About Quiz
As part of Fire Safety Week 2026 (4th–10th May 2026), the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare is organising the MoHFW Fire Safety Quiz 2026 in collaboration with MyGov to promote awareness and strengthen preparedness across healthcare institutions.
The quiz aims to enhance understanding of fire prevention measures, emergency response protocols, internal fire safety audits, evacuation planning, electrical safety, and regulatory compliance in hospitals and medical colleges. It is aligned with the national objective of fostering a culture of vigilance, accountability, and resilience in healthcare settings.
Participants are encouraged to test their knowledge and contribute to building safer hospitals and a fire-aware society.
अग्नि सुरक्षा सप्ताह 2026 (4–10 मई 2026) के एक हिस्से के तौर पर, स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, MyGov के सहयोग से, स्वास्थ्य सेवा संस्थानों में जागरूकता बढ़ाने और तैयारियों को मज़बूत करने के उद्देश्य से ‘MoHFW अग्नि सुरक्षा क्विज़ 2026’ का आयोजन कर रहा है।
इस क्विज़ का उद्देश्य अस्पतालों और मेडिकल कॉलेजों में अग्नि निवारण उपायों, आपातकालीन प्रतिक्रिया प्रोटोकॉल, आंतरिक अग्नि सुरक्षा ऑडिट, निकासी योजना, विद्युत सुरक्षा और विनियामक अनुपालन के बारे में समझ को बढ़ाना है। यह स्वास्थ्य सेवा परिवेश में सतर्कता, जवाबदेही और सुदृढ़ता की संस्कृति को बढ़ावा देने के राष्ट्रीय उद्देश्य के अनुरूप है।
प्रतिभागियों को अपने ज्ञान को परखने और सुरक्षित अस्पताल तथा अग्नि सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूक समाज के निर्माण में योगदान देने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाता है।
Rewards
1. E-Certificates will be awarded to all participants. / सभी प्रतिभागियों को ई-प्रमाणपत्र प्रदान किया जाएगा।
2. Special Merit Certificates will be awarded to the Top 3 performers (First, Second, and Third Rank). / शीर्ष 3 प्रतिभागियों (प्रथम, द्वितीय एवं तृतीय स्थान) को विशेष मेरिट प्रमाणपत्र प्रदान किए जाएंगे।
3. The decision of the organizing authority shall be final and binding. / आयोजन प्राधिकारी का निर्णय अंतिम एवं बाध्यकारी होगा।
Terms and Conditions
1. The quiz is being organized by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare in collaboration with MyGov as part of Fire Safety Week 2026. / यह क्विज़ अग्नि सुरक्षा सप्ताह 2026 के अंतर्गत स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय द्वारा MyGov के सहयोग से आयोजित की जा रही है।
2. The quiz is open to all Indian citizens. / यह क्विज़ सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुली है।
3. Each participant is allowed to participate only once using a registered mobile number or email ID. / प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी केवल एक बार पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर या ईमेल आईडी के माध्यम से भाग ले सकता है।
4. The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’ button. / जैसे ही प्रतिभागी ‘प्ले क्विज़’ बटन पर क्लिक करेगा, क्विज़ शुरू हो जाएगी।
5. The quiz will consist of 10 multiple-choice questions related to fire safety in healthcare facilities, to be answered within 300 seconds. There will be no negative marking. / क्विज़ में स्वास्थ्य देखभाल केंद्रों में अग्नि सुरक्षा से संबंधित 10 बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न होंगे, जिन्हें 300 सेकंड में हल करना होगा। कोई नकारात्मक अंकन नहीं होगा।
6. Winners (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) will be decided based on the highest scores achieved in the shortest time. In case of a tie, the decision of the organizing authority will be final. / विजेताओं (प्रथम, द्वितीय एवं तृतीय) का चयन सर्वाधिक अंक एवं न्यूनतम समय के आधार पर किया जाएगा। समान अंक की स्थिति में आयोजन प्राधिकारी का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।
7. In case of any discrepancy in translation, the English version shall be treated as final and binding. / किसी भी अनुवाद संबंधी त्रुटि की स्थिति में अंग्रेज़ी संस्करण अंतिम एवं बाध्यकारी माना जाएगा।
8. Participation beyond the stipulated time will not be considered. / निर्धारित समय सीमा के बाद की गई भागीदारी मान्य नहीं होगी।
9. Participants must ensure that their MyGov profile is complete and updated. Incomplete profiles will not be eligible for winning. / प्रतिभागियों को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि उनकी MyGov प्रोफ़ाइल पूर्ण एवं अद्यतन हो। अधूरी प्रोफ़ाइल विजेता बनने के लिए पात्र नहीं होगी।
10. In case of multiple attempts, only one entry will be considered valid. / एक से अधिक प्रयास की स्थिति में केवल एक प्रविष्टि ही मान्य होगी।
11. Participants must provide correct personal details as per their government ID. / प्रतिभागियों को सरकारी पहचान पत्र के अनुसार सही विवरण प्रदान करना होगा।
12. The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and MyGov reserve the right to modify or discontinue the quiz at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. / स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय तथा MyGov को अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों में किसी भी समय क्विज़ में संशोधन या उसे बंद करने का अधिकार है।
13. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant in case of false, incomplete, or misleading information. / आयोजक गलत, अधूरी या भ्रामक जानकारी देने वाले प्रतिभागियों को अयोग्य घोषित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं।
14. MyGov will not be responsible for late, lost, or incomplete entries due to technical issues or any reasons beyond its control. / तकनीकी कारणों या आयोजकों के नियंत्रण से परे किसी भी कारण से विलंबित, खोई हुई या अधूरी प्रविष्टियों के लिए MyGov जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
15. Employees of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, MyGov, and associated organizations, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. / स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, MyGov तथा संबंधित संस्थाओं के कर्मचारी एवं उनके परिवार के सदस्य भाग लेने के पात्र नहीं हैं।
16. A digital participation certificate will be available for download upon successful completion of the quiz. / क्विज़ सफलतापूर्वक पूर्ण करने पर प्रतिभागी डिजिटल प्रमाणपत्र डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।
17. Participants are advised to regularly check for updates related to the quiz. / प्रतिभागियों को क्विज़ से संबंधित सभी अपडेट के लिए नियमित रूप से जांच करने की सलाह दी जाती है।
18. Participation in the quiz implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions. / क्विज़ में भाग लेना सभी नियमों एवं शर्तों की स्वीकृति मानी जाएगी।
19. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. / सभी विवाद केवल दिल्ली के अधिकार-क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत होंगे।
20. The terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. / ये नियम एवं शर्तें भारतीय कानूनों के अधीन होंगी।
21. Winner selection will be conducted through a system-generated randomization process to ensure fairness and transparency./ विजेताओं का चयन निष्पक्षता और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने हेतु सिस्टम-जनरेटेड रैंडम प्रक्रिया द्वारा किया जाएगा।
