About Quiz

The Climate Change bootcamp covers the topics atmospheric cycles of evaporation, condensation and how these are intimately linked with the hydrological cycles of rainfall and runoff. It also covered topics on the structure of the atmosphere, observations of rainfall, temperature, humidity, pressure, wind and more. It illustrated how rising temperature can affect rainfall, a crucial component of climate. The theme presented the assessment of climate change over the Indian region. It also focused on how to obtain data sources, interpret and analyse the data using online tools and also by using observational techniques to understand the scientific aspects involved. Thus focused on observations and facts and also presented the future scope of climate change.

  1. It is recommended to watch lecture videos by clicking on the link given in the description above before attempting the quiz.
  2. The Quiz is being organized by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research under the Ministry of Science and Technology.
  3. The quiz is part of the National Level Scientific Creativity Competition “Jigyasa Vigyan Mahotsav 2022”.
  4. The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks the Start Quiz button.
  5. You can skip a tough question and come back to it later.
  6. The maximum duration of the Quiz will be  10 minutes (600 seconds).
  7. There will be no negative marking.
  8. Do not REFRESH the page while playing the quiz and SUBMIT the page to register your entry.
  9. You can play the quiz only once; multiple entries will not be allowed.
  10. Participants from all over the world and of all nationalities are eligible to enter the quiz.
  11. Once submitted, an entry cannot be withdrawn. You will be required to provide your name, email address, mobile number and city. By submitting your contact details, you will give consent to these details being used for the purpose of the Quiz.
  12. The same mobile number and same Email ID cannot be used more than once for participation in the quiz.
  13. Each participant of the quiz shall be rewarded with an e-certificate
  14. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.
