Terms and Conditions

(a) Participation in the quiz shall be open to all Indian citizens.
/ क्विज़ में भागीदारी सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुली होगी।

(b) The quiz shall be conducted in Hindi and English.
/ क्विज़ हिंदी एवं अंग्रेज़ी, दोनों भाषाओं में आयोजित की जाएगी।

(c) The winner selection process is fully system-driven and conducted digitally. Participants are ranked based on their scores, with those achieving the highest marks in the shortest time being selected as winners. In cases where multiple participants obtain the same score and complete the quiz in the same amount of time, the system automatically applies a randomization process to determine the final ranking among those participants. No manual intervention is involved at any stage of the winner selection process, ensuring complete transparency and fairness.
/ विजेताओं के चयन की प्रक्रिया पूर्णतः सिस्टम-आधारित एवं डिजिटल होगी। प्रतिभागियों की रैंकिंग उनके प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी तथा न्यूनतम समय में सर्वाधिक अंक प्राप्त करने वाले प्रतिभागियों का चयन विजेता के रूप में किया जाएगा। यदि एक से अधिक प्रतिभागी समान अंक प्राप्त करते हैं तथा समान समय में क्विज़ पूर्ण करते हैं, तो उनके मध्य अंतिम रैंक निर्धारित करने के लिए सिस्टम द्वारा स्वतः रैंडमाइज़ेशन (यादृच्छिक) प्रक्रिया अपनाई जाएगी। विजेता चयन की पूरी प्रक्रिया में किसी भी स्तर पर मानवीय हस्तक्षेप नहीं होगा, जिससे पूर्ण पारदर्शिता एवं निष्पक्षता सुनिश्चित होगी।

(d) An individual shall be permitted to participate only once during the quiz period.
/ प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी को क्विज़ अवधि के दौरान केवल एक बार ही भाग लेने की अनुमति होगी।

(e) The Top 30 participants, selected on the basis of the prescribed evaluation criteria, may be recommended to the Ministry of Defence for issuance of e-invitations to attend the Independence Day Ceremony-2026 at Red Fort, Delhi, along with one eligible companion (guardian/spouse/relative, excluding children below 5 years of age), subject to the applicable guidelines of the Ministry of Defence. Such participants may be required to provide the salutation, name (in Hindi and English), date of birth, mobile number, email ID, nationality, government-issued ID details (such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card or Driving Licence), and complete residential address of both the participant and the companion.
/ निर्धारित मूल्यांकन मानदंडों के आधार पर चयनित शीर्ष 30 प्रतिभागियों के नाम वर्ष 2026 के स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह, लाल किला, नई दिल्ली हेतु ई-आमंत्रण जारी करने के लिए रक्षा मंत्रालय को अनुशंसित किए जा सकते हैं। चयनित प्रतिभागी अपने साथ एक पात्र सहचर (अभिभावक/पति/पत्नी/रिश्तेदार, 5 वर्ष से कम आयु के बच्चों को छोड़कर) ला सकेंगे, जो रक्षा मंत्रालय के प्रचलित दिशा-निर्देशों के अधीन होगा। ऐसे प्रतिभागियों से प्रतिभागी एवं उनके सहचर का संबोधन, नाम (हिंदी एवं अंग्रेज़ी में), जन्मतिथि, मोबाइल नंबर, ई-मेल आईडी, राष्ट्रीयता, सरकार द्वारा जारी पहचान पत्र (जैसे आधार, मतदाता पहचान पत्र अथवा ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस) का विवरण तथा पूर्ण आवासीय पता उपलब्ध कराने के लिए कहा जा सकता है।

(f) Merit Certificates shall be awarded to the first, second and third ranked participants.
/ प्रथम, द्वितीय एवं तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त प्रतिभागियों को मेरिट प्रमाण-पत्र प्रदान किए जाएंगे।

