Terms and Conditions

1.       The Quiz is open only to serving and retired personnel of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). Participation by individuals who are not serving CRPF personnel is not permitted. / यह क्विज़ केवल केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल (CRPF) के , सेवारत एवं सेवानिवृत्त CRPF कर्मियों के लिए खुला है। जो व्यक्ति सेवारत CRPF एवं सेवानिवृत्त कर्मी नहीं हैं, उन्हें भाग लेने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।

2.       The Quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’ button. / प्रतिभागी द्वारा ‘Play Quiz’ पर क्लिक करते ही क्विज़ प्रारंभ हो जाएगी।

3.       Each participant must answer a maximum of 20 questions within the prescribed time limit of 10 minutes. / प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी को निर्धारित 10 मिनट की समय सीमा के भीतर अधिकतम 20 प्रश्नों के उत्तर देने होंगे।

4.       Entries once submitted cannot be withdrawn. / एक बार प्रविष्टि जमा करने के बाद उसे वापस नहीं लिया जा सकता।

5.       Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted. / एक ही प्रतिभागी द्वारा एक से अधिक प्रविष्टियाँ स्वीकार नहीं की जाएंगी।

6.       Winners shall be required to submit a valid CRPF Identity Card, Force Number, and any other supporting documents as may be required after the announcement of the Quiz results. / विजेताओं को क्विज़ के परिणाम घोषित होने के बाद वैध CRPF पहचान पत्र, फोर्स नंबर तथा आवश्यकतानुसार अन्य सहायक दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने होंगे।

7.       Non-furnishing of the above information/documents at the appropriate stage will render the selection null and void. / उपर्युक्त जानकारी/दस्तावेज समय पर प्रस्तुत न करने पर चयन निरस्त (Null and Void) कर दिया जाएगा।

8.       Discovery, detection, or notice of impersonation, use of another person’s CRPF credentials, submission of false service details, double participation, or any other fraudulent activity during participation in the Quiz shall result in the entry being declared null and void and the participant being disqualified. / क्विज़ में भाग लेते समय प्रतिरूपण, किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की CRPF पहचान/क्रेडेंशियल्स का उपयोग, गलत सेवा विवरण प्रस्तुत करना, दोहरी भागीदारी अथवा किसी अन्य धोखाधड़ीपूर्ण गतिविधि का पता चलने पर प्रविष्टि निरस्त कर दी जाएगी तथा प्रतिभागी को अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा।

9.       The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and MyGov reserve the right to take the final decision in all matters relating to the Quiz. / क्विज़ से संबंधित सभी मामलों में अंतिम निर्णय का अधिकार केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल (CRPF) एवं MyGov के पास सुरक्षित रहेगा।

10.   Only serving CRPF personnel are eligible to participate in the Quiz. Any entry submitted by a person who is not a serving CRPF personnel shall be treated as ineligible and shall be rejected without any notice. / केवल सेवारत CRPF कर्मी ही इस क्विज़ में भाग लेने के पात्र हैं। किसी गैर-CRPF व्यक्ति द्वारा प्रस्तुत की गई प्रविष्टि अपात्र मानी जाएगी और बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के निरस्त कर दी जाएगी।

11.   Participation through another person’s credentials or providing incorrect service-related information shall lead to immediate disqualification. / किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की पहचान अथवा क्रेडेंशियल्स का उपयोग करके भाग लेना या सेवा संबंधी गलत जानकारी प्रदान करना तत्काल अयोग्यता (Disqualification) का आधार होगा।

12.   In the event of unforeseen circumstances, CRPF reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Quiz at any time or cancel the Quiz as deemed appropriate. / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों में CRPF को किसी भी समय नियम एवं शर्तों में संशोधन करने या क्विज़ को रद्द करने का अधिकार होगा।

13.   The Winners Selection will be conducted through a system-generated randomization method to ensure fairness and transparency. All participants who meet the prescribed winning criteria, including answering all questions correctly and submitting responses within the stipulated time frame, will be included in a centralized pool of eligible entries. Winners will be selected solely through an automated random selection process. / विजेताओं का चयन निष्पक्षता और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने हेतु सिस्टम द्वारा जनरेट की गई रैंडमाइज़ेशन (यादृच्छिक) विधि से किया जाएगा। जिन प्रतिभागियों ने निर्धारित विजेता मानदंडों को पूरा किया होगा, जिसमें सभी प्रश्नों के सही उत्तर देना और निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर उत्तर जमा करना शामिल है, उन्हें पात्र प्रविष्टियों के केंद्रीकृत समूह में शामिल किया जाएगा। विजेताओं का चयन केवल स्वचालित रैंडम चयन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।

14.   The organizers shall not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or not transmitted due to technical issues, computer errors, network failures, or any other reasons beyond their reasonable control. / आयोजक उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे जो खो गई हों, विलंबित हों, अधूरी हों या तकनीकी समस्याओं, कंप्यूटर त्रुटियों, नेटवर्क विफलताओं अथवा आयोजकों के नियंत्रण से बाहर किसी अन्य कारण से प्राप्त न हुई हों।

15.   Proof of submission of an entry shall not be considered proof of receipt by the organizers. / कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण, उसके प्राप्त होने का प्रमाण नहीं माना जाएगा।

16.   The decision of CRPF and MyGov regarding the Quiz shall be final and binding, and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. / क्विज़ से संबंधित CRPF एवं MyGov का निर्णय अंतिम एवं बाध्यकारी होगा तथा इस संबंध में कोई पत्राचार स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

17.   All disputes and legal complaints arising out of the Quiz shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts only. Expenses incurred for the same shall be borne by the respective parties themselves. / सभी विवाद एवं कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली के न्यायालयों के अधिकार क्षेत्र में आएंगी। इस संबंध में होने वाले व्यय संबंधित पक्षों द्वारा स्वयं वहन किए जाएंगे।

18.   By participating in the Quiz, participants agree to abide by all the Terms and Conditions of the Quiz, including any amendments or updates issued by CRPF and MyGov from time to time. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and the decisions of the Indian judicial system. / क्विज़ में भाग लेकर प्रतिभागी सभी नियम एवं शर्तों तथा समय-समय पर CRPF एवं MyGov द्वारा जारी किसी भी संशोधन/अपडेट का पालन करने के लिए सहमत होंगे। ये नियम एवं शर्तें भारतीय कानूनों एवं भारतीय न्यायिक प्रणाली के निर्णयों के अधीन होंगी।
