Terms and Conditions

1. The Quiz is being organized by Fit India Movement./क्विज़ का आयोजन फिट इंडिया मूवमेंट द्वारा किया जा रहा है।
2. The quiz shall open on March 2, 2020 at 12:00 hrs (1ST) and will close at 23:59 hrs (IST) on March 15, 2020./क्विज़ 2 मार्च, 2020 को 12:00 बजे (1ST) से प्रारंभ होकर  15 मार्च, 2020 को 23:59 बजे (IST) तक चलेगा।
3. Entries received outside of these time/dates will not be valid./इस अवधि / तिथियों के बाहर प्राप्त प्रविष्टियाँ मान्य नहीं होंगी।
4. Entry into the Quiz is open to all entrants who are residents of India or are of Indian origin./इस क्विज़ में भारत के सभी नागरिक या भारतीय मूल के लोग भाग ले सकते हैं।
5. Participants are required to update their details like name, email address, telephone number and postal address. By submitting your contact details, you will give consent to these details being used for the purpose of the Quiz./तिभागियों को अपने विवरण जैसे नाम, ईमेल पता, टेलीफोन नंबर और डाक पते को अपडेट रखना आवश्यक है। अपना संपर्क विवरण देकर आप क्विज़ के उद्देश्य के लिए निर्धारित नियमों के प्रति सहमति प्रदान करते हैं।
6. Once submitted an entry cannot be withdrawn./एक बार प्रविष्टि जमा होने के बाद वापस नहीं लिया जा सकता।
7. One entrant can participate only once. Multiple entries from the same entrant will not be considered and will be discarded./. एक प्रतियोगी केवल एक बार ही इसमें भाग ले सकता है। एक ही यूजर की कई प्रविष्टियों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा और इसे निरस्त कर दिया जाएगा।
8. Participants from all age groups will be allowed to contest in the quiz. However, winners shall be selected from participants above 12 years of age./क्विज़ में सभी आयु वर्ग के प्रतिभागियों को भाग लेने की अनुमति है। हालांकि, विजेताओं का चयन 12 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के प्रतिभागियों में से किया जाएगा।
9. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same./विलंबित, अधूरी, गुम प्रविष्टियों या कंप्यूटर की त्रुटि या आयोजक के नियंत्रण से परे किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण प्रविष्टि  प्रेषित नहीं पर आयोजक की कोई  ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं है। कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण उसकी प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं है।
10. If a winner is not reachable within five working days from the result announcement, he or she will forfeit the prize and another winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the above process until a winner is selected and can be contacted. Selection, reaching out to the winners and dispatch of mentioned prize will be done by Fit India, MyGov will be having no role in the aforementioned processes./यदि परिणाम की घोषणा से पांच कार्य दिवसों तक कोई विजेता उपलब्ध नहीं होता है, तो उसका पुरस्कार  वापस ले लिया जाएगा और अन्य विजेता को उपरोक्त प्रक्रिया के अनुसार शेष पात्र प्रविष्टियों में से तब तक चुना जाएगा जब तक कि एक विजेता का चयन नहीं हो जाए और उससे संपर्क स्थापित हो न हो जाए। विजेताओं का चयन, विजेताओं से संपर्क और उल्लिखित पुरस्कार का प्रेषण  फिट इंडिया द्वारा किया जाएगा, उपरोक्त प्रक्रियाओं में MyGov की कोई भूमिका नहीं होगी।
11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions./अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों की स्थिति में, आयोजक किसी भी समय प्रश्नोत्तरी में संशोधन करने या वापस लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। संदेह से बचने के लिए इसमें इन नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन का अधिकार शामिल है।
12. The Participant shall abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the Quiz from time to time./प्रतिभागी  क्विज़ के लिए निर्धारित सभी नियमों और विनियमों का पालन करेगा।
13. Organisers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the Quiz or the Organizers or partners of the Quiz. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the Organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false or erroneous./आयोजक किसी भी प्रतिभागी को भागीदारी के लिए अयोग्य ठहराने या प्रतिषेध के सभी अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। वे प्रतिभागी को क्विज़ में भाग लेने से प्रतिबंधित कर सकते हैं, यदि वह प्रश्नोत्तरी या आयोजकों या प्रश्नोत्तरी के भागीदारों के लिए हानिकारक है। यदि आयोजक को प्राप्त जानकारी गैरकानूनी, अपूर्ण, क्षतिग्रस्त, गलत या गलत है, तो प्रतियोगी का पंजीकरण रद्द हो जाएगा।
14. Organiser’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same./क्विज़ पर आयोजक का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और उस संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Indian Judiciary./ये नियम और शर्तें भारतीय न्यायपालिका के कानूनों के अधीन होंगी।
16. By entering the Quiz, the Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above./क्विज़ में भाग लेकर प्रतियोगी ऊपर वर्णित इसके नियमों और शर्तों के प्रति अपनी स्वीकृति देता है।

PRIZES/पुरस्कार:

1. Top 10 performers will be awarded a Fit India T-Shirt./शीर्ष 10 प्रतियोगी को फिट इंडिया टी-शर्ट से सम्मानित किया जाएगा।
2. The selection of the performers will be based on the/विजेताओं का चयन निम्न आधार पर किया जाएगा
   1. Correct answers received for the questions/प्रश्नों के सही उत्तर
   2. The fastest completion of the quiz, furnishing the correct answers./सही उत्तरों के साथ क्विज़ को कम से कम समय में पूरा करने वाला।सभी प्रतिभागियों को भागीदारी का डिजिटल प्रमाणपत्र दिया जाएगा।

All participants will be given digital Certificate of Participation. DURATION/अवधि The quiz will be available for all contestants for the period of 2 minutes (120 seconds), in which they have to answer 10 multiple choice-based questions. All the questions are available in both languages (Hindi and English)./सभी प्रतियोगियों को 2 मिनट (120 सेकंड) की अवधि में क्विज़ पूरा करना होगा, जिसमें उन्हें 10 बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्नों का उत्तर देना होगा। सभी प्रश्न दोनों भाषाओं (हिंदी और अंग्रेजी) में उपलब्ध हैं।
