About Quiz
The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) is a statutory body established in 2007 under the CPCR Act, of 2005. It is responsible for ensuring that all children enjoy their rights without discriminating against child on any grounds, including sex, caste, ethnicity, place of birth, or disability.
Exam stress has become a growing concern for students today, as academic pressure intensifies. The competitive nature of education, combined with societal expectations and parental demands, contributes to high levels of anxiety. This stress can negatively impact the mental and physical health of children. Therefore, addressing exam stress is crucial for fostering healthier, more balanced educational experiences. Acknowledging these concerns, Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi authored a motivational book, “Exam Warriors,” aimed at helping students manage exam stress and approach exams with confidence.
The Exam Warrior Quiz by NCPCR in collaboration with MyGov is an attempt to support children in mitigating stress using innovative approaches.
Gratification: Children will get an e-certificate of participation.
राष्ट्रीय बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग (NCPCR) एक वैधानिक निकाय है, जिसे 2007 में CPCR अधिनियम, 2005 के तहत स्थापित किया गया था। इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि सभी बच्चों को उनके अधिकार बिना किसी भेदभाव के प्राप्त हों, चाहे वह लिंग, जाति, जातीयता, जन्मस्थान या दिव्यांगता के आधार पर हो।
आज के समय में परीक्षा का तनाव छात्रों के लिए एक बढ़ती हुई चिंता का विषय बन गया है, क्योंकि शैक्षणिक दबाव लगातार बढ़ रहा है। शिक्षा की प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक प्रकृति, सामाजिक अपेक्षाएँ और माता-पिता की उम्मीदें मिलकर छात्रों में अत्यधिक चिंता पैदा करती हैं। यह तनाव बच्चों के मानसिक और शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य पर नकारात्मक प्रभाव डाल सकता है। इसलिए, परीक्षा के तनाव को कम करना आवश्यक है, ताकि शिक्षा का अनुभव अधिक स्वस्थ और संतुलित बनाया जा सके।
इन चिंताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए, माननीय प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने “एग्जाम वॉरियर्स” नामक एक प्रेरणादायक पुस्तक लिखी है, जिसका उद्देश्य छात्रों को परीक्षा के तनाव से निपटने और आत्मविश्वास के साथ परीक्षा का सामना करने में मदद करना है।
NCPCR और MyGov के सहयोग से आयोजित “एग्जाम वॉरियर क्विज़” एक प्रयास है, जिससे बच्चों को नवाचारपूर्ण तरीकों से परीक्षा के तनाव को कम करने में सहायता मिल सके।
पुरस्कार: बच्चों को भागीदारी का ई-सर्टिफिकेट प्रदान किया जाएगा।
Terms and Conditions
1. Quiz is open for children in the age group of 6–18 years. / यह क्विज़ 6 से 18 वर्ष की आयु समूह के बच्चों के लिए खुला है।
2. The quiz starts when the participant clicks ‘Play Quiz’. / क्विज़ तब शुरू होगा जब प्रतिभागी ‘Play Quiz’ पर क्लिक करेगा।
3. Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted. / एक ही प्रतिभागी द्वारा किए गए एक से अधिक प्रविष्टियाँ स्वीकार नहीं की जाएंगी।
4. The quiz aims to make children aware of the importance of celebrating exams. / यह क्विज़ बच्चों को परीक्षाओं को उत्सव की तरह मनाने के महत्व के प्रति जागरूक बनाने का लक्ष्य रखता है।
5. The quiz is available in English & Hindi only. There is no negative marking in the quiz. / यह क्विज़ केवल अंग्रेज़ी और हिंदी भाषा में उपलब्ध है। क्विज़ में कोई नकारात्मक अंकन नहीं है।
6. Each question in the quiz is in the multiple-choice format and has only one correct option. / क्विज़ में प्रत्येक प्रश्न बहुविकल्पीय प्रारूप में होगा और उसका केवल एक सही उत्तर होगा।
7. It is a time-bound quiz; individuals will have 300 seconds to answer 10 questions in the minimum possible time. / यह एक समय-सीमित क्विज़ है; प्रतिभागियों को 10 प्रश्नों का उत्तर देने के लिए कुल 300 सेकंड का समय मिलेगा, और उन्हें न्यूनतम समय में उत्तर देने का प्रयास करना होगा।
8. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same. / आयोजक उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए किसी भी प्रकार की जिम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे जो खो गई हों, देरी से प्राप्त हुई हों, अधूरी हों, या कंप्यूटर त्रुटि या आयोजकों के नियंत्रण से बाहर किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण प्रेषित न की जा सकी हों। कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण, उसकी प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं माना जाएगा।
9. Participants need to ensure their MyGov profile is updated.प्रतिभागियों को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि उनकी MyGov प्रोफ़ाइल अपडेटेड हो।
10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time or cancel the competition as considered. / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों में, आयोजकों को किसी भी समय प्रतियोगिता की शर्तों और नियमों में संशोधन करने या आवश्यकता अनुसार प्रतियोगिता रद्द करने का अधिकार होगा।
11. Organizers hold the right to disqualify the participation of any user for any misconduct or improprieties. / आयोजकों को किसी भी प्रतिभागी को अनुचित आचरण या अनियमितताओं के कारण अयोग्य ठहराने का अधिकार होगा।
12. The participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the quiz competition, including any amendments or further updates. / प्रतिभागियों को क्विज़ प्रतियोगिता के सभी नियमों और शर्तों का पालन करना होगा, जिसमें किसी भी प्रकार के संशोधन या आगे के अपडेट शामिल होंगे।
13. The decision of the organizers on the Quiz shall be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. / क्विज़ पर आयोजकों का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा, तथा इस संबंध में किसी भी प्रकार का पत्राचार स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
14. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / सभी विवादों/कानूनी शिकायतों का अधिकार क्षेत्र केवल दिल्ली होगा। इस संदर्भ में किए गए सभी खर्च प्रतिभागी स्वयं वहन करेंगे।
15. The terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system. / ये नियम और शर्तें भारतीय कानूनों द्वारा शासित होंगी और भारतीय न्यायिक प्रणाली के निर्णयों के अधीन होंगी।
