Terms and Conditions

1. The Quiz questions are designed carefully to assess the knowledge and understanding about sign languages. / यह क्विज़ सांकेतिक भाषा से समबन्धित ज्ञान और समझ का आकलन करने हेतु तैयार की गयी है।

2. Each question in the Quiz is in the Multiple-Choice Format and has only one correct answer. / इस क्विज़ में प्रत्येक प्रश्न बहुविकल्पीय प्रारूप में है और इसमें केवल एक ही सही उत्तर है।

3. The quiz will have a bilingual format and will be available in English and Hindi. / क्विज का प्रारूप द्विभाषी होगा और यह अंग्रेजी और हिंदी में उपलब्ध होगा।

4. Each Question carries 1 mark. Participants are required to attempt all questions in total. / प्रत्येक प्रश्न, एक अंक का है। प्रतिभागियों को सभी प्रश्नों का उत्तर देना आवश्यक है।

5. Participants will be required to answer 30 questions within 300 seconds. / यह एक समयबद्ध क्विज है। प्रतिभागियों को 300 सेकंड के भीतर 30 सवालों के जवाब देने होंगे।

6. Entries once submitted cannot be withdrawn. / एक बार सबमिट की गई प्रविष्टियां वापस नहीं ली जा सकतीं।

7. Participants will be required to provide their name, email address, telephone number, and additional details as required by the entry form. By submitting their details and participating in the quiz, participants give consent to MyGov and Ministry of Culture to use this information as required to facilitate the conduct of the quiz competition which may include confirmation of participant details. / प्रतिभागियों को अपना नाम, ईमेल पता, टेलीफोन नंबर और अतिरिक्त विवरण देना होगा जैसा कि प्रवेश फॉर्म में आवश्यक है। अपना विवरण जमा करके और क्विज में भाग लेकर, प्रतिभागी माईगव औरसंस्कृति मंत्रालय को इस जानकारी का उपयोग करने की सहमति देते हैं, ताकि क्विज प्रतियोगिता के संचालन को सुविधाजनक बनाया जा सके, जिसमें प्रतिभागी के विवरण की पुष्टि शामिल हो सकती है।

8. Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted. / एक ही प्रतिभागी की एक से अधिक प्रविष्टियां स्वीकार नहीं की जाएंगी।

9. After responding to a question, click on the “Next Question” button to go to the next question. / एक प्रश्न का जवाब देने के बाद, अगले प्रश्न पर जाने के लिए “अगला प्रश्न” बटन पर क्लिक करें।

10. No negative marking will be done. / कोई नकारात्मक अंकन नहीं किया जाएगा।

11. After attempting questions, a final submission should be clicked. No changes can be made after the final submission. / प्रश्नों का प्रयास करने के बाद, अंतिम प्रस्तुतीकरण /फाइनल सबमिशन पर क्लिक करना होगा। अंतिम सबमिशन/प्रस्तुतीकरण के बाद कोई बदलाव नहीं किया जा सकता है।

12. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time or cancel the competition as considered. / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों की स्थिति में, आयोजक किसी भी समय प्रतियोगिता के नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन करने या प्रतियोगिता को रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं।

13. The organizers reserve the rights to disqualify participants, refuse entry, or discard entries, if such instances or participation is considered to be detrimental to the competition, or additionally, any entry will be considered void if the information submitted is illegible, incomplete, false, or erroneous. / आयोजक प्रतिभागियों को अयोग्य घोषित करने, प्रवेश से इनकार करने, या प्रविष्टियों को खारिज करनेका अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं, यदि ऐसी घटनाओं या भागीदारी को प्रतियोगिता के लिए हानिकारक माना जाता है, या इसके अतिरिक्त, प्रस्तुत की गई जानकारी अपठनीय, अपूर्ण होने पर किसी भी प्रविष्टि को अमान्य माना जाएगा।

14. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late, incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s responsibility. / आयोजकों की जिम्मेदारी से परे खोई हुई, देर से, अपूर्ण या कंप्यूटर त्रुटि या किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण प्रेषित प्रविष्टियों के लिए आयोजकों की कोई ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं होगी।

15. The participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the quiz competition, including any amendments or further updates./  प्रतिभागियों को क्विज प्रतियोगिता के सभी नियमों और शर्तों का पालन करना होगा, जिसमेंकोई भी संशोधन या आगे के अपडेट शामिल हैं। 

16. Organizers’ decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. / क्विज पर आयोजकों का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और इसके संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा|

17. By entering the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by the above‑mentioned terms and conditions. / क्विज में प्रवेश करके, प्रतिभागी उपरोक्त नियमों और शर्तों से बाध्य होने के लिए स्वीकार करता है और सहमत होता है।

18. The following terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system. / निम्नलिखित नियम और शर्तें अब से भारतीय कानूनों और भारतीय न्याय प्रणाली के निर्णयों द्वारा शासित होंगी।
