Terms and Conditions

1. Quiz is open for all officers and staff of MoEF&CC. Contractual employees are not entitled for participation. / प्रश्नोत्तरी MoEF&CC के सभी अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों के लिए खुली है। संविदा (Contractual) कर्मचारी इसमें भाग लेने के पात्र नहीं हैं।

2. Quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’.  / प्रतिभागी द्वारा ‘Play Quiz’ पर क्लिक करते ही प्रश्नोत्तरी प्रारंभ हो जाएगी।

3. Each participant to answer maximum of 30 questions within the prescribed time limit of 10 minutes. / प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी को निर्धारित 10 मिनट की समय सीमा के भीतर अधिकतम 30 प्रश्नों के उत्तर देने होंगे।

4. Entries once submitted cannot be withdrawn.  / एक बार प्रविष्टि जमा करने के बाद उसे वापस नहीं लिया जा सकता।

5. Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted.  / एक ही प्रतिभागी द्वारा एक से अधिक प्रविष्टियाँ स्वीकार नहीं की जाएंगी।

6. Bonafide documents (proof of identity (i.e., MHA / Office ID Card), age, address and bank details) will be required to be submitted by the winners after announcement of the result of the quiz.  / विजेताओं को परिणाम घोषित होने के बाद प्रमाणिक दस्तावेज (पहचान प्रमाण जैसे MHA / कार्यालय पहचान पत्र, आयु, पता एवं बैंक विवरण) प्रस्तुत करने होंगे।

7. Non-furnishing of the above Information / documents at appropriate stage will render the selection null and void.  / उपर्युक्त जानकारी / दस्तावेज समय पर प्रस्तुत न करने पर चयन निरस्त (Null and Void) कर दिया जाएगा।

8. Discovery / detection / noticing of use of any unfair / spurious means / malpractices, including but not limited to impersonation, double participation etc., during the participation in the quiz, will result in the participation being declared null and void and hence, rejected. / प्रश्नोत्तरी में भाग लेते समय किसी भी प्रकार के अनुचित साधनों / कदाचार (जैसे प्रतिरूपण, दोहरी भागीदारी आदि) का पता चलने पर प्रविष्टि निरस्त कर दी जाएगी।

9. The organizers of the quiz competition or any agency acting on their behalf reserves the right in this regard. / इस संबंध में अंतिम निर्णय का अधिकार आयोजकों या उनकी ओर से कार्यरत किसी भी एजेंसी के पास सुरक्षित रहेगा।

10. In the event of tie of marks at any level, the merit list of participants will be prepared based on the shortest quiz completion time.  / अंक समान होने की स्थिति में मेरिट सूची प्रश्नोत्तरी को कम समय में पूर्ण करने वाले प्रतिभागियों के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी।

11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the MoEF&CC reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time or cancel the competition as considered.  / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों में MoEF&CC को किसी भी समय नियम एवं शर्तों में संशोधन करने या प्रतियोगिता रद्द करने का अधिकार होगा।

12. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control.  / आयोजक उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे जो खो गई हों, विलंबित हों, अधूरी हों या कंप्यूटर त्रुटि अथवा आयोजकों के नियंत्रण से बाहर किसी अन्य कारण से प्राप्त न हुई हों।

13. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.  / कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण, उसके प्राप्त होने का प्रमाण नहीं माना जाएगा।

14. The decision of the organizer on the Quiz shall be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entertained regarding the same.  / प्रश्नोत्तरी से संबंधित आयोजकों का निर्णय अंतिम एवं बाध्यकारी होगा तथा इस संबंध में कोई पत्राचार स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

15. All disputes /  legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves.  / सभी विवाद / कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली के अधिकार क्षेत्र में आएंगी। इस संबंध में होने वाले व्यय संबंधित पक्षों द्वारा स्वयं वहन किए जाएंगे।

16. By participating in the Quiz, the participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the quiz competition, including any amendments or further updates. The terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system.  / प्रश्नोत्तरी में भाग लेकर प्रतिभागी सभी नियम एवं शर्तों तथा उनके किसी भी संशोधन / अपडेट का पालन करने के लिए सहमत होंगे। ये नियम एवं शर्तें भारतीय कानूनों एवं भारतीय न्यायिक प्रणाली के निर्णयों के अधीन होंगी।
