The Financial and Tax Literacy Directorate (FTLD) of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in collaboration with MyGov presents an engaging quiz to raise awareness about digital technology’s transformative role in the financial sector. Understanding key concepts such as digital payments, financial frauds, and cybersecurity is crucial as the world rapidly shifts towards digital finance. This quiz serves as an educational initiative to promote financial and tax literacy, highlighting how technology is reshaping finance and taxation.

1. Entry to the Quiz is open to all Indian citizens.
2. The Quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on ‘Play Quiz’.
3. Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted.
4. If participant is a first-time user, he/she fills the required details for participation. By submitting the details and participating in the Quiz, participants can be contacted if declared a winner.
5. The Quiz will be in English language and have 10 (ten) multiple choice questions. A participant will get 5 (five) minutes to complete the Quiz.
6. Bona fide documents (proof of identity, age, address, and bank details) will be required to be submitted by the winners after announcement of the result of the Quiz. Non-furnishing of the above information/documents at the appropriate stage will render the selection null and void.
7. The organisers reserve the right to disqualify participants, refuse/discard entries if the information submitted is incomplete, false or erroneous. Any kind of malpractices such as impersonation, multiple entries, etc. will not be accepted.
8. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India will disburse the winning amount/ rewards to the selected winner(s) after publishing the Winner Announcement Blog on blog.mygov.in
9. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and MyGov reserve the right to amend/cancel terms and conditions of the Quiz at any point of time as considered.
10. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and MyGov will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late, incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organiser’s responsibility. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.
11. The decision of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and MyGov on the Quiz shall be final, and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.
12. Discovery/detection/noticing of use of any unfair/spurious means/malpractices, including but not limited to impersonation, double participation etc., during the participation in the quiz, will result in the participation being declared null and void and hence, rejected.
13. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves.
14. By participating in the Quiz, the participants agree to abide by all the terms and conditions of the quiz competition, including any amendments or further updates.
15. These terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system.
