About Quiz

As India becomes increasingly connected through digital payments, social media, online shopping, banking, investments and other digital services, awareness about cybercrime and safe online practices has become more important than ever.

As part of Cyber Awareness Month 2026, the Indian Cybercrime Coordination Centre (I4C), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, in collaboration with MyGov, invites citizens to participate in the Cyber Safety Quiz 2026.

The quiz aims to test and strengthen citizens’ awareness of common cyber threats such as Digital Arrest scams, investment fraud, phishing, fake job offers, malicious links and apps, online shopping fraud, QR code scams, social media fraud and other emerging cybercrimes.

Through simple, real-life situations, participants will learn how to identify cybercrime red flags, protect their personal and financial information, respond safely to suspicious online interactions and use the official cybercrime reporting mechanisms available in India.

Participants will also be encouraged to remember an important cyber-safety habit:

Stop. Think. Then Take Action.

In case of financial cyber fraud, immediately call 1930 and report the incident at www.cybercrime.gov.in.

Stay Alert. Stay Cyber Safe.
