानूनी शिकायतों का न्यायक्षेत्र केवल दिल्ली होगा। इस उद्देश्य से होने वाले खर्च की जिम्मेदारी संबंधित पक्षों की होगी।
