Terms and Conditions

1. The National Level Quiz Competition on the upcoming Mahakumbh 2025 is being organized by the Government of UP on https://quiz.mygov.in/. / आगामी महाकुंभ 2025 पर राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर एक क्विज़ प्रतियोगिता उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा https://quiz.mygov.in/ पर आयोजित की जा रही है।

2. Entry into the Quiz is open to all Indian citizens. / क्विज़ में भाग लेने के लिए सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए प्रवेश खुला है।

3. Once submitted an entry cannot be withdrawn. / एक बार प्रवेश सबमिट करने के बाद उसे वापस नहीं लिया जा सकता।

4. Participants from all age groups will be allowed to participate in the quiz. If a winner is not contactable within five working days from the result announcement, he or she will forfeit the prize and another winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the above process until a winner is selected and can be contacted. Selection, reaching out to the winners, and dispatch of the mentioned prize will be done by the Government of UP and MyGov will have no role in the aforementioned processes. / सभी आयु समूहों के प्रतिभागियों को क्विज़ में भाग लेने की अनुमति होगी। यदि किसी विजेता से परिणाम की घोषणा के पांच कार्य दिवसों के भीतर संपर्क नहीं किया जा सकता, तो वह पुरस्कार खो देगा और बाकी पात्र प्रविष्टियों में से एक और विजेता चुना जाएगा, जब तक एक विजेता चयनित नहीं होता और उसे संपर्क नहीं किया जा सकता। विजेताओं का चयन, संपर्क करना और पुरस्कार भेजने की प्रक्रिया उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा की जाएगी और MyGov का इसमें कोई भूमिका नहीं होगी।

5. The Participant shall abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the Quiz from time to time. / प्रतिभागी को क्विज़ में भाग लेने के सभी नियमों और शर्तों का पालन करना होगा।

6. Organizer’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding. No further correspondence will be entertained on this matter. / क्विज़ पर आयोजकों का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा। इस विषय पर कोई और संवाद नहीं किया जाएगा।

7. By participating in the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above. / क्विज़ में भाग लेकर प्रतिभागी इन नियमों और शर्तों को स्वीकार करता है और उन पर अमल करने के लिए सहमत होता है।

8. Participants are required to update their details such as name, email address, telephone number, and postal address. By submitting your contact details, you will give consent to these details being used for the purpose of the Quiz. / प्रतिभागियों को अपनी जानकारी जैसे नाम, ईमेल पता, टेलीफोन नंबर और पोस्टल एड्रेस अपडेट करना होगा। अपनी संपर्क जानकारी सबमिट करके, आप इन विवरणों का क्विज़ के उद्देश्य से उपयोग किए जाने की सहमति देते हैं।

9. One participant can participate only once. Multiple entries from the same participant will not be considered and will be discarded. / एक प्रतिभागी केवल एक बार ही भाग ले सकता है। एक ही प्रतिभागी की कई प्रविष्टियों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा और उन्हें रद्द कर दिया जाएगा।

10. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete, or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same. / आयोजक खोई हुई, देर से या अधूरी प्रविष्टियों, या कंप्यूटर त्रुटि या आयोजक के नियंत्रण से बाहर किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण भेजी गई प्रविष्टियों की जिम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे। कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रवेश की सबमिशन का प्रमाण प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं होता।

11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions. / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों में, आयोजकों को क्विज़ को किसी भी समय संशोधित या रद्द करने का अधिकार है। संदेह से बचने के लिए, इसमें इन नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन करने का अधिकार भी शामिल है।

12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Indian Judiciary. / ये नियम और शर्तें भारतीय न्याय व्यवस्था के कानूनों द्वारा शासित होंगी।

13. Organiser’s reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Quiz and/ or the Terms & Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria. However, any changes to the Terms & Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria, or cancellation of the Contest, will be updated/ posted on the platform. / आयोजक क्विज़ और/या नियम और शर्तें/तकनीकी पैरामीटर/मूल्यांकन मानदंड के सभी या किसी भी भाग को रद्द करने या संशोधित करने का अधिकार रखते हैं। हालांकि, नियमों और शर्तों/तकनीकी पैरामीटर/मूल्यांकन मानदंड में कोई भी परिवर्तन, या प्रतियोगिता की रद्दीकरण, प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर अपडेट/पोस्ट किया जाएगा।
