The National Power Training Institute (NPTI), under the Ministry of Power, Government of India, is organizing this quiz through the MyGov Portal as part of the Independence Day Celebrations–2026. The quiz aims to foster patriotism and enhance awareness among citizens, especially students and young professionals, about the Constitution of India, the contribution of women in the freedom movement, and India’s remarkable achievements in space and nuclear technology. Through this initiative, NPTI seeks to encourage informed citizenship, appreciation of India’s scientific and technological progress, and understanding of the values that have shaped the nation. The quiz will be conducted in Hindi and English and will consist of multiple-choice questions covering four thematic areas: (i) Constitution of India, (ii) Women in India’s Freedom Movement, (iii) Major Milestones of Modern India–Space Technology, and (iv) India’s Success Story in Nuclear Technology.
राष्ट्रीय विद्युत प्रशिक्षण संस्थान (NPTI), विद्युत मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के अधीन, स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह–2026 के अवसर पर MyGov पोर्टल के माध्यम से इस प्रश्नोत्तरी का आयोजन कर रहा है। इस प्रश्नोत्तरी का उद्देश्य नागरिकों, विशेषकर विद्यार्थियों एवं युवाओं में भारतीय संविधान, स्वतंत्रता संग्राम में महिलाओं की भूमिका, अंतरिक्ष एवं परमाणु प्रौद्योगिकी में भारत की उपलब्धियों तथा राष्ट्र निर्माण के मूल्यों के प्रति जागरूकता विकसित करना है। यह पहल नागरिकों में देशभक्ति, संवैधानिक मूल्यों, वैज्ञानिक सोच एवं भारत की तकनीकी प्रगति के प्रति सम्मान की भावना को सुदृढ़ करने का प्रयास है। प्रश्नोत्तरी हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेज़ी दोनों भाषाओं में आयोजित की जाएगी तथा इसमें चार विषयों पर आधारित बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न सम्मिलित होंगे।

प्रोत्साहन
प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी को ई–प्रमाण–पत्र प्रदान किया जाएगा।
1. The quiz is open to all Indian citizens. / यह प्रश्नोत्तरी सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुली है।
2. The quiz shall be available in Hindi and English. / प्रश्नोत्तरी हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेज़ी दोनों भाषाओं में उपलब्ध होगी।
3. Participation is voluntary and free of cost. / सहभागिता पूर्णतः निःशुल्क एवं स्वैच्छिक है।
4. Each participant may participate only once. / प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी केवल एक बार भाग ले सकेगा।
5. The quiz consists of 20 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). / प्रश्नोत्तरी में 20 बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न होंगे।
6. The duration of the quiz is 5 minutes (300 seconds). / प्रश्नोत्तरी की समय-सीमा 5 मिनट (300 सेकंड) होगी।
7. Each participant shall receive an online participation certificate generated through MyGov. / प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी को MyGov द्वारा ऑनलाइन सहभागिता प्रमाण-पत्र प्रदान किया जाएगा।
8. Participants must provide valid mobile number and email ID. / प्रतिभागी द्वारा वैध मोबाइल नंबर एवं ई-मेल आईडी उपलब्ध कराना अनिवार्य होगा।
9. Any attempt to use unfair means, impersonation, multiple registrations or malpractice shall lead to disqualification. / प्रतिरूपण, अनुचित साधनों का प्रयोग अथवा एकाधिक पंजीकरण पाए जाने पर प्रतिभागिता निरस्त कर दी जाएगी।
10. Employees associated with organizing the quiz and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. / प्रश्नोत्तरी के आयोजन से प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से जुड़े अधिकारी / कर्मचारी तथा उनके निकट संबंधी सहभागिता के पात्र नहीं होंगे।
11. The decision of the organizing authority regarding eligibility, evaluation and declaration of winners shall be final and binding. / पात्रता, मूल्यांकन तथा विजेताओं की घोषणा के संबंध में आयोजन प्राधिकरण का निर्णय अंतिम एवं बाध्यकारी होगा।
12. The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the quiz without assigning any reason. / आयोजक बिना कोई कारण बताए क्विज़ में संशोधन करने या उसे रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं।
13. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / सभी विवाद/कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली के क्षेत्राधिकार के अंतर्गत ही होंगी। इस उद्देश्य हेतु होने वाले सभी खर्च संबंधित पक्षों द्वारा स्वयं वहन किए जाएंगे।
14. NTPI & MyGov will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same. / NTPI तथा MyGov उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए कोई जिम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे जो खो गई हों, विलंबित हों, अपूर्ण हों या कंप्यूटर त्रुटि अथवा आयोजकों के नियंत्रण से बाहर किसी अन्य कारणवश प्राप्त न हो सकी हों। कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण, उसके प्राप्त होने का प्रमाण नहीं माना जाएगा।
15. By participating in the quiz, the participant accepts the above-mentioned terms and conditions and agrees to abide by them, including any amendments or future updates / क्विज़ में भाग लेने के साथ ही प्रतिभागी उपर्युक्त नियमों एवं शर्तों को स्वीकार करता/करती है तथा उनमें किए गए किसी भी संशोधन या भविष्य के अद्यतनों सहित उनका पालन करने के लिए सहमत होता/होती है।
16. The terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system. / उपर्युक्त नियम एवं शर्तें भारतीय कानूनों द्वारा शासित होंगी तथा इनसे संबंधित सभी निर्णय भारतीय न्यायिक प्रणाली के अधीन होंगे।
