About Quiz
The Eat Right Quiz on Obesity emerges from the nationwide conversation on obesity sparked by Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji’s Mann Ki Baat address (episode 119), where he highlighted the growing concern and encouraged people to reduce their oil consumption by 10%. Prime Minister Modi emphasized the importance of staying fit and termed obesity as the “root cause of many diseases”.
In line with this vision of Honourable Prime Minister, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India under the aegis of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) has taken proactive steps to spread awareness about obesity through various initiatives. This quiz named ‘Eat Right Quiz on Obesity’ in Collaboration with MyGov is one such effort with in this direction designed to engage people in a fun & interactive way while educating them on different aspects of obesity and healthy living.

ईट राइट क्विज ऑन मोटापा उस राष्ट्रीय बातचीत से उत्पन्न हुआ है जो प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के मन की बात (एपिसोड 119) संबोधन द्वारा शुरू हुई, जिसमें उन्होंने बढ़ती मोटापे की चिंता को उठाया और लोगों से अपने तेल की खपत को 10% कम करने का आह्वान किया। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने फिट रहने के महत्व को रेखांकित किया और मोटापे को “कई रोगों का मूल कारण” बताया।
प्रधानमंत्री जी के इस दृष्टिकोण के अनुसार, खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण (FSSAI), जो स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय (MoHFW) के तहत काम करता है, ने मोटापे के बारे में जागरूकता फैलाने के लिए कई पहलें की हैं। इस दिशा में ‘ईट राइट क्विज ऑन मोटापा’ नामक यह क्विज, MyGov के सहयोग से, एक ऐसी कोशिश है जो लोगों को मजेदार और इंटरएक्टिव तरीके से मोटापे और स्वस्थ जीवन के विभिन्न पहलुओं के बारे में शिक्षित करती है।

Terms and Conditions
1. The quiz is being organised by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). / क्विज भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक प्राधिकरण द्वारा आयोजित की जा रही है।
2. Access to the quiz will only be through the MyGov platform and no other channel. / क्विज में केवल MyGov प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से हिस्सा लिया जा सकेगा, किसी अन्य चैनल के माध्यम से नहीं।
3. Entry to the Quiz is open to all Indian citizens. / क्विज सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुली हुई है।
4. The quiz will begin as soon as the participant clicks the “Start Quiz” button. /जैसे ही प्रतिभागी” स्टार्ट क्विज” बटन पर क्लिक करेंगे, प्रतियोगिता शुरू हो जाएगी
5. This is a timed quiz with 10 questions to be answered in 5 minutes (300 seconds) / यह एक समयबद्ध प्रश्नोत्तरी है जिसमें 10 प्रश्नों का उत्तर 5 मिनट (300 सेकंड) में दिया जाना है
6 Each question in the Quiz is in the Multiple-Choice Format and has only one correct answer / क्विज में प्रत्येक प्रश्न बहुविकल्पीय प्रारूप में है और इसका केवल एक ही सही उत्तर है।
7. You will be required to provide your name, email address, telephone number and postal address. By submitting your contact details, you will give consent to these details being used for the purpose of the Quiz and for receiving promotional content. / आपको अपना नाम, ईमेल पता, टेलीफोन नंबर और डाक पता प्रदान करना होगा। अपना संपर्क विवरण सबमिट करके, आप क्विज़ के उद्देश्य और प्रचार सामग्री की प्राप्ति के लिए इन विवरणों के उपयोग की सहमति देंगे।
8. Once submitted an entry cannot be withdrawn. /एक बार सबमिट करने के बाद प्रविष्टि वापस नहीं ली जा सकती है।
9. On successful completion, each participant will be awarded an e-certificate recognizing their participation and completion. क्विज के सफल समापन पर, प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी को उनकी भागीदारी और पूर्णता को मान्यता देते हुए एक ई-प्रमाण पत्र से सम्मानित किया जाएगा।
10. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same. / आयोजकों के उचित नियंत्रण से परे कंप्यूटर त्रुटि या किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण मिस होने, विलंबित या अधूरी प्रविष्टियों के लिए आयोजक की कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं होगी। कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण उसकी प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं है।
11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions. / अप्रत्याशित स्थिति में, आयोजक किसी भी समय प्रश्नोत्तरी में संशोधन या वापस लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते है। संदेह से बचने के लिए इसमें इन नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन करने का अधिकार शामिल है।
12. Organizers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the Quiz or the Organizers or partners of the Quiz. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the Organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false or erroneous. / आयोजकों के पास किसी भी प्रतिभागी की भागीदारी या शामिल होने को अयोग्य ठहराने या अस्वीकार करने के सभी अधिकार सुरक्षित हैं, जो क्विज़ या आयोजकों या क्विज़ के भागीदारों के लिए हानिकारक या अनुचित लगेंगे। यदि आयोजकों को दी गई जानकारी अस्पष्ट, अधूरी, क्षतिग्रस्त, झूठी या गलत है तो पंजीकरण रद्द हो जाएगा।
13. Organizer’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. / प्रश्नोत्तरी पर आयोजक का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और इसके संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
14. By entering the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above. / प्रश्नोत्तरी में भाग लेकर, प्रतिभागी ऊपर उल्लिखित नियमों और शर्तों को स्वीकार करता है और अपनी सहमति प्रदान करता है।
15. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / सभी विवादों/कानूनी शिकायतों का अधिकार क्षेत्र केवल दिल्ली होगा। इस संदर्भ में किए गए सभी खर्च प्रतिभागी स्वयं वहन करेंगे।
