Terms and Conditions

1.The Quiz is open to all Indian Citizens./क्विज़ सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुली है। 

2.The Quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’ button. / प्रतिभागी द्वारा ‘प्ले क्विज़’ बटन पर क्लिक करते ही क्विज़ शुरू हो जाएगी।

3.The Quiz winning criteria is answering all the questions correctly within 300 seconds./क्विज़ जीतने का मानदंड 300 सेकंड के भीतर सभी प्रश्नों के सही उत्तर देना है।

4. The Winners Selection will be conducted through a system-generated randomization method to ensure fairness and transparency. All participants who meet the mentioned quiz winning criteria, including answering all questions correctly and submitting their responses within the stipulated time-frame, will be included in a centralized pool of eligible entries. Winners will be selected solely through an automated random selection process. / निष्पक्षता और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए विजेताओं का चयन सिस्टम-जनरेटेड रैंडमाइजेशन विधि के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। सभी प्रश्नों के सही उत्तर देने और निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर उत्तर जमा करने वाले सभी प्रतिभागियों को पात्र प्रविष्टियों के एक केंद्रीकृत समूह में शामिल किया जाएगा। विजेताओं का चयन पूरी तरह से स्वचालित रैंडम चयन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।

5.Participants need to ensure their MyGov profile is complete and updated for further communication. An incomplete or incorrect profile may result in the participant being declared ineligible to become a winner./प्रतिभागियों को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि भविष्य के संचार के लिए उनकी माईगव प्रोफ़ाइल पूर्ण और अपडेटेड हो। अधूरी या गलत प्रोफ़ाइल होने पर प्रतिभागी को विजेता बनने के लिए अपात्र घोषित किया जा सकता है।

6.The set of questions will be randomly picked from the question bank through an automated process. / प्रश्नों के सेट को स्वचालित प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से प्रश्न बैंक से रैंडम रूप से चुना जाएगा।

7.Each participant shall be permitted to play the Quiz only once, either through a registered mobile number or an email ID. The same mobile number and email ID shall not be used more than once for participation. /प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी को पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर या ईमेल आईडी के माध्यम से केवल एक बार क्विज़ खेलने की अनुमति होगी। भाग लेने के लिए एक ही मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल आईडी का एक से अधिक बार उपयोग नहीं किया जा सकेगा।

8.In cases where a participant has played using both a mobile number and an email ID, only the first entry submitted shall be considered valid and eligible for the winner selection process. / ऐसे मामलों में, जहां किसी प्रतिभागी ने मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल आईडी दोनों का उपयोग करके क्विज़ में भाग लिया है, केवल पहली सबमिट की गई प्रविष्टि को मान्य माना जाएगा और विजेता चयन प्रक्रिया के लिए पात्र माना जाएगा।

9. Participants must provide accurate, complete and valid personal details. Any participation containing incomplete, false, incorrect, illegible or misleading information may be rejected. /प्रतिभागियों द्वारा दी गई व्यक्तिगत जानकारी सही, पूर्ण और वैध होनी चाहिए। अधूरी, झूठी, गलत, अस्पष्ट या भ्रामक जानकारी वाली प्रविष्टि को अस्वीकार किया जा सकता है।

10.Any malpractice, impersonation, unfair means, fraudulent activity or irregularity may lead to disqualification. MyGov reserves the right to disqualify or refuse the participation of any participant if their participation or association is deemed detrimental to the Quiz. / किसी भी प्रकार की अनुचित गतिविधि, प्रतिरूपण, अनुचित साधनों के प्रयोग, धोखाधड़ी या अनियमितता के कारण प्रतिभागी को अयोग्य घोषित किया जा सकता है। यदि किसी प्रतिभागी की भागीदारी या संबद्धता क्विज़ के लिए हानिकारक मानी जाती है, तो माईगव के पास उसकी भागीदारी को अस्वीकार या निरस्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

11.Winners may be required to submit valid identity proof and other relevant documents for verification. Prize distribution shall be subject to successful verification of participant details. / विजेताओं को सत्यापन के लिए वैध पहचान प्रमाण और अन्य आवश्यक दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने पड़ सकते हैं। पुरस्कार प्रतिभागी के विवरण के सफल सत्यापन के बाद ही प्रदान किए जाएंगे।

12.MyGov will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer, network or technical errors, or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Proof of submission of the entry shall not constitute proof of receipt of the same. / माईगव उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए कोई जिम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेगा जो खो गई हैं, विलंबित हैं, अधूरी हैं या कंप्यूटर, नेटवर्क अथवा तकनीकी त्रुटि या आयोजक के उचित नियंत्रण से परे किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण प्रसारित नहीं हुई हैं। प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण उसकी प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं माना जाएगा।

13.MyGov reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, discontinue or cancel the Quiz, or amend these Terms & Conditions, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or for any other reason deemed appropriate, without prior notice. / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों या अन्य उपयुक्त कारणों की स्थिति में माईगव को बिना पूर्व सूचना के क्विज़ में संशोधन, विस्तार, स्थगन, बंद या निरस्त करने तथा इन नियमों एवं शर्तों में बदलाव करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

14.MyGov and MoES employees directly or indirectly connected with the hosting or conduct of the Quiz are not eligible to participate. This ineligibility also applies to their immediate family members. / माईगव और पृथ्वी विज्ञान मंत्रालय (MoES) के  कर्मचारी, जो क्विज़ के आयोजन या संचालन से प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से जुड़े हैं, क्विज़ में भाग लेने के पात्र नहीं होंगे। यह अयोग्यता उनके निकटतम परिवार के सदस्यों पर भी लागू होगी।

15.Participants need to regularly check the Quiz content/page for all updates, announcements or changes. / प्रतिभागियों को सभी अपडेट, घोषणाओं या परिवर्तनों के लिए क्विज़ के कंटेंट/पेज की नियमित रूप से जांच करनी होगी।

16.After successful completion of the Quiz, participants may auto-download a digital participation certificate recognizing their participation and completion. / क्विज़ सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करने के बाद, प्रतिभागी अपनी सहभागिता और क्विज़ पूर्ण करने के प्रमाण के रूप में डिजिटल भागीदारी प्रमाणपत्र ऑटो-डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।

17.By participating in the Quiz, participants shall abide by all the Terms & Conditions of the Quiz competition, including any amendments or further updates. / क्विज़ में भाग लेकर, प्रतिभागी क्विज़ प्रतियोगिता के सभी नियमों एवं शर्तों का पालन करने के लिए सहमत होंगे, जिसमें कोई भी संशोधन या आगे के अपडेट शामिल हैं।

18.The decision of the Ministry of Earth Sciences regarding the Quiz, including eligibility, disqualification and winner selection, shall be final and binding, and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard. / क्विज़ से संबंधित पात्रता, अयोग्यता एवं विजेताओं के चयन सहित पृथ्वी विज्ञान मंत्रालय का निर्णय अंतिम एवं बाध्यकारी होगा तथा इस संबंध में किसी प्रकार का पत्राचार स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

19.All disputes/legal complaints shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose shall be borne by the respective parties themselves. / सभी विवाद/कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली के अधिकार क्षेत्र के अधीन होंगी। इस उद्देश्य के लिए किए गए खर्च संबंधित पक्षों द्वारा स्वयं वहन किए जाएंगे।

20.These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system. / ये नियम एवं शर्तें भारतीय कानूनों तथा भारतीय न्याय प्रणाली के निर्णयों द्वारा नियंत्रित होंगी।
