Terms and Conditions

1. The Quiz is open to all Indian citizens. / प्रश्नोत्तरी सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुली है।

2. The Participant shall abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the Quiz from time to time. / प्रतिभागी समय-समय पर प्रश्नोत्तरी में भाग लेने के सभी नियमों और विनियमों का पालन करेगा।

3. Once submitted an entry cannot be withdrawn. / एक बार जमा करने के बाद प्रविष्टि वापस नहीं ली जा सकती है।

4. This is a timed quiz with 10 questions to be answered in 150 seconds. / यह एक समयबद्ध प्रश्नोत्तरी है जिसमें 10 प्रश्नों का उत्तर 150 सेकंड में दिया जाता है।

5. The participants are requested to keep their MyGov profile updated. / प्रतिभागियों से अनुरोध है कि वे अपने MyGov प्रोफाइल को अपडेट रखें।

6. Participants will be required to fill/ update their basic details. By submitting their details and participating in the quiz, participants give consent to use this information as required to facilitate the conduct of the quiz competition which may include confirmation of participant details. / प्रतिभागियों को अपने बुनियादी विवरण भरने/अद्यतन करने की आवश्यकता होगी। अपना विवरण जमा करके और प्रश्नोत्तरी में भाग लेकर प्रतिभागी इस जानकारी का उपयोग करने के लिए सहमति देते हैं ताकि प्रश्नोत्तरी प्रतियोगिता के संचालन को सुविधाजनक बनाया जा सके जिसमें प्रतिभागी विवरण की पुष्टि शामिल हो सकती है।

7. There will be no negative marking. / कोई नकारात्मक अंकन नहीं होगा।

8. Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted. / एक ही प्रतिभागी से कई प्रविष्टियाँ स्वीकार नहीं की जाएंगी।

9. The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks the Start Quiz button. / जैसे ही प्रतिभागी स्टार्ट क्विज बटन पर क्लिक करेगा, क्विज शुरू हो जाएगी।

10. In case it’s detected that the participant has used unfair means to complete the quiz in unduly reasonable time, the entry may get rejected. / यदि यह पता चलता है कि प्रतिभागी ने अनुचित समय में प्रश्नोत्तरी को पूरा करने के लिए अनुचित साधनों का उपयोग किया है, तो प्रविष्टि अस्वीकार की जा सकती है।

11. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s responsibility. Please note that proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same. / उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए कोई जिम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेगा जो कंप्यूटर त्रुटि या आयोजक की जिम्मेदारी से परे किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण खो गई हैं, देर से हुई हैं, अधूरी हैं या प्रेषित नहीं की गई हैं। कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण उसी की प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं है।

12. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions. / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों की स्थिति में, आयोजकों के पास किसी भी समय प्रश्नोत्तरी में संशोधन करने या वापस लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रहता है। संदेह से बचने के लिए, इसमें इन नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन करने का अधिकार शामिल है।

13. Organizers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the Quiz or the Organizers or partners of the Quiz. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the Organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false or erroneous. / आयोजकों के पास किसी भी प्रतिभागी को अयोग्य घोषित करने या भाग लेने से इनकार करने के सभी अधिकार सुरक्षित हैं यदि वे किसी भी प्रतिभागी की भागीदारी या संघ को क्विज़ या आयोजकों या क्विज़ के भागीदारों के लिए हानिकारक मानते हैं। यदि आयोजकों द्वारा प्राप्त जानकारी अवैध, अधूरी, क्षतिग्रस्त, झूठी या गलत है तो पंजीकरण रद्द हो जाएगा।

14. Organizer’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. / प्रश्नोत्तरी पर आयोजक का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और इसके संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

15. All disputes / legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / सभी विवाद/कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली के अधिकार क्षेत्र के अधीन हैं। इस उद्देश्य के लिए किए गए खर्च पक्षों द्वारा स्वयं वहन किए जाएंगे।

16. By participating in the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above. / प्रश्नोत्तरी में भाग लेकर, प्रतिभागी ऊपर उल्लिखित इन नियमों और शर्तों से बाध्य होने के लिए स्वीकार करता है और सहमत होता है।

17. The terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian Judicial system. / नियम और शर्तें अब से भारतीय कानूनों और भारतीय न्यायिक प्रणाली के निर्णयों द्वारा शासित होंगी।

18. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / सभी विवादों/कानूनी शिकायतों का न्यायक्षेत्र केवल दिल्ली होगा। इस उद्देश्य से होने वाले खर्चों की जिम्मेदारी संबंधित पक्षों की होगी।
