Terms and Conditions

1. Quiz is open to all Indian Citizens. / क्विज़ सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुला है।

2. By entering the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by the mentioned terms and conditions. / क्विज़ में भाग लेकर प्रतिभागी उल्लिखित नियमों एवं शर्तों को स्वीकार करता है और उनसे बंधने के लिए सहमत होता है।

3. This is a timed quiz with 10 questions to be answered in 450 seconds. There will be no negative marking. / यह एक समयबद्ध क्विज़ है जिसमें 10 प्रश्न होंगे, जिन्हें 450 सेकंड में हल करना होगा। इसमें कोई नकारात्मक अंकन नहीं होगा।

4. The questions will be randomly picked from the question bank through an automated process. / प्रश्नों का चयन एक स्वचालित प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से प्रश्न बैंक से यादृच्छिक रूप से किया जाएगा।

5. The Quiz winning criteria is answering all the correct answers within 300 sec. / क्विज़ जीतने का मानदंड 300 सेकंड के भीतर सभी प्रश्नों के सही उत्तर देना है।

6. The Winners Selection will be conducted through a system-generated randomization method to ensure fairness and transparency. All participants who meet the mentioned quiz winning criteria, including all correct answers and submission within the stipulated time-frame, will be included in a centralized pool of eligible entries. Winners will be selected solely through an automated random selection process. / विजेताओं का चयन निष्पक्षता और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने हेतु सिस्टम-जनित रैंडमाइजेशन विधि से किया जाएगा। जो प्रतिभागी निर्धारित समय-सीमा में सभी सही उत्तर देकर क्विज़ जीतने के मानदंड को पूरा करेंगे, उन्हें एक केंद्रीकृत पात्र प्रविष्टियों के समूह में शामिल किया जाएगा। विजेताओं का चयन केवल स्वचालित रैंडम चयन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।

7. For the purpose of ensuring fairness and equal opportunity, only one member per family shall be considered for winner shortlisting. / निष्पक्षता और समान अवसर सुनिश्चित करने के लिए, प्रत्येक परिवार से केवल एक सदस्य को विजेता चयन के लिए माना जाएगा।

8. Discovery/detection/noticing of use of any unfair/spurious means/malpractices, including but not limited to impersonation, double participation etc., during the participation in the quiz, will result in the participation being declared null and void and hence, rejected. The organizers of the quiz competition reserve the right in this regard. / क्विज़ में भागीदारी के दौरान किसी भी अनुचित/कपटपूर्ण साधन या कदाचार, जैसे प्रतिरूपण (इम्पर्सोनेशन), दोहरी भागीदारी आदि, पाए जाने पर संबंधित भागीदारी को अमान्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा और अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा। इस संबंध में आयोजकों का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।

9. Participants’ MyGov Profile is mandatory to be updated and accurate for qualifying for the Winner List. / विजेता सूची में शामिल होने के लिए प्रतिभागियों का MyGov प्रोफ़ाइल अद्यतन और सही होना अनिवार्य है।

10. Employees of associated Ministries/Organisations or employees directly or indirectly connected with the hosting of the contest, are not eligible to participate. This ineligibility also applies to their immediate family members. / संबंधित मंत्रालयों/संगठनों के कर्मचारी या प्रतियोगिता के आयोजन से सीधे या परोक्ष रूप से जुड़े कर्मचारी भाग लेने के पात्र नहीं हैं। यह अयोग्यता उनके निकट परिवार के सदस्यों पर भी लागू होगी।

11. The organizers reserve the rights to disqualify participants, refuse entry, or discard entries, if such instances or participation is considered to be detrimental to the competition, or additionally, any entry will be considered void if the information submitted is illegible, incomplete, false, or erroneous. / यदि किसी भागीदारी को प्रतियोगिता के लिए हानिकारक माना जाता है, तो आयोजक प्रतिभागियों को अयोग्य घोषित करने, प्रवेश अस्वीकार करने या प्रविष्टियों को निरस्त करने का अधिकार रखते हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त, यदि दी गई जानकारी अपठनीय, अधूरी, गलत या त्रुटिपूर्ण पाई जाती है, तो प्रविष्टि अमान्य मानी जाएगी।

12. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late, incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s responsibility. / आयोजक उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए कोई जिम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे जो खो गई हों, देर से प्राप्त हुई हों, अधूरी हों या कंप्यूटर त्रुटि अथवा आयोजकों के नियंत्रण से बाहर किसी अन्य कारण से प्रेषित न हो पाई हों।

13. The participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the quiz competition, including any amendments or further updates. / प्रतिभागियों को क्विज़ प्रतियोगिता के सभी नियमों और शर्तों का पालन करना होगा, जिसमें किसी भी प्रकार के संशोधन या अद्यतन शामिल हैं।

14. The following terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system. / उपरोक्त नियम एवं शर्तें भारतीय कानूनों तथा भारतीय न्यायिक प्रणाली के निर्णयों के अधीन होंगी।

15. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / सभी विवाद/कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली के अधिकार क्षेत्र के अधीन होंगी। इस उद्देश्य हेतु होने वाले खर्च संबंधित पक्षों द्वारा स्वयं वहन किए जाएंगे।
