Terms and Conditions

1.The Quiz is open to all Indian citizens. / क्विज़ सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुली है।

2.The Quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’ button. / जैसे ही प्रतिभागी ‘प्ले क्विज़’ बटन पर क्लिक करेगा, क्विज़ शुरू हो जाएगी।

3.Each participant must answer a maximum of 15 questions within the prescribed time limit of 300 seconds. / प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी को निर्धारित 300 सेकंड की समय-सीमा के भीतर अधिकतम 15 प्रश्नों के उत्तर देने होंगे।

4.Entries once submitted cannot be withdrawn. / एक बार प्रस्तुत की गई प्रविष्टि को वापस नहीं लिया जा सकेगा।

5.Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted. / एक ही प्रतिभागी द्वारा एक से अधिक प्रविष्टियाँ स्वीकार नहीं की जाएंगी। 

6.There shall be no negative marking for incorrect answers./गलत जवाबों के लिए कोई नेगेटिव मार्किंग नहीं होगी।

7.Discovery, detection, or notice of the use of any unfair means, malpractice, impersonation, double participation, or any other fraudulent activity during participation in the Quiz shall result in the entry being declared null and void and rejected. / क्विज़ में भागीदारी के दौरान किसी भी अनुचित साधन, कदाचार, प्रतिरूपण, दोहरी भागीदारी अथवा किसी अन्य धोखाधड़ीपूर्ण गतिविधि के पाए जाने, पता चलने या संज्ञान में आने पर संबंधित प्रविष्टि को शून्य एवं अमान्य घोषित कर अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा।

8. The Chair on Consumer Law, National Law University Delhi and MyGov reserve the right to take the final decision in all matters relating to the Quiz. / क्विज़ से संबंधित सभी मामलों में अंतिम निर्णय लेने का अधिकार उपभोक्ता विधि पीठ, राष्ट्रीय विधि विश्वविद्यालय दिल्ली तथा माईगॉव (MyGov) के पास सुरक्षित रहेगा।

9. Employees of National Law University Delhi and MyGov are not eligible to participate in the Quiz.  Further, immediate family members of employees of National Law University Delhi and MyGov who are directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or conduct of the Quiz shall not be eligible to participate./ उपभोक्ता विधि पीठ, राष्ट्रीय विधि विश्वविद्यालय दिल्ली तथा माईगॉव (MyGov) के कर्मचारी इस क्विज़ में भाग लेने के पात्र नहीं होंगे। इसके अतिरिक्त, राष्ट्रीय विधि विश्वविद्यालय दिल्ली और MyGov के उन कर्मचारियों के निकटतम परिवार के सदस्य, जो प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से क्विज़ के आयोजन या संचालन से जुड़े हैं, क्विज़ में भाग लेने के पात्र नहीं होंगे।

10.In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Chair on Consumer Law, National Law University Delhi and MyGov reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Quiz at any time or cancel the Quiz as deemed appropriate. / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों की स्थिति में उपभोक्ता विधि पीठ, राष्ट्रीय विधि विश्वविद्यालय दिल्ली तथा माईगॉव (MyGov) को किसी भी समय क्विज़ के नियम एवं शर्तों में संशोधन करने अथवा आवश्यकतानुसार क्विज़ को निरस्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रहेगा।

11.The selection of winners shall be conducted through a system-generated automated randomization process to ensure fairness and transparency. All participants securing the highest score and submitting their responses within the prescribed time limit shall be included in a centralized pool of eligible entries. Winners shall be selected solely through the automated randomization process. / निष्पक्षता एवं पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए विजेताओं का चयन सिस्टम-जनरेटेड स्वचालित रैंडमाइजेशन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर सर्वाधिक अंक प्राप्त करने वाले सभी प्रतिभागियों को पात्र प्रविष्टियों के एक केंद्रीकृत समूह में शामिल किया जाएगा। विजेताओं का चयन केवल स्वचालित रैंडमाइजेशन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।

12.The organizers shall not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or not transmitted due to technical issues, computer errors, network failures, or any other reasons beyond their reasonable control. / आयोजक उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए किसी भी प्रकार की जिम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे जो तकनीकी समस्याओं, कंप्यूटर त्रुटियों, नेटवर्क विफलता अथवा उनके युक्तिसंगत नियंत्रण से परे किसी अन्य कारणवश खो जाती हैं, विलंबित होती हैं, अपूर्ण रहती हैं या प्रेषित नहीं हो पाती हैं।

13.Proof of submission of an entry shall not be considered proof of receipt by the organizers. / किसी प्रविष्टि को प्रस्तुत किए जाने का प्रमाण, आयोजकों द्वारा उसके प्राप्त होने का प्रमाण नहीं माना जाएगा।

14.The decision of Chair on Consumer Law, National Law University Delhi and MyGov regarding the Quiz shall be final and binding, and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. / क्विज़ से संबंधित उपभोक्ता विधि पीठ, राष्ट्रीय विधि विश्वविद्यालय दिल्ली तथा माईगॉव (MyGov) का निर्णय अंतिम एवं बाध्यकारी होगा तथा इस संबंध में किसी भी प्रकार का पत्राचार स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

15.All disputes and legal complaints arising out of the Quiz shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi only. Expenses incurred in this regard shall be borne by the respective parties themselves. / क्विज़ से उत्पन्न होने वाले सभी विवाद एवं कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली स्थित न्यायालयों के विशिष्ट क्षेत्राधिकार के अधीन होंगी। इस संबंध में होने वाले समस्त व्यय का वहन संबंधित पक्ष स्वयं करेंगे।

16.By participating in the Quiz, participants agree to abide by all the Terms and Conditions of the Quiz, including any amendments or updates issued from time to time by the Chair on Consumer Law, National Law University Delhi and MyGov. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and the decisions of the Indian judicial system. / क्विज़ में भाग लेकर प्रतिभागी क्विज़ के सभी नियमों एवं शर्तों का पालन करने के लिए सहमत होंगे, जिसमें उपभोक्ता विधि पीठ, राष्ट्रीय विधि विश्वविद्यालय दिल्ली तथा माईगॉव (MyGov) द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी किए गए संशोधन अथवा अपडेट भी शामिल हैं। ये नियम एवं शर्तें भारत के कानूनों तथा भारतीय न्यायिक प्रणाली के निर्णयों द्वारा शासित होंगी।

17.In case of any ambiguity or discrepancy between the English and Hindi versions of the questions, the English version shall prevail./ प्रश्नों के अंग्रेज़ी और हिंदी संस्करणों के बीच किसी भी प्रकार की अस्पष्टता या विसंगति की स्थिति में, अंग्रेज़ी संस्करण मान्य होगा।
