The “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign encourages every Indian to bring the Tiranga home and proudly hoist it in celebration of our nation’s independence. The Indian National Flag is not just a symbol but a profound representation of our collective pride and unity.
Historically, our relationship with the flag has often been formal and distant, but this campaign seeks to transform it into a deeply personal and heartfelt connection. By bringing the flag into our homes, we are not just marking Independence Day, we are embracing a tangible expression of our commitment to nation-building.
The “Har Ghar Tiranga” initiative strives to ignite a deep sense of patriotism within every citizen and foster a greater understanding of the significance of our national flag.
In this spirit, Ministry of Culture in collaboration with MyGov is organizing the “Har Ghar Tiranga Quiz 2024” to spread awareness about the revered National Flag of India, our beloved Tiranga.

“हर घर तिरंगा” अभियान प्रत्येक भारतीय को तिरंगा घर लाने और हमारे देश की स्वतंत्रता के उत्सव में गर्व से इसे फहराने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करता है। भारतीय राष्ट्रीय ध्वज केवल एक प्रतीक नहीं है, बल्कि हमारे सामूहिक गौरव और एकता का एक गहरा प्रतिनिधित्व है। ऐतिहासिक रूप से, झंडे के साथ हमारे संबंध अक्सर औपचारिक और दूर के रहे हैं, लेकिन यह अभियान इसे एक गहरे व्यक्तिगत और हार्दिक संबंध में बदलने का प्रयास करता है। अपने घरों में झंडा लाकर हम सिर्फ स्वतंत्रता दिवस नहीं मना रहे हैं, हम राष्ट्र निर्माण के प्रति अपनी प्रतिबद्धता की एक ठोस अभिव्यक्ति को अपना रहे हैं। “हर घर तिरंगा” पहल प्रत्येक नागरिक के भीतर देशभक्ति की गहरी भावना को प्रज्वलित करने और हमारे राष्ट्रीय ध्वज के महत्व की अधिक समझ को बढ़ावा देने का प्रयास करती है। इसी भावना के साथ, संस्कृति मंत्रालय MyGov के सहयोग से भारत के पूज्य राष्ट्रीय ध्वज, हमारे प्रिय तिरंगे के बारे में जागरूकता फैलाने के लिए “हर घर तिरंगा क्विज 2024” का आयोजन कर रहा है।

1. The Quiz is open to all Indian citizens. / प्रश्नोत्तरी सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुली है।
2. The Participant shall abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the Quiz from time to time. / प्रतिभागी समय-समय पर प्रश्नोत्तरी में भाग लेने के सभी नियमों और विनियमों का पालन करेगा।
3. Once submitted an entry cannot be withdrawn. / एक बार जमा करने के बाद प्रविष्टि वापस नहीं ली जा सकती है।
4. This is a timed quiz with 10 questions to be answered in 300 seconds. / यह एक समयबद्ध प्रश्नोत्तरी है जिसमें 10 प्रश्नों का उत्तर 300 सेकंड में दिया जाता है।
5. The participants are requested to keep their MyGov profile updated. / प्रतिभागियों से अनुरोध है कि वे अपने MyGov प्रोफाइल को अपडेट रखें।
6. Participants will be required to fill/ update their basic details. By submitting their details and participating in the quiz, participants give consent to MyGov and Ministry of Culture to use this information as required to facilitate the conduct of the quiz competition which may include confirmation of participant details. / प्रतिभागियों को अपने बुनियादी विवरण भरने/अद्यतन करने की आवश्यकता होगी। अपना विवरण जमा करके और प्रश्नोत्तरी में भाग लेकर, प्रतिभागी MyGov और संस्कृति मंत्रालय को इस जानकारी का उपयोग करने के लिए सहमति देते हैं ताकि प्रश्नोत्तरी प्रतियोगिता के संचालन को सुविधाजनक बनाया जा सके जिसमें प्रतिभागी विवरण की पुष्टि शामिल हो सकती है।
7. There will be no negative marking. / कोई नकारात्मक अंकन नहीं होगा।
8. Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted. / एक ही प्रतिभागी से कई प्रविष्टियाँ स्वीकार नहीं की जाएंगी।
9. The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks the Start Quiz button. / जैसे ही प्रतिभागी स्टार्ट क्विज बटन पर क्लिक करेगा, क्विज शुरू हो जाएगी।
10. In case it’s detected that the participant has used unfair means to complete the quiz in unduly reasonable time, the entry may get rejected. / यदि यह पता चलता है कि प्रतिभागी ने अनुचित समय में प्रश्नोत्तरी को पूरा करने के लिए अनुचित साधनों का उपयोग किया है, तो प्रविष्टि अस्वीकार की जा सकती है।
11. Selected winner(s) will receive the winning amount / rewards after the Winner Announcement Blog is published on blog.mygov.in / blog.mygov.in पर विजेता घोषणा ब्लॉग प्रकाशित होने के बाद चयनित विजेताओं को विजेता राशि/पुरस्कार प्राप्त होंगे।
12. MyGov will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s responsibility. Please note that proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same. / MyGov उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए कोई जिम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेगा जो कंप्यूटर त्रुटि या आयोजक की जिम्मेदारी से परे किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण खो गई हैं, देर से हुई हैं, अधूरी हैं या प्रेषित नहीं की गई हैं। कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण उसी की प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं है।
13. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions. / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों की स्थिति में, आयोजकों के पास किसी भी समय प्रश्नोत्तरी में संशोधन करने या वापस लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रहता है। संदेह से बचने के लिए, इसमें इन नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन करने का अधिकार शामिल है।
14. Organizers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the Quiz or the Organizers or partners of the Quiz. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the Organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false or erroneous. / आयोजकों के पास किसी भी प्रतिभागी को अयोग्य घोषित करने या भाग लेने से इनकार करने के सभी अधिकार सुरक्षित हैं यदि वे किसी भी प्रतिभागी की भागीदारी या संघ को क्विज़ या आयोजकों या क्विज़ के भागीदारों के लिए हानिकारक मानते हैं। यदि आयोजकों द्वारा प्राप्त जानकारी अवैध, अधूरी, क्षतिग्रस्त, झूठी या गलत है तो पंजीकरण रद्द हो जाएगा।
15. Organizer’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. / प्रश्नोत्तरी पर आयोजक का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और इसके संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
16. All disputes / legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / सभी विवाद/कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली के अधिकार क्षेत्र के अधीन हैं। इस उद्देश्य के लिए किए गए खर्च पक्षों द्वारा स्वयं वहन किए जाएंगे।
17. By participating in the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above. / प्रश्नोत्तरी में भाग लेकर, प्रतिभागी ऊपर उल्लिखित इन नियमों और शर्तों से बाध्य होने के लिए स्वीकार करता है और सहमत होता है।
18. The terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian Judicial system. / नियम और शर्तें अब से भारतीय कानूनों और भारतीय न्यायिक प्रणाली के निर्णयों द्वारा शासित होंगी।
