Ministry of Ayush, Government of India has declared 18th November to be observed as Naturopathy Day every year from 2018, to signify its promise to empower people through health, which is the vision of the document registered as All India Nature Cure Foundation Trust on 18th November 1945, being the day on which Mahatma Gandhi became lifetime Chairman of the All-India Nature Cure foundation Trust and signed the deed. The National Institute of Naturopathy (NIN) has been observing Naturopathy Day with great enthusiasm since the first year of its declaration in 2018. On the eve of the 7th Naturopathy Day, the National Institute of Naturopathy(NIN) in collaboration with MyGov is organizing a Naturopathy Quiz for Naturopathy professionals, enthusiasts, and the public through the MyGov portal.
1. This Quiz is open to all the citizens of India.
2. Participants should make sure that his/ her MyGov profile is accurate and updated for further communication. This includes details such as name, country declaration, complete postal address, email ID, phone number, etc. Entries with incomplete profiles would not be considered.
3. The entry is required to be submitted on the MyGov portal.
4. Participants can take part in the quiz by registering on MyGov (www.mygov.in)
5. The winners must share their consent to the use of their names in any publicity carried out by National Institute of Naturopathy, Pune without further compensation.
6. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.
7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.
8. The Participant shall abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the quiz from time to time.
9. By entering the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above.
10. All participants will be given a digital Certificate of Participation.
11. National Institute of Naturopathy, Pune and MyGov accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury of any kind suffered by any participants in entering the quiz, including because of any participant winning or not winning any.
12. In case of any dispute, the jury’s decision will be final.
13. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw from the competition at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.