(g) Participants are advised to provide only valid mobile number and e-mail ID for future correspondence, if any.
/ प्रतिभागियों को भविष्य में आवश्यक पत्राचार हेतु केवल वैध मोबाइल नंबर एवं ई-मेल आईडी प्रदान करने की सलाह दी जाती है।

(h) One mobile number and one e-mail ID shall not be used by more than one participant.
/ एक मोबाइल नंबर एवं एक ई-मेल आईडी का उपयोग एक से अधिक प्रतिभागियों द्वारा नहीं किया जा सकेगा।

(i) Discovery or detection of the use of any unfair means or malpractice, including but not limited to impersonation, multiple participation, or any fraudulent activity during the quiz, shall render the participation null and void. The organizers reserve the right to take an appropriate decision in this regard.
/ क्विज़ में भागीदारी के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार के अनुचित साधनों, कदाचार, प्रतिरूपण, एकाधिक भागीदारी अथवा अन्य किसी धोखाधड़ीपूर्ण गतिविधि का पता चलने पर संबंधित प्रविष्टि निरस्त (Null and Void) कर दी जाएगी। इस संबंध में अंतिम निर्णय लेने का अधिकार आयोजकों के पास सुरक्षित रहेगा।

(j) It may be noted that all expenses relating to travel, boarding, lodging, food and other incidental expenses for visiting Delhi to witness the Independence Day Ceremony-2026 at Red Fort shall be borne by the participant and his/her companion. Neither the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), MyGov nor the Ministry of Defence shall bear or reimburse any such expenses. However, travel to and from the ceremony venue by Delhi Metro shall be free of charge upon production of a valid e-invitation, as per the applicable guidelines.
/ यह ध्यान दिया जाए कि वर्ष 2026 के स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह, लाल किला, नई दिल्ली में सम्मिलित होने हेतु यात्रा, आवास, भोजन तथा अन्य सभी आकस्मिक व्यय प्रतिभागी एवं उनके सहचर द्वारा स्वयं वहन किए जाएंगे। केंद्रीय सशस्त्र पुलिस बल (CAPFs), MyGov अथवा रक्षा मंत्रालय द्वारा ऐसे किसी भी व्यय का वहन या प्रतिपूर्ति नहीं की जाएगी। तथापि, वैध ई-आमंत्रण पत्र प्रदर्शित करने पर लागू दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार दिल्ली मेट्रो द्वारा समारोह स्थल तक आने-जाने की यात्रा निःशुल्क होगी।

(k) Employees directly or indirectly associated with organizing the quiz and their immediate family members shall not be eligible to participate.
/ क्विज़ के आयोजन से प्रत्यक्ष अथवा परोक्ष रूप से जुड़े कर्मचारी तथा उनके निकटतम परिवार के सदस्य इस प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने के पात्र नहीं होंगे।

(l) The competition shall be conducted on quiz.mygov.in, and the merit list shall be prepared on the basis of the results generated through the platform.
/ प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन quiz.mygov.in पोर्टल पर किया जाएगा तथा मेरिट सूची इसी प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर उत्पन्न परिणामों के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी।

(m) The decision of the organizing Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) regarding evaluation of responses, preparation of the merit list, selection of winners and recommendation of participants shall be final and binding. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
/ उत्तरों के मूल्यांकन, मेरिट सूची तैयार करने, विजेताओं के चयन तथा प्रतिभागियों की अनुशंसा के संबंध में आयोजक केंद्रीय सशस्त्र पुलिस बल (CAPFs) का निर्णय अंतिम एवं बाध्यकारी होगा तथा इस संबंध में किसी प्रकार का पत्राचार स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

(n) The organizing Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) reserve the right to modify, cancel or withdraw the quiz or amend these Terms & Conditions at any stage in administrative interest without assigning any reason.
/ आयोजक केंद्रीय सशस्त्र पुलिस बल (CAPFs) प्रशासनिक हित में बिना कोई कारण बताए किसी भी चरण पर क्विज़ में संशोधन, उसे रद्द अथवा वापस लेने तथा इन नियम एवं शर्तों में परिवर्तन करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं.
