Terms and Conditions

1.        The quiz is open exclusively to all citizens of India. / यह क्विज़ केवल भारत के नागरिकों के लिए खुली है।

2.        Any submission received after the closure of the competition will not be considered. / प्रतियोगिता समाप्त होने के बाद प्राप्त प्रविष्टियों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

3.        Employees directly or indirectly involved in organizing this quiz, including those representing MyGov and ICAI, along with their immediate family members, are strictly ineligible to participate. / MyGov एवं ICAI सहित इस प्रतियोगिता के आयोजन से प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से जुड़े कर्मचारी तथा उनके निकट संबंधी भाग लेने के पात्र नहीं होंगे।

4.        Participants must ensure their MyGov profile is accurate, complete, and updated. The organizing body will utilize these details for all future communications. Failure to provide accurate information at any stage will result in immediate disqualification. / प्रतिभागियों को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि उनकी MyGov प्रोफ़ाइल सही, पूर्ण एवं अद्यतन हो। भविष्य के सभी संचार हेतु इन्हीं विवरणों का उपयोग किया जाएगा। किसी भी स्तर पर गलत जानकारी पाए जाने पर प्रतिभागी को तत्काल अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा।

5.        Participants must provide a valid email address and mobile number. All official communications, including prize-related correspondence, will be made through the registered email address only. / प्रतिभागियों को वैध ईमेल आईडी एवं मोबाइल नंबर प्रदान करना अनिवार्य है। पुरस्कार संबंधी समस्त आधिकारिक संचार केवल पंजीकृत ईमेल आईडी के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।

6.        The quiz will commence immediately after the participant clicks the “Play Quiz” button. / प्रतिभागी द्वारा “Play Quiz” बटन पर क्लिक करते ही क्विज़ प्रारंभ हो जाएगी।

7.        This is a timed quiz comprising 20 questions to be answered within 300 seconds. / यह एक समयबद्ध क्विज़ है, जिसमें 20 प्रश्न होंगे जिन्हें 300 सेकंड के भीतर हल करना होगा।

8.        Evaluation is based on correct answers only. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers. / मूल्यांकन केवल सही उत्तरों के आधार पर किया जाएगा। गलत उत्तरों पर कोई नकारात्मक अंकन नहीं होगा।

9.        Questions will be randomly selected from a centralized question bank through an automated system-generated process. / प्रश्नों का चयन एक केंद्रीकृत प्रश्न बैंक से स्वचालित प्रणाली द्वारा यादृच्छिक रूप से किया जाएगा।

10.     The quiz is available in English and Hindi. / क्विज़ अंग्रेज़ी एवं हिन्दी दोनों भाषाओं में उपलब्ध है।

11.     In case of any discrepancy in translation, the English version shall be treated as final. / अनुवाद संबंधी किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में अंग्रेज़ी संस्करण मान्य होगा।

12.     One mobile number and one email ID can only be associated with a single participant for the duration of the quiz. / एक मोबाइल नंबर एवं एक ईमेल आईडी केवल एक प्रतिभागी द्वारा ही उपयोग की जा सकती है।

13.     Multiple submissions from the same participant are prohibited. / एक ही प्रतिभागी द्वारा एक से अधिक प्रविष्टियाँ स्वीकार नहीं की जाएँगी।

14.     Any detection of duplicate entries, unfair means, malpractices, or impersonation will lead to immediate disqualification. / प्रतिरूपण, अनुचित साधनों का प्रयोग, डुप्लीकेट प्रविष्टियाँ या किसी भी प्रकार की अनियमितता पाए जाने पर प्रतिभागी को तत्काल अयोग्य घोषित किया जाएगा।

15.     The Winners Selection will be conducted through a system-generated randomization method to ensure fairness and transparency. All participants who meet the mentioned quiz winning criteria, including all correct answers and submission within the stipulated time-frame, will be included in a centralized pool of eligible entries. Winners will be selected solely through an automated random selection process. / विजेताओं का चयन एक सिस्टम द्वारा जनरेट की गई रैंडमाइज़ेशन (यादृच्छिक) विधि से किया जाएगा, ताकि निष्पक्षता और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित की जा सके। जिन सभी प्रतिभागियों ने क्विज़ जीतने के निर्धारित मानदंडों को पूरा किया होगा, जिसमें सभी प्रश्नों के सही उत्तर देना तथा निर्धारित समय–सीमा के भीतर उत्तर जमा करना शामिल है, उन्हें पात्र प्रविष्टियों के एक केंद्रीकृत समूह में शामिल किया जाएगा। विजेताओं का चयन केवल एक स्वचालित रैंडम चयन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।

16.     A single, combined merit list of winners will be declared uniformly across all participating platforms after the closure of the competition. / प्रतियोगिता समाप्त होने के पश्चात सभी भागीदार प्लेटफॉर्मों पर विजेताओं की एक संयुक्त सूची घोषित की जाएगी।

17.     In the event of unforeseen circumstances, ICAI and MyGov reserve the right to amend, modify, alter these Terms & Conditions or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice./ अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों में ICAI एवं MyGov बिना पूर्व सूचना के नियम एवं शर्तों में संशोधन, परिवर्तन अथवा प्रतियोगिता को निरस्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं।

18.     The decision of the organizers regarding all aspects of the quiz, including evaluation, eligibility, and winner selection, shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained in this regard./ पात्रता, मूल्यांकन, विजेता चयन एवं अन्य सभी मामलों में आयोजकों का निर्णय अंतिम, निर्णायक एवं बाध्यकारी होगा। इस संबंध में किसी भी प्रकार का पत्राचार या अपील स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी।

19.     By participating in the quiz, the participant acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, and accepted all the above-mentioned Terms & Conditions and any future amendments thereto./ क्विज़ में भाग लेकर प्रतिभागी यह स्वीकार करते हैं कि उन्होंने उपरोक्त सभी नियम एवं शर्तों तथा भविष्य में किए जाने वाले संशोधनों को पढ़ लिया है, समझ लिया है और उन्हें स्वीकार करते हैं।
