Terms and Conditions

1.     The quiz is open for all Indian Citizens. / यह क्विज़ सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुला है।

2.     Quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’. / जैसे ही प्रतिभागी ‘प्ले क्विज़‘ पर क्लिक करेंगे, क्विज़ शुरू हो जाएगी।

3.     Entries once submitted cannot be withdrawn. / एक बार सबमिट करने के बाद प्रविष्टियों को वापस नहीं लिया जा सकता है।

4.     The Quiz is being organized by the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, Government of India in collaboration with MyGov. / इस प्रश्नोत्तरी का आयोजन भारत सरकार का उत्तर–पूर्वी क्षेत्र विकास मंत्रालय Mygov के साथ कर रहा है।

5.     ⁠This is a time bound quiz with 10 questions to be answered in 5 minutes (300 seconds). / यह एक समयबद्ध प्रश्नोत्तरी है जिसमें 10 प्रश्नों के जवाब 5 मिनट (300 सेकंड) में देने हैं।

6.     One participant can participate only once. Multiple entries from the same entrant will not be considered and will be discarded. / प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी केवल एक बार ही भाग ले सकता है। एक ही प्रतिभागी द्वारा भेजी गई एक से अधिक प्रविष्टियों को स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा तथा उन्हें निरस्त कर दिया जाएगा।

7.     ⁠You will be required to provide your correct name, email address, telephone number and postal address. By submitting your contact details, you will be giving consent to use these details for the purpose of the contest. / प्रतिभागियों को अपना सही नाम, ईमेल पता, दूरभाष (फोन) नंबर तथा डाक पता प्रदान करना होगा। अपनी संपर्क जानकारी प्रस्तुत करके प्रतिभागी इस प्रतियोगिता के उद्देश्य से इन विवरणों के उपयोग हेतु अपनी सहमति प्रदान करेंगे|

8.     The Winners Selection will be conducted through a system-generated randomization method to ensure fairness and transparency. All participants who meet the mentioned quiz winning criteria, including all correct answers and submission within the stipulated time-frame, will be included in a centralized pool of eligible entries. Winners will be selected solely through an automated random selection process. / विजेताओं का चयन एक सिस्टम द्वारा जनरेट की गई रैंडमाइज़ेशन (यादृच्छिक) विधि से किया जाएगा, ताकि निष्पक्षता और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित की जा सके। जिन सभी प्रतिभागियों ने क्विज़ जीतने के निर्धारित मानदंडों को पूरा किया होगा, जिसमें सभी प्रश्नों के सही उत्तर देना और निर्धारित समय–सीमा के भीतर उत्तर जमा करना शामिल है, उन्हें पात्र प्रविष्टियों के एक केंद्रीकृत समूह में शामिल किया जाएगा। विजेताओं का चयन केवल एक स्वचालित रैंडम चयन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।

9.     ⁠Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. / आयोजक उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए कोई ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं लेंगे जो कंप्यूटर की गलती या किसी अन्य गलती की वजह से खो गई हैं, देर से आई हैं, अधूरी हैं या हस्तांतरित नहीं हुई हैं और जो आयोजकों के नियंत्रण से बाहर हैं।

10.  In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region and MyGov reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time or cancel the competition as considered. / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों की स्थिति में, शिक्षा मंत्रालय और माईगव के पास प्रतियोगिता के नियमों और शर्तों में किसी भी समय संशोधन करने या प्रतियोगिता को रद्द करने का अधिकार है।

11.  Organiser’s reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Quiz and/ or the Terms & Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria. However, any changes to the Terms & Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria, or cancellation of the Contest, will be updated/ posted on the platform. / आयोजकों के पास क्विज़ और/या नियम और शर्तें/तकनीकी पैरामीटर/मूल्यांकन मानदंड के सभी या किसी भी हिस्से को कैंसिल करने या उसमें बदलाव करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है। हालांकि, नियम और शर्तों/तकनीकी मापदंडों/मूल्यांकन मानदंडों में किसी भी बदलाव या प्रतियोगिता को कैंसिल करने पर, इसके बारें में प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर अपडेट/पोस्ट किया जाएगा।

12.  Organizers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the contest or the Organizers or partners of the competition. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the Organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false or erroneous. / यदि आयोजकों को किसी प्रतिभागी की भागीदारी या उससे जुड़ाव प्रतियोगिता, आयोजकों या प्रतियोगिता के साझेदारों के हितों के प्रतिकूल प्रतीत होता है, तो आयोजक उस प्रतिभागी को अयोग्य घोषित करने अथवा उसकी भागीदारी अस्वीकार करने का पूर्ण अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। अपठनीय, अपूर्ण, क्षतिग्रस्त, गलत अथवा भ्रामक जानकारी के आधार पर किए गए पंजीकरण अमान्य माने जाएँगे।

13.  Organizer’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. / प्रश्नोत्तरी के बारे में आयोजकों का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और इस बारे में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

14.  All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / सभी विवाद/कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली के अधिकार–क्षेत्र के अधीन हैं। इस उद्देश्य के लिए किए गए खर्चे पार्टियों द्वारा खुद वहन किए जाएंगे।

15.  The Participant shall abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the Quiz from time to time. / प्रतिभागियों को समय–समय पर प्रश्नोत्तरी में भाग लेने के सभी नियमों और विनियमों का पालन करना होगा।

16.  By participating in the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by the above-mentioned terms and conditions. / क्विज़ में भाग लेकर, प्रतिभागी ऊपर बताए गए नियमों और शर्तों को स्वीकार करता है और उनसे बाध्य होने के लिए सहमत होता है।
