Terms and Conditions

• Winners will be adjudged on the basis of a maximum number of correct answers./अधिकतम सही उत्तरों के आधार पर विजेताओं का चुनाव किया जाएगा।
• You will be required to provide your name, email address, telephone number and postal address. By submitting your contact details you will give consent to these details being used for the purpose of the Quiz./प्रतिभागियों को अपने विवरण जैसे नाम, ईमेल पता, टेलीफोन नंबर और डाक पते को अपडेट रखना आवश्यक है। अपना संपर्क विवरण देकर आप क्विज़ के उद्देश्य के लिए निर्धारित नियमों के प्रति सहमति प्रदान करते हैं।
• One entrant can participate only once. Multiple entries from the same entrant will not be considered and will be discarded./. एक प्रतियोगी केवल एक बार ही भाग ले सकता है। एक ही यूजर की कई प्रविष्टियों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा और उसे निरस्त कर दिया जाएगा।
• The Participant shall abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the Quiz from time to time./प्रतिभागी क्विज़ के लिए निर्धारित सभी नियमों और विनियमों का पालन करेगा।
• Organiser’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same./क्विज़ पर आयोजक का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और उस संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
• By entering the Quiz the Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above./क्विज़ में भाग लेकर प्रतियोगी ऊपर वर्णित इसके नियमों और शर्तों के प्रति अपनी स्वीकृति देता है।
• The quiz will be available for all contestants for the period of 5 minutes [300 seconds], in which they have to answer 20 multiple choice based questions./सभी प्रतियोगियों को क्विज़ 5 मिनट [300 सेकंड] की अवधि में पूरा करना होगा, जिसमें उन्हें 20 बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्नों का उत्तर देना होगा।
• These questions will be randomly picked from the question bank./प्रश्न बैंक से क्विज़ के प्रश्न रैंडम तरीके आएंगें।
• Entry into the Quiz is open to all entrants who are residents of India or are of Indian origin./इस क्विज़ में भारत के सभी नागरिक या भारतीय मूल के लोग भाग ले सकते हैं।
• Once submitted an entry cannot be withdrawn./एक बार प्रविष्टि जमा होने के बाद वापस नहीं लिया जा सकता।
• Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same./विलंबित, अधूरी, गुम प्रविष्टियों या कंप्यूटर की त्रुटि या आयोजक के नियंत्रण से परे किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण प्रविष्टि प्रेषित नहीं पर आयोजक की कोई  ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं है। कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण उसकी प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं है।
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions./अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों की स्थिति में, आयोजक किसी भी समय प्रश्नोत्तरी में संशोधन करने या वापस लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। संदेह से बचने के लिए इसमें इन नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन का अधिकार शामिल है।
• Organizers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the Quiz or the Organizers or partners of the Quiz. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the Organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false or erroneous./आयोजक किसी भी प्रतिभागी को भागीदारी के लिए अयोग्य ठहराने या प्रतिषेध के सभी अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। वे प्रतिभागी को क्विज़ में भाग लेने से प्रतिबंधित कर सकते हैं, यदि वह प्रश्नोत्तरी या आयोजकों या प्रश्नोत्तरी के भागीदारों के लिए हानिकारक है। यदि आयोजक को प्राप्त जानकारी गैरकानूनी, अपूर्ण, क्षतिग्रस्त, गलत या गलत है, तो प्रतियोगी का पंजीकरण रद्द हो जाएगा।
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Indian Judiciary./ये नियम और शर्तें भारतीय न्यायपालिका के कानूनों के अधीन होंगी।
• Gratification/Rewards – Winners will be awarded Certificates. / पुरस्कार – विजेताओं को प्रमाण पत्र दिया जाएगा
