Terms and Conditions

1. The Quiz will be open on the MyGov portal for 3 months starting 1st May, 2024 till 31st July, 2024. / यह क्विज MyGov पोर्टल पर 1 मई, 2024 से 31 जुलाई, 2024 तक 3 महीने के लिए खुली रहेगी।

2. Entry to the Quiz is open to all Indian citizens. / क्विज़ में प्रवेश सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुला है।

3. The Quiz is available both in English and Hindi language. A participant may choose either of the languages. / क्विज अंग्रेजी और हिंदी दोनों भाषाओं में उपलब्ध है। प्रतिभागी किसी भी भाषा का चयन कर सकता है।

4. All participants of this Quiz will receive a participation certificate. / इस क्विज के सभी प्रतिभागियों को भागीदारी का सर्टिफिकेट दिया जाएगा।

5. The Quiz will have 10 (ten) multiple choice questions, each carrying one mark. A participant will get 5 (five) minutes to complete the Quiz. There will be no negative marking. / क्विज में 10 (दस) बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न होंगे, जिनमें से प्रत्येक में एक अंक होगा। एक प्रतिभागी को क्विज़ पूरा करने के लिए 5 (पाँच) मिनट मिलेंगे। कोई नकारात्मक अंकन नहीं होगा।

6. If participant is a first time user, he/she fills the required details for participation. By submitting the details and participating in the quiz, participants can be contacted if declared a winner. / यदि प्रतिभागी पहली बार उपयोगकर्ता है, तो वह भागीदारी के लिए आवश्यक विवरण भरता है। विवरण जमा करके और प्रश्नोत्तरी में भाग लेकर, विजेता घोषित होने पर प्रतिभागियों से संपर्क किया जा सकता है।

7. The organisers reserves the right to disqualify participants, refuse/discard entries if the information submitted is incomplete, false or erroneous. Any kind of malpractices such as impersonation, multiple entries etc. will not be accepted. / यदि दी गई जानकारी अधूरी, झूठी या गलत है, तो आयोजकों के पास प्रतिभागियों को अयोग्य घोषित करने, प्रविष्टियों को अस्वीकार/त्यागने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है । किसी भी प्रकार का कदाचार जैसे छद्मरूपण, एकाधिक प्रविष्टियाँ आदि  स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा ।

8. The organisers reserves the right to amend/cancel terms and conditions of the Quiz at any point of time as considered. / आयोजकों के पास किसी भी समय क्विज के नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन/रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है ।

9. Income Tax Department will disburse the winning rewards and certificates to the selected winner(s). / आयकर विभाग चयनित विजेताओं को विजेता पुरस्कार और सर्टिफिकेट वितरित करेगा।

10. Should any dispute or difference arise, the decision of the jury shall be final. / यदि कोई विवाद या मतभेद उत्पन्न होता है, तो जूरी का निर्णय मामले में अंतिम होगा।

11. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the participants themselves. / सभी विवाद/कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली के क्षेत्राधिकार के अधीन हैं। इस प्रयोजन के लिए किया गया व्यय प्रतिभागियों द्वारा स्वयं वहन किया जाएगा।

12. By entering the Quiz, the participant agrees to have read and accept the above mentioned terms and conditions. / क्विज में प्रवेश करके, प्रतिभागी उपर्युक्त नियमों और शर्तों को पढ़ने और स्वीकार करने के लिए सहमत होता है ।
